Cozy. Delicious. Fast service. This place is cute and cozy. I enjoyed the yuca cake and the Brazilian hot chocolate. They have a variety of Brazilian deserts and snacks to choose from. Staff is helpful and accommodating. I hope you find this review helpful. Have a great day!

Had caitlyn's special. Eggs, pesto, tomato and mozzarella on cheese bread. Again the cheese bread is so good it's worth it just for that but the pesto is also amazing. The restaurant is so cute. This last time I had a biscoff latte and it was amazing

The food was fabulous. We ordered the Shrimp pot pie, cheese bread, pork BBQ, and hot chocolate. Portions were small, but just the right amount for us. Very small place, only 7 tables, and they were constantly filled. Reservations are not available. Decorated and very cute. Highly recommended

This was a super cute spot for lunch. The atmosphere is homey and the food is delicious. Our service was wonderful, the individual who helped us was very pleasant and very customer orientated. We had a lovely time and will be back.

Great place for breakfast and brunch right in the heart of town. Awesome atmosphere to sit down, relax, read the paper, study, and enjoy really delicious food. The cheese bread sandwiches are excellent. It's a must try! The owner of the place is extremely nice. She really makes you feel like you're at home. Charming place to eat with family. And close to shopping and pretzel tour.

Our 1st visit to this wonderful little gem. The executive chef, Silvia, was welcoming and friendly. We loved the Signature tomato soup and fresh roll it was served with. We can't wait to return and recommend this Cafe to all our friends!

Came in for a quick snack today, kids had chicken croquettes and we had the spinach and feta pastry. Everything we tried was yummy and coffee was great as well.

My dining experience was good but the food taken home is where things went wrong. I came here with my family for a quick meal and were pleasantly surprised. Food came out pretty fast and everything was flavorful and cooked well. The cheese bread was great, bouncy and chewy I could honestly eat that on a regular basis lol I got a tapioca crepe, it doesn't look appetizing but was really good! I've only had tapioca in boba so having it in a food dish was really interesting. Using the bathroom is odd, you'll need to wear a hairnet as you're passing through the kitchen. We also purchased some savory baked goods to take home 1 beef, 1 shrimp, 1 chicken. I really wish it was labeled in some way as my mom and I don't eat beef, so we had to tear open the pastries to see which was what. 2/3 appeared to be beef which was concerning and there wasn't a taste difference so I'm not sure if it was labeled incorrectly. The shrimp pastry also had a shell left in it.

Service could have been better, it was slow and lacking. We had their special, one was with pork and yuca over rice and one with beef and beans over rice. We also had their pork yuca soup with cheese bread. Also tried their tapioca crepes. Was not blown away but we''ll be back to try their other food.

Beautiful little cafe with excellent service. The food was hot, flavorful, and satisfying. It was ready in a flash as well. Highly recommend this place if you're in Lititz for a quick bite.

She wanted to go here for a fine dining experience and for the ambiance and service. Halfway through the meal she began sneezing. Upon leaving we noticed a large dog, possibly a German shepherd, at a table. I spoke with the hostess, and she confirmed this was not a service dog, and she informed me that the manager made an exception because it was too hot for them to eat outside and the customer told the manager that the dog would behave. The manager made this decision without considering any other people in the restaurant. This is disgusting and unsanitary. If we would have known there was a dog in the restaurant, we would not have eaten there. We did not pay almost $200 to dine with someone's pet. Only service animals should be allowed in a restaurant and there should never be an exception made at the expense of other guests. I was disappointed and shocked that this would have been approved by a manager. I will not visit this location again unless the manager can commit to the highest level of service to the guests and does not permit people to bring their pets with them into the restaurant. Please contact me to discuss this further. I am so upset that my mother's 80th birthday lunch was ruined by this ridiculous decision of these people to bring their dog to Fogo de Chão and even more shocked that a manager would condone this in total disregard of other guests!

