Wrong number for the business is posted in the lot without a company name either so it took me a long time to figure out where to actually go to get my car, then when I finally get there I have to wait almost 25 minutes for the guy to show up, do the paper work and finally give me my car back. I was also kindly told to "call my congressmen" because apparently he decides how much to charge for towing and storage. When I said the number was wrong at the lot and that's why I didn't pick it up earlier, I was told that explicitly that it's not their problem. Horrible experience, horrible people.
