I had an amazing meal with the very pleasant and polite Andreia. She was funny and attentive, she made sure our meal was good. The restaurant as clean and the music selection was very nice. I will be going back.

Muito bom lugar agradável e atendimento excelente. Muitoooooo recomendo. Bbq está otimoooo

Did the chef chew on this piece and slap it on my sandwich? Must've kept the rest for themselves.

I ordered 60$+ worth of food for delivery. The steak sandwich w cheese had 0 cheese, maybe 2oz? Of overcooked "steak". Small handful of fries. All for $20.95. Not pictured, I got the garlic shrimp. They were OK. Also, the chicharon de Pollo was too salty and overcooked. I emailed the manager regarding the steak sandwich and provided pictures but got no response. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money.

There were some logistical issues (not great for an Uber Eats pickup/nearby park dining which I realize is a niche market). The worst was that the pork rib advertised in the mixed grill wasn't included - however, the chicken with bacon received in its place was worthwhile. It also included sausage, steak and a drumstick. Smaller than what you'd get from a similar combo in the Union City area, but flavorful. While imperfect, Brazilian Spices has its fleeting moments where the lighting is just right and the salt hits the smoke and fat at the ideal moment.

We loved our meal here and think the other reviews were harsh. Stephanie was kind and helpful, our food took a moment but not long and was worth the wait. We enjoyed our cod plate and the sirloin sandwich. Would recommend.

Had dinner there last night with the family . Place is clean , quiet Byob , service is not bad or great , food portions are okay - small compare to similar restaurants in the area. You do have to keep calling the waitress / waiter because staff is limited so they're busy either cooking or taking phone orders . Parking is definitely an issue but if you from the area you know where to park , even in the park . Overall , okay for small family dinner. The only dislike the price of the juice, which was $7.35 and lack of hot sauce .

Not a full order waste of $12 also Iverson done asked for rate and didn't send the yucca flour.

Ordered just chicken hearts $12 on Uber we haf a gift code came out to $18...now I shop seabra chicken hearts are very very inexpensive per pound. I get a partially filled pint container. Also they didn't send the yucca flour that's supposed to come with it. I asked temp of rare as you can see way over done dried out. This place used to be 5 star not anymore smh

a tray of food with fries and a dip

French fry's not even cooked , pork chops with out any seasoning, chicken wings raw and I ordered chicken salad not potato salad 50 dollars with a nice tip WASTED !!!

I enjoyed the contemporary design of the restaurant and the food was amazing. I had a dish that I normally don't make and don't see it in restaurants across the US - beef parmigiana. The meat was very tender, and the tomato sauce was well balanced without a lot of acidity, which I liked. It's a good size and you will probably take some home. Luis, the owner, is very proud of their vinyl equipment and says that the music selection of the DJs is very diverse and upbeat. This is a son and mother business and mom is in charge of the kitchen, menu design, produce purchase to keep everything fresh. I would definitely dine here again and I recommend it.

They had a wide variety of food, all ranging from beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and some vegetarian options. They had an extensive wine menu, and my boyfriend joyfully enjoyed a glass of wine. I got the brazilian fried chicken, which was extremely flavorful, and i was surprised there wasn't any breading on the chicken as typical fried chicken does. I much preferred the no-breading style, which I think is the Brazilian way. I would have preferred a boneless dish, as there were quite a few pieces with bones, and it was pretty oily at the bottom of the dish. It came with two very large sides, and totaled around $25. 100% would recommend this dish, but I do think at a lower price point, this could make do with just one side, instead of two, as the main dish was quite large enough to fill me up. My favorite part of this meal was the garlic butter bread that they provide for free. It comes out extremely fresh with lots of chopped up garlic, which is my favorite part of garlic bread. It was a great way to start the dinner off. The service was great and the waiters were extremely attentive. They regularly checked up on how we felt about the food and filled up our drinks. The restaurant was pretty empty while we were dining, but the space was laid out very nicely and the decor was beautiful. Would come again if it wasn't so far!

I added a little salt, pepper, and lemon to enhance the flavors. The staff was attentive, kept our glasses filled, and made sure we were enjoying our meal. One of the staff members let us sample the meat he was serving on the sword to another table, and it was incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. That experience made us want to return for the full Rozilio experience. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday dinner.

The Mixed Meat option had several different preparations of beef and a sausage served with a salad, french fries, and white rice. It was a generous portion of meat in a large plate. For dessert we all had the Serradura (Portuguese Sawdust Pudding) which was made with a meringued cream, whipped cream, and crushed cookies mixed together. Very delicious, not too sweet and not too filling. All around there was brick, stone and solid wood. I felt like I was in what I imagined a restaurant in Portugal would be like back in the day. The servers were friendly. I gives me the sense that it is a good place to have a range of events - from a business lunch to a celebratory party. There is lots of space in the restaurant with different rooms. One room seemed specifically set up for large parties whereas another room was set up like a typical restaurant. Our party was able to relax and enjoy ourselves without ever feeling any time pressures from the staff. It was quite an enjoyable experience.

This is a typical…read moreself-service buffet type of restaurant which is very common in Brazilian communities in Newark-NJ, Astoria-NY and many other locations. You make your plate, weigh and pay about $10 per pound. My feijoada plate from the attached picture had a little less than a pound so I paid around $9 which is a great deal especially if you compare to other restaurants in the area. The restaurant is somewhat small, simple, but there are enough tables for everyone even during lunch hours. Staff is friendly, they give you privacy to pick your food without anyone bothering you, food is tasty and the variety is ok. I wish they had Brazilian barbecue similar to other restaurants in the area but I can't really complain because the food and price were great. Compared to other Brazilian restaurants in the area this place has a big advantage because the process is very simple. Other restaurants such as Casa Nova, Cantinho Mineiro, Delícia de Minas also offer a buffet option but their process is very complicated. They have a prix fixe option for a set price and then if you add meat it's a different price, if you want to take something to go you need to pick a prix fixe container for a different price. It's just too confusing and I don't really like that, hence my preference for this Brazilian buffet restaurant. Don't expect any luxury or lots of variety. This is a practical restaurant offering food for a fair price. I definitely recommend it. Note that there's just street parking and the Wilson Ave area tends to be busy so keep that in mind.

He greeted us immediately, introduced himself, and made us feel welcome from the start. He explained our options clearly, including pricing, and throughout the evening he was incredibly attentive--refilling our sangria glasses before we even had to ask. We opted for the Rodizio, and as soon as we returned from the all-you-can-eat bar, the meats started making their way around. At first, the steaks we requested medium came out well-done. However, before we even flagged him down, Tiago circled back to check on us. When we mentioned the issue, he reassured us to let him know of any concerns right away. Within minutes, the steaks came back out--this time cooked to a perfect medium. That level of service really stood out. The food itself was fantastic. The variety was impressive, but the top sirloin was the star of the show--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sangria also deserves a mention; it tasted homemade, not store-bought, with just the right amount of punch to complement the meal. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about the restaurant's overall attention to detail. We were so impressed that we ended up returning the very next day with a friend--and the experience was just as good. I decided to tip in cash, (i told the hostess this too) and they took gratuity anyway, which the restaurant wouldn't help with- so i had to go through my bank; so just don't tip in cash just deal with the gratuity. I had to ask for water, for whatever reason it's not something they just give you, when you sit down. I was given a good cocktail, but once finished no one came to check and ask if i wanted another. I got full fast so was in and out quick. it wasn't insanely busy, i'd come friday during the day. i would like to give this place another shot with friends perhaps, maybe lack of service is because i wanted to go alone.
