We waited 2 hours despite calling AAA several times and Brea towing only 4 miles, even CHP showed up and called them direct

Worst service ever. AAA service provider, took 4 hours to get to me, but the worst thing was they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling to see what the issue was. read more

Had to call AAA for towing and AAA called/used Brea towing to assist. The gentleman who came, Blake, was so professional and so friendly. He even scrubbed the oil off the floor that the car had leaked. He was very patient and very kind. Definitely recommend Brea Towing! read more

My transmission went out in la Mirada last night and I needed to get my car to my shop in city of industry. Everybody I dealt with at brea towing (dispatcher Maria & driver ren) was extremely polite & professional, & the service was quick & easy. There was one minor complaint - apparently commercial vehicles are not allowed to drive over the hill on Fullerton road (what harbor blvd turns into once you leave oc), so my original 8 mile according to apple maps tow got a little longer and cost a little extra. But being already late at night & with the tow truck already at my location and it being an honest mistake, I went with them anyway. My friend & I went to get donuts at moodoo donuts while he was hooking my car up, & I offered to get ren one and he even gave me a discount since he felt bad for the unexpected price increase. If there is any critique I can give it's maybe give the driver the destination address & make sure how far it will be first & let the customer know if there is any discrepancy before dispatching the driver, but this is probably not a common occurrence, and I don't know what they deal with on the back end. Just to be clear, the original 8 mile estimate was from my own apple maps - they did not tell me it would be 8 miles then suddenly change on me, they just didn't tell me that it would be longer til the tow truck arrived - and offered to let me cancel for free and go with another cheaper company if I chose to. All in all I hope my car never needs to get towed again, but if it does and I am in north oc I will definitely call brea towing. The experience was about as pleasant as it could be! read more

I requested a tire swap they couldn't do it then I waited for a tow and they never showed up. I'm going to find the guy who made me and my daughter wait 3plus hours and on top of that he didn't want to help me escalate and get another tow. He literally said he wouldn't help me because I was upset that they didn't show up and blamed me I waited 3 hours plus and he literally choose not to help me because he was being rude and I defended myself. read more

The folks at Brea Towing were able to help me with a complicated situation. Car was at the top floor of a parking garage that was not easy to maneuver, and I didn't have the keys. They were quick to respond, and Geo was very helpful and friendly as he got my car to its destination. Texted and called me with updates throughout the entire process as well. Would definitely recommend their services! read more

Exceptional, Wonderful experience with two guys from this company. EDDIE first arrived to scope out our blown tire issue. First thing he said was if we needed water--Very Thoughtful & provided outstanding service and support. Upon inspection, we actually needed a flat bed; He told us to get in his tow truck where he had the A/C blasting while we waited for his colleague to arrive with one. We had him check the old used spare we kept in the back to see if it was okay so in case, we could cancel the flat and just replace tire. Eddie was very quick made calls and even mentioned that we've been waiting awhile (we never complained, it didn't even feel like 15min), and got another tow guy to come shortly. David arrived and was equally a pleasure to be with. Both provided quick, proper service & conversation. He changed out our tires and even provided a bag to house our blown one so the brake dust wouldn't dirty our vehicle. Working on a SUNDAY and under the 103 degree sun & still smile and be caring with efficient work--This company is blessed to have these two men & we thank God for their service. Had to get my battery replaced and Mershad was the one to come and help! Super quick service, didn't wait long and he's super friendly! I've used Brea Towing a few times through AAA and it's always good service but Mershad was worth a review. He made me feel as if he actually enjoyed helping me out instead of just being sluggish and forced to do his job. Great attitude ! I recommend 100% read more

