Regardless, I walked in the open door of this location at 12:59 or 1:00, and the attendant immediately and abruptly told me they close at 1:00. I have been a loyal customer of Braxton's for more than 25 years and this is the first time I felt there was no reciprocation for my loyalty. Despite the facts that the door was open, the attendant was available, and I had two large bags for dry cleaning/laundry, I was offered no service, simply told they were closed. Given this experience and the lack of any empathy or consideration, I am left no choice but to reconsider my choice for dry cleaning/laundry services. I would have preferred to have addressed my concern directly with Braxton's but their website is informational only. There is no option to contact them or provide any form of feedback.
