It starts with the front doors. They don't work. I watched person after person try to come in and leave because the doors don't open. 1 is locked. When customers tried to help other customers the lady employee decided to yell at people that this is the way they want it. So you just want person after person to be turned away? Horrible service! I did an online order. It was to be ready at 1:28. It took them 40 minutes to make my sandwich and salad. The store needs to learn time management and prioritize their orders. I walked in and there was only one person standing in line. The person told me that it's gonna be 15 minutes because there was more priority in online orders than the people standing right in front of him. Horrible customer service here do not recommend.! I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike's location today. Two of my children have celiac disease, and Jersey Mike's has often been one of our go-to places, especially when traveling, because most locations take gluten-free preparation seriously and make us feel safe and welcome. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. When we stepped up to the counter, I politely explained that I needed to order two gluten-free sandwiches for my children with celiac disease. The employee behind the counter immediately let out a long sigh and said, "It's going to take a long time to prep that." As a parent of children with a medical condition that requires careful food preparation, it was incredibly discouraging to be made to feel like we were an inconvenience before the process even began. While he eventually obtained a clean prep mat and knife, I observed that the same topping bins used for regular sandwiches appeared to be used for the gluten-free sandwiches as well, creating a significant concern for cross-contamination. I also did not observe a glove change, but after his clear frustration with our request, I felt uncomfortable continuing to advocate for the precautions my children need. The most concerning moment came when I asked about a hot sandwich and was told that "the heat burns everything off." Anyone properly trained in celiac disease and gluten cross-contact knows that heat does not make gluten safe. When I attempted to explain this, his dismissive body language and tone made it clear that he did not view these precautions as important. What upset me most was the impact this had on my teenage son. He already struggles with the social challenges of having celiac disease and feels uncomfortable asking questions or requesting accommodations when eating out. Seeing an adult react as though his medical needs were a burden was disheartening. I want to be clear that this is not a complaint about a sandwich taking extra time to prepare. I fully understand that proper gluten-free protocols require additional steps, and I am grateful when employees take that responsibility seriously. My concern is the lack of training, the dismissive attitude, and the failure to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers who rely on those protocols. Because of this experience, I would not trust this location to safely prepare food for someone with celiac disease. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training so that no customer is made to feel like their medical condition is an inconvenience. read more

Apparently, they start repairing the door of the entrance and forget there's customers in line then once they get to you, they start preparing online orders and forget you're there standing waiting for your food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone plus they didn't even clean the equipment and I'm vegetarian! Shame on Mike's ! read more

This is by far one of the worst services I've received. My wife ordered two chicken steak sandwiches in advance so I could pick them up right after work. Waited more than 45 mins including waiting another 30 mins at the establishment with almost no customers inside. No explanation of what was happening, no apologies, nothing. The only thing I saw was the worker standing by the grill not doing anything. When I asked what was the hold up, the other worker said to mind my tongue because I was speaking to a minor! What!!! Get my sandwich and I paid for bacon and it's missing along with red pepper relish that I requested. Great location with all the hotels around. Located down the road from Denver Airport in "hotel row". Staff was very friendly and fast to get my sandwich made. The sandwich was made perfect. Don't forget to ask for it "Mikes Way" and add hot peppers. The hot peppers really add to the flavor of the sandwich. Limited seating indoor due to Covid restrictions. I attempted to communicate with the owner multiple times before I posted this review. They chose to ignore me and left me no other choice but to post this. This is at 2:30 on June 19th. Look at the staff in the back huddled together chatting. This is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever stepped foot in. All parties should be embarrassed. This includes JM corporate, the General Manager, the manager on duty, the staff and most importantly the owner(shame on you the most, it's your business and you allow this to happen)!! If I had it all do do again, I would not have eaten here. If the parties involved allow the front of their store to look the awful, I can not imagine what the coolers, storage areas, ovens and other parts of the store that we can not see look like. I waited in line for twenty minutes for the sandwich artist to finish making online orders ... whatever, but nobody once acknowledged us or apologized for making us wait. Why don't you open a separate sandwich line for online orders? Well, I asked this and was told they didn't have enough people ... however there were five people behind the counter: 1 person making hot sandwiches, 1 person making cold sandwiches and 2 people standing there until they could ring up an order. I've visited other JMs and the sandwich artist grabbed the bread, cut the meat, dressed the sandwich, and rung me up. So, it can be done, this place just chooses otherwise. My company gives a lot of business to restaurants on Tower and I've communicated to everyone that they stop spending their money at this place. Time is limited thus they we buy fast food ... but if you can't go to JMs in less than 45-minutes, why bother? I can go somewhere better and quicker. read more

