The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. Root Down is definitely one of my favorite airport foods, and time permitting, I buy something here to take it on the plane with me...and be the envy of those around me with mediocre airplane food.
