It was a freezing cold night and I couldn't wait to get back up and running. They came very quick. The driver was super friendly and considerate. He was able to fix the problem right there on the side of the road, so I didn't need to be towed. The best is that, although the service was not technically completely covered by the auto club, he was like 'Don't worry about the extra ten bucks'. I don't anticipate driving this way again ... so will likely not have the need to use them. But, if you are stuck and need to ... rest assured they are fast, friendly and they know what they are doing. In such vulnerable situations, I've been taken advantage of before and had no recourse. Thankfully, this time couldn't have been better and based on that service, a I'd trust them to do work on my car fairly.

Came in the next day and took the car and all the people work here are friendly. The guy in the front desk made sure I was warm enough at 11degree outside temperature. Then the obvious popped into my head, Devaney Tire, I had been then in the past and was very pleased. Monday morning I go there at 8:15, they go out to my Jeep to check the size then they made a phone call and said they would call me when they had the tires. Two hours later they call and say the tires are in, I dropped my Jeep off this morning and got a call in roughly 3 hours to say the tired mounting, balancing and front end alignment were done! No wonder they have been in business for generations!

It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.
