I'm not quite sure why everyone is complaining on here. I met Dr. French today and she was awesome. Very energetic, thorough, and genuinely caring. Too bad some of y'all had a bad experience because mine was the complete opposite. Even her office staff was friendly and helpful. She got me set up with all the tests I needed, follow up appointments scheduled, radiology, lab work, blood tests, the whole shebang. Overall, I had a really positive experience. read more

This is by far the worst office I have ever been to. Office staff are unprofessional, they don't answer their phones, they over charge you if you let them. They are rude!!! Whenever there is an issue they don't own up to it and they blame the patient. In this case I write everything down on my planner and can give situations with dates. We'll, I am glad I will be getting a new referral to a new doctor!! read more

This was a new pulmonary doctor for me. Initially, I thought she was perfect, listened to my concerns HOWEVER, I was so wrong. She has a hidden agenda where she prescribes expensive medications for COPD patients. I have asthma not COPD, she thinks it's the same, it is not. I am 73-year-old women with a MS degree and a long time asthma challenges. It is not the same! Do not recommend her, I believe she is driven my pharmaceutical profits. read more

Was an efficient office that cared to an office that won't even fill a script without having you make an appointment to be billed. Not really interested in patients health just the patients insurance. I still jumped through their hoops and still didn't receive my prescription refill. I had to find another Doctor who at least cared about my health and not my insurance. read more

I used to see Dr French and she diagnosed me with bronchiectasis, but then I started going to Loma Linda and they denied the diagnosis. Also LLUMC tried to get them to send my records, but they never did. I also had trouble with front office staff. read more

In my opinion they are TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. The worst medical billing office I have ever encountered. Every visit so far they have billed me for things I already paid them on. My latest experience with them is they sent me an invoice for a co-pay (that I paid) 21 months ago, threatening me with collections. They had never sent me a statement for this charge prior, and 21 months later I get a collection threat from them. I spent almost an hour getting an EOB from my former insurance and requesting bank statements showing that I paid them. On one occasion I went to their office on my lunch break to correct a billing error. The assistant asked me to sit down and said they would be right with me. After 30 minutes I approached her to tell her I had to get back to work, when I noticed she had been on her phone looking at Facebook the whole time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

Would give them -5 stars if I could: Just spoke with Elizabeth in your billing department that has been with your office since 2020. I just scolded her because she obviously does not know what she is doing and is trying to collect on items from 2021. My husband was physically in your office on 3/14/24 and "went off" on the ladies because there was some sort of balance due from 2022. We paid $194.47 and was provided three billing statements that totaled that amount. He asked, "Is that ALL I OWE?". He was told "Yes." Elizabeth told me that although the ladies gave him a receipt for the amount, that amount was later applied to some "older" invoices. Um, this is fraud! Don't have me pay for something and then later tell me it wasn't paid. We've been getting non-stop telephone calls from your office. Then we just received billing statements for amounts we were told were already paid. You need to get your act together. I told Elizabeth how embarrassed she should be for not being able to handle her work. She is now trying to collect $30.78, which we showed was already paid, but now she is telling us, "Oh, no, I applied that to an even older invoice from 2021." This is the reason we no longer see Dr. French. It's a hassle and unprofessional. I told Elizabeth to stop calling and to write this off. read more

Today 10/19/23 I came for a follow up and I was seen by this guy named Hector and he was totally rude did not looked at my updated CT scan images on the computer he just wanted to see the CT scan written report, i felt like he was in a hurry or he definitely doesn't know how to read CT scan images, I feel I was cheated and that he doesn't really care for patients wellness. In the past I was being seen by PA Tiffany and I felt welcomed and treated nice, with a lot of patience she would take the time to show me my CT scan on her computer, walked me trough and explained what was going on with my lungs ... read more

If I could give a half a star I most definitely would. I recently had a family member at Corona Regional Medical Center who was under the care of Dr. French. I was at the nurse's station when Dr. French was called regarding orders on my family member. I heard her use profanity to the nurses regarding calling her. I'm sorry but if you're taking care of my family member and I ask the nurse to call you, you should show some respect your taking care of someone's family member. Dr.French is an arrogant ass hole who think she should be worshiped and the world revolves around her. I've never experienced such an unhappy person ever. Dr.French is terrible she will never treat another family member of mine EVER!!! I don't care if M.D is behind your name people deserve respect this just goes to show how small she actually is. Not to mention after asking around I found out she was fired from another local hospital for her rude and disrespectful disposition and using profanity to staff members. She treats people like shit. Normal people don't go around treating other human beings this way. Dr.French is a sad individual. read more

Breathe Clinic - A horrible, disgusting physician. - Pulmonologist Near Me - Corona, California