This is my second time here and both times it was like watching confused teenagers on their second day of work very slowly and in a confused manner. I worked in a sandwich shop like this as a teenager, so I get the steep learning curve for your first job. But Jersey Mike's needs to hire competent adult managers who can keep the line moving without total confusion. Worst Sandwich EVER! I had never tried it, and will never try it again. - Sandwich: #10 Tuna Sandwich $8.19 (w CHOICE of bread, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil blend). I ordered it on whole wheat bread. It came on white bread with a small splatter of tuna, and was soaked in the vinegar and oils. The bread was soggy, there was 1 tomato slice, and 3 onion slices. $8 for that??? Also, I ordered the Mama Vick's BBQ Chips. They didn't include them in my order--but they did charge me for them. You would think, during this COVID epidemic, that food shops would be doing there best to keep customers. Not Jersey Mike's! We have other choices in the area (Jimmy John's, Quizno's, Heidi's, and Firehouse). Those places will get my business in the future. read more

Today, I've got to say this place is going down hill. I ordered the #14, the Veggie. This is the first time the guy took the cheese and used the slicer. The one they cut meat on. I asked why since every trip I've made here the sandwich maker takes it from behind them, already sliced. He claimed the slicer is always cleaned after each use. I don't think so cuz that sucker is not clean. Check out my picture. My other half got a sandwich to go. Got drinks to go but noticed this place is dirty. All the tables have crud on them I mean it's certainly not that busy that one associate can't wipe them down. Also, my other half went to use the bathroom, he said it stinks, the floors are filthy and it's dirty in there. From what I experienced today, I don't doubt him. Yes, I loved this place, soft tasty bread, good selections here for my guy but I think I'm not coming back. Update: My guy ate his sandwich while I was at work this evening. He said 20 minutes after eating he got sick and has been vomiting. So, yea, it's safe to say, they DON'T clean the slicer as often as the guy at this location claims. This is an update from my 5 star rating previously given. My husband went at 5:00pm and they locked the door behind him even though the hours state they are open until 9:00pm! He ordered our usual foot long big Kahuna minus mushrooms and light on the jalapeños. My husband said a female worker kept getting mad because customers were opening the door and letting other customers in. Mumbling no one wants to work grumble, grumble. The sandwich had more jalapeños than meat! Seriously your ad states make the sandwich the way you want it! Um nope you can tell them the way you want it but they will make it just the opposite! I just had surgery and have a very sensitive stomach so even after taking off 3 piles of jalapeños I still wasn't able to eat my half of the sandwich even after taking a double dose of Pepcid! What a waste of money and now after only a couple of bites I will be sick and in pain all night! Shame on you Jersey Mike's! Sandwich was delicious. Was made to order and I appreciated the patience of the cashier as my first time at Jersey Mike's. I had the number 17, Mike's original Fili; I got it with onions and peppers and American cheese. The meet was tender everything was hot and the grilled onions and peppers complemented the meat and cheese very nicely. Great sandwich definitely have it again. The place was clean. Plent of seating. I did like the TVs all over the place on sports channels. The only thing I would change is they have music playing in the background and it is extremely loud. Maybe it's me just getting old but why do I need a stereo blasting the radio station commercials and all while I'm trying to eat and have a conversation? read more

For a to-go delivery sub experience, this was terrible. I even called the restaurant to let them know about the soggy bread, the missing chips, and the overall poor quality. I was met with an indifferent manager who told me to basically order better next time. How am I supposed to know how to order or what to modify if I've never been there before? Went to Jersey Mike's today towards the end of the lunch rush, and was very impressed with the flow of order taking and sandwich prep. Even though there was a constant trickle of people, the teams flow was almost soothing to watch. The staff were polite not only to us as patrons, there appeared to be a mutual respect amongst the team which is how I believe their flow was so fluid. I highly doubt this was a fluke, but I appreciated seeing people take pride in their work, and treating customers and their product with care and attention. The crew that worked on Friday sept 16th refused to cook my family any hot sandwiches when we came in at 8:40pm (they close at 9pm) because they were in the process of cleaning their grill. However, having no transportation and only being in town for two days I chose to give it a try. The service was friendly, the place was exceptionally clean, and the staff very attentive.