Erick went above and beyond to help my fiancée replace her battery. It was in really bad shape and Erick took the time to make sure we were safe and set to go. He was also cool and personable making this unfortunate event a great experience. Glad towing companies like Brea Towing represent AAA so well. Erick is thee man. My brothers jeep broke down on the 57 freeway and Brea's tow responded fairly quickly for being early morning traffic hour! Douglas showed up and was very courteous and very safety minded. He made sure my brother was safely out of danger before he started getting the jeep ready to be towed. Douglas also knew the area where the jeep was being towed and that definitely was a big plus. Douglas was very positive and friendly making the experience overall good. read more

hugeee shoutout to davon who helped us out tonight!! 11:30pm we had a car that wouldn't start, by 12:10 am the battery was checked & we were good to go! would definitely recommend for a 24/7 car service read more

Don't trust theese guys with any service or tow. I was involved in an accident with one of their tow truck and they did not want to give their insurance information and also denied any involvement. They towed my vehicle after accident and had my wife and I ride in the car as it was being towed. (Their excuse was due to covid) Apparently they don't take responsibility for their actions and don't care if you are safe or not. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND PROPERTY! read more

Having to get your car towed kinda sucks but Gio showed up quickly and got my car back home in no time!

My car decided to stop working against my wishes in the middle of my college intersection. I called them up after getting it pushed to a nearby parking lot. The lady who answered, Maria I think, was super nice and she definitely helped put ease into my mind. They were backed up with calls at the time I called but she assured me, the multiple times I called, that she hadn't forgotten about me and that almost made me cry in relief. And the tow truck driver was super helpful, too. These guys are really nice !! read more

I never got the message to leave a review so I'll just yelp it, but Edgar helped me when my tire was shredded & I had to drive from Brea to West Covina. Really nice & very helpful. Thank you so much! read more

I had my car towed by Ron this morning from a tough spot on the street and he was just amazing. It was a really hard morning with the car and he towed it quickly and easily and was VERY kind and reassuring. I felt bad because I had been yelled at by some drivers passing by and he helped me to feel better. I absolutely would give Ron 10 stars if I could because of how kind he was and how quickly he got my car off the street while still being 100% safe. Thank you so much Ron! After that, I had to get my car towed to a mechanic near me and was assisted by Cisco and he was also extremely helpful. He gave me some feedback on what he thought the problem was and his opinion was actually helpful in figuring out the problem! Thank you all for the excellent customer service. read more

We had one of the best experiences with roadside service earlier today with David and Eddie. These two gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations. Hopefully they are able to read this as well as upper management because they certainly deserved to be highlighted. It's an unfortunate event to have experienced a blown tire on the southbound shoulder of the 57 fwy, but me and my wife are truly thankful and blessed for these two gentlemen. I realize my wife wrote a review just before this, but I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for myself to give a hats off review to these two gentlemen. Thanks David and Eddie! read more

It's no surprise that this place got 5 stars. I was in need of a battery replacement this morning so I called Triple A and they arranged for Brea Towing to come out and install a new battery. They sent Drew, who arrived earlier than the window of time they gave me. He was awesome! Very friendly and efficient. Drew diagnosed my car battery, gave us a quote on the spot, and installed the new battery within 20 minutes. My husband and I were about to have lunch nearby so he even let us get started and said he'd call us out once he was done. I appreciate that he was so accommodating and was thoroughly impressed with his quality of work and service. Thanks, Drew! And kudos to Brea Towing for running a great business. Very reasonable prices. We look forward to doing business with them again. read more

Unbelievable experience. I left the house to get fuel and wash a vehicle my husband and I rarely drive. The battery died while fueling and I am stuck in my lounge clothes and nothing but my phone. I forgot to grab my purse on the way out. I call for assistance and the driver initially ends up at wrong address. My husband called in to AAA for me. Driver immediately begins to give me all the reasons why he can't help me (not realizing there are 2 accounts and we both have one) and then lectures me about not having my id. He ended up storming off refusing to assist, but that's OK AAA never fails and had another on the way. read more

My car's battery just died today and I was so not prepared for that. I asked my friend to help me jumpstart it but it wasn't working. Luckily a triple A truck was passing by and noticed my car trouble. He was really nice and helped diagnose my battery and recommended me to get a new one. I was so glad I ran into him and he knew exactly what to do and taught me and my friend how to jumpstart it for the future. I recommend calling Mehrshad the next time you're in some car trouble. read more

