Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. My experience from the initial call with Jessica to our initial consultation with Jeff to the install led by Marvin was all top notch. Getting scheduled was very easy. I was familiar with the water tests but still wanted to go through the process with Jeff. It was very informative and engaging. It was great to get to feel the difference in our water and the soft water that we would be getting. That took about an hour from start to finish. We wanted to get the water installed before Christmas but due to the rain, we needed to wait. However, they came the Saturday morning before Christmas to install the kitchen's reverse osmosis unit so that we could have something before the holidays. And they returned the day after Christmas to complete installation on the exterior of the home. Marvin was polite, professional and informative afterwards explaining everything and answering our questions. They also did a great job afterwards. If I ever had a question, they always (Jeff, Jessica and Marvin) were quick to respond. When digging they did displace (and not replant) a bush that I had recently planted in the Spring. Once, I was aware it was gone, Jeff quickly made it right by crediting my account the cost of the bush. All in all, I was and still am very pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism and responsiveness of this company. We are absolutely enjoying our soft water and look forward to tracking the benefits over time that show up with our hair, skin and nails along with our bodies. I am sure we will be better hydrated drinking less dissolved solids. Highly recommended!

I usually take my 5 gallon jug and get it filled with alkaline water. I used to drive all the way to Plano and get it filled, but now this is more closer, and it convenient for me since I only live about 20 minutes away.from the location.
