I utilize their pick up service, when I arrive I pick up after my flight and I've also been inside the store and I've also called into the store before. So my review is going to touch base on inside the store, pick up and calling in. The few times I've come here the parking lot is pure chaos, it's always packed in here and you can't find an employee at all in this store. It's pretty clean, very well stocked but you can't get help that's for sure and you aren't acknowledged at all. I've called in before to check on my pick up order (sometimes my flight is delayed and I miss my pick up window). I had to call 4 separate times once ,before someone picked up and even then she didn't have answers she kept asking the person next to her every question I had instead of just transferring me over or handing over the phone, she didn't seem to pleasant with her attitude. But everytime I actually do pick up, the employees who bring my stuff out are kind and fast and they are the only reason this place is getting the stars it does. They are exceptional and aren't like robots and they don't act like they hate their jobs. Overall- I have to use this Walmart because it's the only one nearby. But I always just do pick up now instead of going in, it's just pure anxiety in there.

Years ago, they did but then had a failed experiment replacing them with Dunkin Donuts. Prices for Dunkin were the same price as the local Dunkins outside of the club so it really didnt make sense plus I think they had a limited menu. I miss having the hot foods food court. Now the space is used for storing online pickup orders. My hubby loves the blueberry muffins from the bakery here and my son loves their little cornbread cakes. We aren't fans of their croissants though. Their mobile app is awesome. It even tells you if coupons are available if you forget to add them first. You can quickly see the latest gas prices at the top of the page. The gas station is a bit of a mess with the layout because they only have 1 opening and people tend to block it. Occasionally, they will come out of the booth and guide people to move up but that depends on who is working. I've really only seen that happen when the older guy is working. Glad we have a BJs close by.

What I love about the simplicity of Aldi's is that I get one option for food but it's usually a good quality and in the end I save a lot of money. It's easy to get in and out. I don't mind bagging my groceries. Whatever little item I can't find here I just pickup at Publix on the way home. But I do 90% of my food shopping here.