Best tow service EVER! Kyle-Brian knows his stuff, couldn't get a tow truck driver to tow my Challenger, they kept saying it was too low, because its on on airbags... after a few different tow truck drivers came out and didn't even try, I called Kyle and he was down instantly! And In Record time!!! What a nice dude, knows his stuff and super duper nice! Thank you Kyle-Brian! U ROCK! read more

It's June 6th an my car broke down. I called AAA to come to check my battery and or tow me if necessary. I was dispatched Brea Towing. At that time I was told by at least two other people that only one person could ride in the truck with the driver. Never once did anyone told me that the driver could refuse to take me with my car. It took them well over an hour to come. When Nicolas finally came, he was polite and willing to help. He said that my problem was my alternator. He told me that he couldn't take me in his truck because he, "didn't feel safe" because of Covid and I would have to find my own ride. I told him that I had a mask and he said that it was his decision and I would have to find my way. I told him that if I knew this from the time that I called I could have set it up. What if this was my wife? Would YOU ever let your daughter or wife use this service? I won't! read more

This is the worst place ever, lacks customer service skills. Please make sure that if you are getting towed not to use this towing company. Make sure you ask all questions that you can think off, if you are getting towed by them and your car will be at their tow yard. They will conveniently forget or assume everyone runs like them to leave out details that are of importance to have your car released. They will stand around and make fun of the other tow companies that come and pick up your vehicle, when them themselves are worst. And if you try to talk to their management, they will hide behind the door of the rude lady that is the first face you see when you walk in. Nothing but sharks and will try everything to keep your car for one more day. I guess an extra 60 bucks is worth selling your soul. read more

i never write reviews but this is was crazy... called first for a flat tire guy told me nothing he could do about it and to call towing.... then the second guy came i tried to get maybe a idea what happened to the wheel he said something and when i asked him again he completely forgot.... and i am a teenager so i never done triple A before. So i didn't know if there was charge and i asked him and he tried to scam me he said it's usually 75 but i'll do 20 in cash but then i called my dad and he told me there is no charge. read more

My son's BMW Z3's suspension finally gave up the ghost at around 100,000 miles and it became unsafe to drive. We called AAA and Miguel Lopez from Brea Towing Company showed up with a nice flatbed. Miguel was very friendly and professional. He carefully hooked the car up and brought it up onto the bed. We appreciated the fact that he took his time to make sure everything was perfect. He drove the car to our local BMW mechanic, and was as careful taking the car off as he was putting it on. I told him that we were very happy with how he hooked everything up, and that I'd leave him a five star review here on Yelp. So, here you go! Based on reading through the other reviews, it looks like many others are happy with this towing company as well. They obviously hire the best drivers! Thanks Miguel! read more

*BE AWARE OF HEAT STAMP DATES (look this up online) ON THE BATTERY YOU GET FROM BREA TOWING* Purchased a battery from Brea Towing through Triple A in March. Month later my car died after sitting for just two days, after having driven the car for about an hour two days prior. Figured battery is bad so I called Brea Towing to speak to a manager. He was in but did not take my call, so I left a message. He never called. So instead I called AAA for a replacement. Apparently the battery is "good", but the battery had a heat stamp from August '19, with a sticker that says March '20. So I put it through claims department for a replacement and got the battery replacement approved. However Brea Towing was a no show. So I called Triple AAA again, explain the whole situation and they sent out someone from Brea Towing. A guy name John comes out visibly upset, and told me that the replacement of my battery "is not happening". So I proceed to call Triple A again and John got angry and drove away. I did end up getting my battery replaced but yeah, if you do end up getting these guys to replace your battery I'd make sure you're getting a new battery, not an old battery from year prior. read more

Horrible. Robert from Brea Towing just left me stranded in a parking lot by myself. My family is all on our AAA membership, I had my son call for AAA to come help me.
