Willard Air, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical came out this morning for full system review, AC & furnace system components. Brilliant work; very thorough report walk-through with photos. Impressively professional and thorough. The guy George was awesome. They complemented the check up, up front. There aee some good catches that we can get fixed today, and extend the life of the compressor. Heartily recommend. We also joined the membership program to get on the bi-yearly checkups for AC and furnance in preseason times. Incredible turnaround! Well done all!!

    Highly recommend…read more Top Gun immediately contacted me to set up an appointment. This was at 10am on a Friday in late July. The owner came out that evening to diagnose the problem. Parts were ordered. Monday I get a call from Allie explaining how long it would take to get the parts from the manufacturer & when to expect my AC to be fixed. Allie was friendly, kind, compassionate, & helpful the few times we spoke. Excellent customer service! The following Monday (yesterday) Arturo came to replace the coil in my attic. I was told in advance that it would be an all day job. No problem. Arturo walked us through & showed us the problems that caused our AC coil to need replacement once the old coil was out. It was fantastic getting a mini teaching lesson about home AC. He took the time to explain the possible issues with the unit outside too. At the very end we ran into a problem. Arturo said he would be happy to stay & troubleshoot, or come back today. No point to come back out even though he'd been working all day. He quickly found the problem & the AC was up & running. Kudos to Arturo! I know nothing about AC repairs, but the cost was reasonable to me. I actually had to raise my AC a few degrees because my house was so cool this morning. Humans & dogs are very happy.

I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone I spoke with--from the outstanding customer service representatives to the upper management team. They took the time to understand my situation as a disabled veteran who was exposed to Sarin nerve gas during the Iraq War. Because of that exposure, I now deal with cognitive and speech impairments, PTSD, and other challenges that affect me every minute of the day. I currently need a caregiver for eight hours each day to help me manage daily activities. Because of my cognitive challenges, I know I can be difficult at times. If I can't express what's on my mind right away, I lose my train of thought and become frustrated. This is something I struggle with daily. I want to sincerely apologize to the customer service representatives--who are the first point of contact and such an important part of the company--if I came across as unprofessional at any time. It was never intentional. Having worked in the insurance industry for most of my career, I understand how critical that first impression is. I always trained my own employees to greet patients with a smile, offer water or coffee, and make them feel welcome. Sunny Services does exactly that in their own way. Their team makes you feel cared for from the very first moment, always asking, "What can I do to make your day better?"--and they mean it. I have also been extremely impressed with their HVAC service work. I first used them when they offered a Home Depot promotion over the summer. I expected a quick job, but instead they took their time, performed a thorough diagnostic, and explained everything clearly. My father--who lives two hours away--happened to be visiting that day. He was amazed by their professionalism and the level of detail they provided. He had almost no questions because Sunny Services had already explained everything so well. Seal was one of several companies I contacted and was the first to get back to me. They asked several questions and listened to what I had to say on the phone and assured me they could likely solve my A/C problems at a much more reasonable rate. Once they made it out to my place, they didn't try to push me on the most expensive, brand name units. Secondly, while the other competitor said I needed to replace both the upper A/C unit in my attic and the lower unit on the side of my house, Seal confirmed the lower unit was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced since it was only installed six years ago. Long story short, they were able to replace the entire upper unit while saving me thousands! They also completed the work quickly and professionally. My house is blowing cold air again and I can't wait to see the energy savings in the summer. Overall, Seal is honest, hard-working and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair in Dallas-Fort Worth.
