Came in around 1130am on a Saturday. Not many parties sitting but only one cook so we waited about an hour from sitting to getting our food. Biscuits, chicken sausage, catfish and wings were all highlights. "Better than Roscoe's" my friend said. Will be back to try some of the other items. Shoutout the chef for working through the weeds.

Tucked or should I say hidden away on the corner of Martin Luther King Dr. and Marlton Ave in an unexpectedly cute row of businesses pops Breakfast with Milli. Yes, this is a follow-up to my review of their Breakfast Burrito with Catfish (no bacon or sausage), but this takes on more of what Breakfast with Milli has to offer. It is a place where you walk in and feel welcome like home. Decorated with care, cozy seating, and a clean and open kitchen where you can see your meal come to life! I'll have to come back to try something else, but after the first Catfish breakfast burrito was so good I had to see if it passed the test, for round two. Spoiler alert, it was a knock out. I will try something else, but this gets my recommendation as a full stop - hit!! Enjoy

Breakfast With Milli was an absolute delight! The food was great. We had the shrimp and grits, and the chicken and waffles. The space felt cozy and welcoming, with beautiful décor that made the whole experience even better. And I have to say, I LOVED the cucumber water... such a refreshing touch! Can't wait to go back!

The service was amazing ! Walked in for take out and the owner milli greeted us once we walked in the door wth her contagious smile . She was polite and offered us some coffee, and took our order. The food was amazing , they really know what they're doing . Will be coming back soon (:

I had The Crenshaw Blvd upgraded to French toast with a side order of a beef link

This place is so cute and hidden off in the cut. I'm definitely coming back and getting more than the delicious piece of coffee cake. The people were friendly. They brought me my order quickly. I can't wait to bring other people and enjoy a proper meal here.

I was super excited to try this place. It's at least a 40 minute drive from my home and I arrived starving. First thing I noticed, it's in a line of very dilapidated buildings and the parking "area" is mostly dirt. However, when we entered the restaurant, it was really very cute and tastefully decorated. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and told to take a seat anywhere. We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all. Our server was attentive and kind. Here's my issue: I love breakfast, I mean LOVE! But on this day I decided to try chicken and waffles, just to step out of my comfort zone. The chicken was fresh and very hot, but it totally lacked seasoning and it was fried way too hard. Literally like a dried out rock. The waffle was m'eh and I'd asked for cheese on the bottom and top of my bowl of grits. They just put it on top. I was not happy with my meal, but there're sooooo many other things I could have gotten! I'm definitely coming back and I will stick with breakfast items I know I like. I will again request cheese on the bottom and top of my grits, because everybody knows SUGAR DON'T GO ON GRITS!!!!!!

First time here. I got The Crenshaw Blvd, with a side of French toast. The French toast was perfect! Turkey sausage was interesting. I wish it had more spice. The home fried potatoes were seasoned well, a little mushy. They reminded me of smothered potatoes. Eggs over easy were good. I opted for the biscuit which was very soft & fresh. I didn't try their coffee. But I saw they serve that mushroom coffee I see advertised online. I plan to return. The service was decent and the spot was clean. Isn't this the same location as BLVD Cafe from many years ago in the 80s? I usually go to Cukver City for breakfast. Glad this spot is here & close to home. I saw it advertised on instagram.

This is supposed to be a "chicken sausage" sandwich ... that is not a Chicken Link Sandwich Chicken Link Sandwich

