I want to go back for ice cream - the hard scoop flavors look fun, but I'm a soft serve girl and they have a different flavor every weekend. Very rugated, soft, fall apart in your hand and quite tasty. Best in the Cleveland area and I'm not even a big cruller fan. The plain glazed cake had a great texture. Moist inside, some crispiness outside. But it had an offish kinda almost remotely lemony flavor I am not a fan of.

Tucked away in a little plaza is this gem and they have a large variety of baked goods and homemade items to choose from. They have breads, bakery, packaged foods/items, and hot lunch foods as well. They also have homemade dog treats which I really enjoyed. With this being my first time, the lady behind the counter was so lovely and helped me pick out a few different items to try as well as informing me of what all the baked goods were. I ended up getting the breakfast danish, an apricot danish, and a cinnamon glazed twirl stick. The bakery danish was interesting as it had a hard boiled egg inside of it and was topped with cheese and bacon. It was delish and it was nice to see something unique as a breakfast option. I felt the cinnamon twist was a bit dry but that could just be the type of bakery item it is. The apricot danish was nice, not sure if their filling is homemade or not but it tasted like most apricot fillings I have had. The bakery was tasty, I would not say I would go out of my way for any of the things that I tried but if I was in the area again I would definitely peak in to see what they have in the case for the day. Visit the neighboring stand Rising Star for an elevated cup of coffee. Sandwiches: Breakfast sandwiches (when available) are so yummy! You can add on bacon or sausage (not both). They are prepped very quickly and have the freshest bun. Must order! I will say that they're a little pricey ($9 and $2.50 extra if you want to add bacon or sausage). Bread/pastries: The case is usually full of different pastries. Croissants are really good here but light on filling. Breads are hit or miss. On some days they are very dry, at the start of the week much better. Service: Always pleasant and quick. Usually your order is taken care of before interaction with the next customer. This keeps things moving along very efficiently. Seating: After you order, you can sit at the Market Hall or on the patio. Lots of seating choices - tables, couches, high tops, and booths. It may get crowded on weekends but you'll always find seats. Specials: Check out their specials (pastry and bread days) attached to this post and on their social media.
