Especially the seating area and ice cream shop decor. The store is filled with treats year round as well as seasonal specialties. It's been a great place to find some holiday treats. I have enjoyed most things that I have gotten there but the chocolate is a little too sweet in general. So, I will splurge on some single pieces from the case but some of the other things have not been as great. Notably, my chocolate dipped oreo was too sweet and buckeyes purchased as a gift received the same comment from someone pretty well versed in buckeye eating! So, that's why the limited stars. Service is usually pretty good at this location but it definitely feels more counter service and less gift shop-let us tell you what we have to offer kind of service....

The crispy rice tasted like a tasteless hash brown. The spam and chile topping was fairly flavorful. A bit salty but was ok. I sampled a few of the ice creams as well and was equally flavorless! I'd be happier with a container of butter pecan ice cream from Aldi for less than $3. I like to be honest with my reviews and hands down this isn't a place I'd return too and the menu didn't offer a ton of choices to go back to try anything else. I recently visited again in July 2024 and I ordered a small DAIRY FREE vanilla ice-cream topped with butterfinger pieces and peanut butter cup pieces ($3.50). It was simple and delicious. There are of options to choose from so I'm sure you'll find something you like. Customer service is always friendly and quick.
