They did have quite few other baked goods in individual sizes which felt like a sign that we needed to try them. They have MASSIVE cookies in really slutty flavors but we still have leftovers from losing our sanity ordering from insomnia cookies the other night so we went in a different direction. I can never pass up an apple turnover which was flaky heaven. GF ordered a cinnamon twist which had such a delicate cakey texture. There is a nice area to sit inside with a few tables if you choose to dine in, as well as a larger outdoor patio space to sit at which I really liked and will be perfect in the summer time. Jossi's had a lot more then just bakery as they offered traditional Latin food options such as empanadas as well as some other warm pastries. They also do custom cakes and personalized orders which is really awesome and they seem like a great team of people to work alongside if you are interested! I tried the carrot cake cupcake which was light and delicate, as well as tried the packaged alfajores which were not my favorite but was happy to try them. They also offered specialty coffees and drinks as well as selling their own ground coffee for purchase in a horchata flavor. I do wish they had their prices posted on the large menu just to reference as I found myself having to ask the price of a couple things. Overall, this bake shop is a charming place and reasonably priced and I am glad to have it tucked away into Broadview Heights. The slice was really big, I think I ate it for 3 days, but it was priced for a giant slice too, at about $12. I want to go back for ice cream - the hard scoop flavors look fun, but I'm a soft serve girl and they have a different flavor every weekend. I ordered Dubai chocolate cup with double layers ($15). The serving was generous but I really felt that $15 is not a reasonable price. I tried Dubai chocolate cups at Middle Eastern events and festivals, so I was comparing my cup to those cups. The ratio of ingredients felt unbalanced. There was almost too much of everything and it overpowered the flavor. The whole thing also tasted very salty which was unexpected. I appreciated the real pistachios in the cup. I wouldn't get it again (due to being too salty and pricey), but it was nice to try once. Aside from Dubai chocolate, they also have seasonal kolaczki - raspberry, blueberry, nut, apricot, cream cheese, apple, strawberry, and cherry ($24.95 per 2 dozen). Employees really wanted to know if customers enjoyed the experience and cupcakes. The interior of the store is no frills - white walls and comfy red booths. The shop is pretty small. Overall, this bakery is a gem for North Ridgeville community where there are not many other bakery/cupcakery around.