On Nov 27th I had a 1:30 appt for a PFT. I showed up 10 min prior to my appt. There was one other patient in the waiting room (also for a PFT). After about 15 min, they took the other person back. I continued to wait until 2:28 (almost an hour past my appt. time). When the Respiratory Therapist (Ray Mejia) came to call me back. As we were walking to the room I mentioned that they must be busy because I waited an hour past my appt time. Mr Mejia responded by saying "it happens all the time, there's nothing I can do about it" then he laughed. I said, "it's really not funny" to which he replied there is nothing he can do as some patients take longer. He then asked me if I thought a patient on oxygen and in a wheel chair takes the same amount of time as I do. I replied that I they obviously take longer and that's why they need to allot more time for those patients instead of having everyone else wait. By the time I was called back, there were 2 other patients waiting for their appts. As we entered the room, Mr Mejia said "I've worked 8 straight days in a row and I really don't give a sh*t!" I knew he hadn't worked 8 straight days at the clinic since this was the Monday after Thanksgiving and they had been closed for the past 4 days. Once he told me he didn't give a sh*t, I let him know that since he doesn't care, why should I let him provide any type of testing for me. I proceeded to reach for my purse and he said "fine, suit yourself and leave." I went to the front desk and let them know what had happened. I spoke to the office manager. The office manager and receptionist seemed shocked at what he had said and offered to reschedule the appt. I declined since I asked if they have any other Respiratory Therapists doing PFT's and they said he was the only one. Just to verify his 8 days straight story, I called the local hospital and confirmed he did in fact work that many days in a row at his request (these are 12 hour shifts). Since this did not happen at the hospital, there is no action they can take. I am retired from an OC hospital where one of my areas was managing several ancillary departments including the PFT Lab so I am very familiar with how it should be done. Sometimes there are unexpected delays but they shouldn't "happen all the time" as Mr Mejia stated. I let the office staff know that if he had been working for me he would have been let go immediately. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I have not heard back from the clinic and have since made an appointment with a different pulmonary group. I would NEVER recommend the Breathe Clinic!! read more

This is the most disorganized doctors office I have ever been to. It was a disaster from the very first time I ever called here. Unfortunately, I have been to the office in Corona twice. Both times it was a complete disaster. There is absolutely no communication between the front office and the patient. I am back for the results of a CT scan, and a stupid six minute walk up and down the hallway. Apparently, I had no appointment with the doctor regarding the CT scan. They said I had an appointment next week. I knew nothing about that. They said it was on the printout they gave me. Again, I never had a printout or an appointment next week. I have now been here for 1 1/2 hours, and still waiting to see anyone. I do not want to ever come back, for my CT results, or I would just leave. This place is a joke. read more

I do not recommend this facility. Not only have I been trying to refill a prescription for almost two weeks, no one answers the phone more often than not, and after paying all bills a new one suddenly appears from 7 months ago. I once had to go in person just to get supplies ordered and I'll have to do it again for prescription refill. I'll not be returning here for anything. read more

I have been going to the Breathe Clinic for almost 2 years. My first visit was with Dr. Rezvan whom is no longer at this practice. Dr. Rezvan was probably the best physician I have ever seen. He saved my life by diagnosing health issues that my primary physician just threw pills at. Because of Dr. Rezvan, I made a life style change 2 years ago and have reversed many of my issues such as high blood pressure, left side congestive heart failure, severe obstructive sleep apnea as well as eating healthier and walking 5 to 10 miles each day. I now see Dr. French and she has been just as thorough and kind. I feel lucky to have found them! I feel like part of the family here and it is so refreshing. read more

Dr. French is bubbly and friendly and seems very knowledgeable in her field. Her office on the other hand is very disorganized. I have called several times (3 times too many) to inquire about a test that was supposed to be set up for my husband. After calling it still was never set up. After switching lung doctors Dr. French personally called to see how my husband was doing and set up the test that was supposed to done a year prior and because my husband likes her he agreed to go back. I tried calling her office again, press 1 for appointments and it no one ever answers and it just kicks you back to automated hell. Seriously I have never experienced such an awful office experience. Ok I usually don't leave reviews for doctors offices but I felt the need to because I have actually had a positive experience in dealing with something very important to me. My grandma has COPD and has been coming to the Breathe Clinic regularly for the past 3 years. I take her to most of her appointments in Corona but she recently started her pulmonary rehab in Riverside. The staff is always so personable, she sees both Dr. French and her PA Tiffany and both are always more than happy to break down my grandmothers care in terms that I am able to understand. The pulmonary rehab has been great for my grandma because she is able to meet with a small group of people dealing with similar health issues, she even met a friend lol. All in all Dr. French and her staff have given my grandma and my family hope for improvement in her overall health. read more

This group of doctors/nurse practitioners are wonderful. I know several people who go to see them in the office but I get to work with the team at Corona Regional. I want to give props to Adam who is one of the NPs, he sees several of the people I know from work. He is very knowledgeable and spends the time to explain. He was a nurse with us in the ER at corona years ago, would recommend him to anyone I know. Dr. French (and Dr Kim) are also awesome. The remarks from Dr French's patients about her and the way she is with her patients are all true. I don't know how she does it. She is always around and takes so much time to make sure each patient is well cared for. (She does expect a lot for her patients, which we all know.) On a separate note; Not sure why "Kim" doesn't like them, but she doesn't speak for the nurses at Corona. She doesn't even work here. So, as someone who actually works with this team and Dr French, they always call back and are soooooo helpful, they have a great relationship with the hospitals team, we all like to work with them, and there is nothing negative anyone honest can say. read more