I like chicken salad and it comes in a nice 10" bun with the toppings that are a must; tomato slices and shredded lettuce. The chicken salad Hero Special was a winning combination. After learning about this place a year ago, this past Mother's Day I finally gave them a try. Now as per all my Italian restaurant reviews here in Los Angeles, I've always said that as an Italian American from New York City, I am very picky and take my Italian food very serious. And unfortunately, a lot of places have disappointed me more than not. My first impression, I did like the customer service by the hostesses. The young lady who was our server started a little rough, with her face expressions and her not so friendliness. But throughout the duration of dinner ended up being fantastic. I guess management was there, but did some half ass walking around to the tables trying to help. Nothing special, did not even introduce themselves or do anything special for Mother's Day for tables. My party was large, and they were able to set us up in a nice space with a nice table. Which was nice. The interior is really sweet, really cute and warm. Beautiful vibe overall. The food I will say was out of this world. Super surprising once again having been disappointed after a few years of me being Los Angeles. Everything my family ordered was great. I made sure to try everyone's dish lol everything I put in my mouth was fantastic. The cost of everything was as expected. Reasonable but there were a few items of course I thought were overpriced. Like I mentioned earlier they have an appetizer of a plate of ricotta with meatballs. Ended up being two meatballs with probably not housemaid ricotta cheese. That screamed LA to me. But nonetheless, everything was delicious. Everyone in my large family enjoyed everything they ordered. I highly recommend them for a fantastic meal, and a beautiful setting whether for a date or hang out with friends. Neighborhood parking is decent and they do offer valet parking as well. I know I'll be back sooner than later, definitely a lot of times. For I am curious if their food is always good or if they just brought in the big guns for Mother's Day.

During a…read morelazy afternoon after visiting the Pantheon in Rome, we had our first experience with All'Antico after taking a 5 minute walk down the road. They actually had 2 separate locations flanking the pedestrian road, so there were two long lines snaking out in opposite directions. While we were waiting in line, we bumped into a couple from Spain who were also visiting. They gave my wife some personal recommendations, advising we get the blood orange soda with our sandwiches. After getting said sandwiches (the La Paradiso), we nibbled on them while walking to Sant'Ignazio of Loyola Church, which is that cathedral where there's a mirror directed up towards the murals on the ceiling and a huge selfie line. Hot damn were those sandwiches good. The thinly sliced mortadella paired perfectly with that buttery, green pistachio spread. The only challenge for my taste buds was the mild oral trauma I sustained from punching through the crispy bread; your gums started to feel it by the time you devoured your sandwich. But we liked it so much that when we later took the train to Florence, we sought All'Antico again at their original location. I thought that would be my last experience with All'Antico (unless, of course, I came back to Italy). So imagine my surprise when later that year I heard All'Antico had coincidentally opened a branch in Los Angeles, although rather awkwardly situated in Koreantown. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we made the drive immediately. There was no way this remote All'Antico location, thousands of miles from Italy, would live up to the experience I had in Rome earlier that year. But I was mistaken. Not only is the taste spot on, but the bread they serve is actually chewier and removed the gum calisthenics I suffered in Italy. And yes, they also have the blood orange soda as well. It's a little weird their location is in Koreatown, but not a big deal; we'll usually do a bingsu run afterward. Just like their locations in Italy, All'Antico is small but they do have a small collection of bar seats, some of which overlook the staff as they're making your sandwich. Be mentally prepared though to take it to go depending on how busy it is. Parking sucks too; there's street parking only, but if you come on Sunday you don't have to pay. Every so often now, we'll make the 30 minute drive just to relive that slice of Italy we experienced nearly 2 years ago. Thankfully, not a lot of people recognize how good this place is yet, as the lines aren't crazy long like they are in Italy. For all the other Yelpers in on it too, let's keep it our little secret for now.

Lunch rush came around 1:30pm. The workers were kind and helpful, each working diligently to complete everyone's order timely. I ordered the Mamma Mia, Dante, New Yorker--with Dante coming out as my fav. Shoutout to their truffle sauce, light yet not overbearing! Loved to see how they only use focaccia that just come out of the oven, and they cut your sandwich's meat from the meat hunk on an order basis. Very fresh, never greasy. I thought the Dante and Mamma Mia could improve by adding just one more ingredient as a cherry on top, like a sort of nut (walnuts, pine nuts) or something that helps the sandwich spark. Would love to see a bit more arugula too. No public bathroom--closest one is probably Hmart across the street (needs a code). Parking is metered, but there's free neighborhood parking 1-2 blocks away if you're able to find a spot. There's a few seats (5-6) and a standing bar around the perimeter of the store. Also, the drinks are money but you can ask for a water cup for free.
