When we came in we were greeted immediately by Alex he was knowledgeable and an amazing guide to the vast offerings available at this shop! In terms of beef this shop has select, prime, and certified wagyu options. I found my birthday steak but with lots of stops throughout our day. They held it for our family until Wednesday when we were back in the area! Everything is vacuum sealed and can last 30 days refrigerated. This is a little different from a traditional US butcher but make no mistake they offer very high quality meat. If you are serious about your BBQ or cooking steaks this place is heaven.