Our waitress was fantastic...she explained everything about how the Brazilian-style dining works in detail. The experience is all about the meats--they come around with chicken, beef, sausage, lamb chops, and more. Everything is brought right to your table so you can enjoy it as much as you want. The Brazilian meal comes with a side of mashed potatoes that were phenomenal, and the market (salad bar) includes a variety of cheeses, meats, white rice and black beans (which were very tasty), different fruits, and more. We also added the lobster mac and cheese, and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had. The lemonade/limeade was refreshing, perfectly sweet, and just delicious. The bread is also to die for--I couldn't stop eating it. Service was top-tier--attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The meal is pricey, but worth every penny. We even got the key lime pie to go, and it was a 10/10. This restaurant is located in a complex with plenty of parking, so getting in and out is easy. A few tips: Make sure you come hungry because you'll want to try everything & they really do bring it all. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. I will definitely be returning!

We had to repeatedly ask for our sides, as they were not brought out proactively. Throughout the meal, no one checked on our table to see if we needed anything, and we were never offered drink refills. In addition, the food did not meet expectations. The meat we were served was overcooked, and despite the variety advertised, we were only offered four different meats during our visit. We have dined here in the past prior to the name change and had a much better experience, both in service and overall quality. While we understand the restaurant was busy, that does not justify the level of service provided--especially at this price point. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the restaurant has previously demonstrated it is capable of delivering a much better dining experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

You've got to head…read moreeither to Philly or Maryland for other options, which I only learned when my niece and nephew shared that they wanted to try hot pot for the first time. KPot is truly a gem! The atmosphere is modern with urban vibe decor. It's a cool place. And the service is excellent, from beginning to end. Our server helped us select our broth and gave us newcomers a lay of the hot pot land. You can order your hot pot add-ins by tablet on table-- and the food comes out without delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which our tablet selections were delivered to the table. Now onto the food and drink. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and regular milk teas. The strawberry lemonade was sweet but not overly so- very refreshing. And the kiddos reported that the milk teas was delicious. Now- onto the hot pot experience, which was so much fun! For broths, we tried the tomato, miso, and the spicy tom ka gha, which were all packed with flavor. Yum. KPot has a wide variety of meats and add ins for your hot pot. We tried the ribeye, brisket, beef tongue, pork, lamb, shumai, goyoza, octopus, eggplant, ramen, potato, and udon noodles. The beef tongue and the lamb were my favorites. But there was much more to try, we really only scratched the surface. I should also add that along with the all you can eat hot pot, there is also a little buffet with appetizers, desserts, and sauces. The kiddos enjoyed the freezer with ice cream options. KPot offers an all around well done hot pot experience in a cool atmosphere with fabulous service. I am certain we will be back next time I'm in the area. I'd say it is absolutely worth a visit.

While fun, that combination can be overwhelming for first-timers--some guidance would have helped. The food was tasty overall, but most of the BBQ meats were bland unless you chose the marinated options. Sauces were definitely needed. There's an appetizer bar with fried foods, fruit, rice, and a salad and sauce bar, which helped round out the meal. Drinks were mediocre. Service and communication were the biggest issues. When we arrived, I informed the hostess of our party size and that the rest of my group was in the parking lot. When asked if we were on a wait, she told us there was no wait. Despite that, we stood there for about 15 minutes with no explanation while multiple groups who arrived after us were seated first. I eventually had to remind the hostess that we were still waiting. We were then taken to the party room, which had several open and clean tables. Instead of seating us at an open and clean table, they had us wait 3 more mins to finish cleaning a table that just left for us to sit at. Our server did the bare minimum--dropping off drinks and occasionally clearing plates. For a first-time experience with both hot pot and BBQ, it would have been helpful if the server checked in, explained the process, or offered assistance. Food runners were not particularly pleasant and didn't explain what dishes they were placing on the table. There was an 18% gratuity included on the bill and our server did not deserve it. Final thoughts: KPOT delivers variety and value, but poor communication and minimal service took away from what could have been a much better experience--especially for a large group. I might return with a smaller group, but with low expectations.
