Why would I or anyone for that matter? The cupcakes were fresh, beautiful, and delicious. The ordering experience was stellar. Communication was quick to respond, on point, and amazing! If you need cupcakes for any occasion, and you have yet to try Carly's Cupcakes, you will NOT be disappointed. The cupcakes are beautifully packaged and I should know. I work for a major paper packaging company. I have seen bad packaging before. They were delivered on time as promised. Hard to find that kind of customer care anymore, but Carly has it. I ordered Dubai chocolate cup with double layers ($15). The serving was generous but I really felt that $15 is not a reasonable price. I tried Dubai chocolate cups at Middle Eastern events and festivals, so I was comparing my cup to those cups. The ratio of ingredients felt unbalanced. There was almost too much of everything and it overpowered the flavor. The whole thing also tasted very salty which was unexpected. I appreciated the real pistachios in the cup. I wouldn't get it again (due to being too salty and pricey), but it was nice to try once. Aside from Dubai chocolate, they also have seasonal kolaczki - raspberry, blueberry, nut, apricot, cream cheese, apple, strawberry, and cherry ($24.95 per 2 dozen). There's also cupcakery inside with various flavors like strawberry lemon, peanut butter lovers, triple chocolate, and zebra cake. Cupcakes are $4 individual and can be purchased in larger qualities. Any cakes, cupcakes, or other treats can be ordered for pickup at the bakery. Ordered 24/7 online and picked up 7 days a week. The service was pretty good. Employees really wanted to know if customers enjoyed the experience and cupcakes. The interior of the store is no frills - white walls and comfy red booths. The shop is pretty small. Overall, this bakery is a gem for North Ridgeville community where there are not many other bakery/cupcakery around.

Inside appeared to be a standard bakery, and since it was after lunch on the weekend before Christmas, the goods were almost sold out. I could tell that this was a decent place because the servers inside knew their pastries and how to manage the line to keep them moving in and out. The cookies and pastries appeared well made and decorated. They had samples which were so yummy and light (which could be dangerous). My wife decided to get a prepared box of holiday cookies to take home. The cookies were tasty, unfortunately the gingersnap flavor wandered over into the other cookies in the box. I would recommend getting cookies separately and not packaged. There were so many varieties of baked goods, so it would be hard to pick and choose unless you went to this place frequently. Good stuff, cookies by the pound. Various cakes and pastries also being sold. I think I even saw donuts. Keep up the good work! If we are in the neighborhood again, will be stopping by.
