I was also kindly told to "call my congressmen" because apparently he decides how much to charge for towing and storage. When I said the number was wrong at the lot and that's why I didn't pick it up earlier, I was told that explicitly that it's not their problem. Horrible experience, horrible people. Sorry I can't afford to pay $400 a year for parking up front and I needed to park somewhere for the night! Vultures.
