Fast and reliable: drop off today and pick up after 4 PM the next business day. We've never had a problem with their service, and the people who work there are always very nice. The location is convenient, and there are few designated parking spots directly in front of their door which makes it easy for drop off and pick up inside. You can also use their drive-through window and never need to step out of your car. Side note: recently, nearly every time I pick up or drop off our dry cleaning, I now stop in for a cookie, cupcake, or hand pie at the cute bakery that just opened up next door to this Braxton's location!) I had not been to Braxton's Walton (Richwood) location for several months, so I was not aware of…read moretheir temporary hours of operation, 7:00 - 1:00. Regardless, I walked in the open door of this location at 12:59 or 1:00, and the attendant immediately and abruptly told me they close at 1:00. I have been a loyal customer of Braxton's for more than 25 years and this is the first time I felt there was no reciprocation for my loyalty. Despite the facts that the door was open, the attendant was available, and I had two large bags for dry cleaning/laundry, I was offered no service, simply told they were closed. Given this experience and the lack of any empathy or consideration, I am left no choice but to reconsider my choice for dry cleaning/laundry services. I would have preferred to have addressed my concern directly with Braxton's but their website is informational only. There is no option to contact them or provide any form of feedback.

I highly recommend you finding out when somebody like Miss Debbie is working and go then if it happened to me and he refuses to do anything about it or even acknowledge the then you can absolutely believe it is going to happen to a lot of other people
