this place was amazing. The manager was so nice and the waiter Marco was so nice too. The service was outstanding, and the food was divine.

We use to be regulars and then service became slow and negatively impacted the experience. However, a friend suggested we go there and I was easily able to snag a Friday night reservation. Upon arrival, it was nice to see a busy restaurant. They weren't able to fulfill my booth request but that's okay, it's never a guarantee. But we both had the pasta woozie and the shrimp appetizer to share. Everything was delicious, hot, seasoned, and fresh! Kudos to the kitchen! And despite our waitress having a very large party to manage, she still did her best making sure we had what we needed. I'll be back "sooner" next time! read more

Ate at Bravos recently and was very disappointed. The salmon had no seasoning and the salad , coated in a vingarette with no flavor. I could only taste olive oil For the price, this in unacceptable. We made reservations for a wonderful Italian dinner on a Friday night. We were cordially greeted and seated to our table. The server was phenomenal and amazed us with her expertise. She was able to predict what we' were on the mood for. We ordered the calamari and lobster bisque for starters. Both were delicious and very filling . He ordered a supreme pizza and I got the Fra Diavolo w grilled salmon medium cooked, which was to the perfection of my taste. I wanted a glass of rosé, but they didn't have it in stock so I settled for a glass of Chardonnay, which it was good to pair w my seafood based meal. I decided to try this restaurant because I had a deal through inKind with their gift cards. They had good bread and dishes, but the portions were on the small side and kinda pricey. We also didn't get good waiter service- we had to ask multiple times for drinks and other things we needed. One time, we stopped someone walking by because we couldn't find our waiter. We told them we needed drinks, they said okay, and walked off behind the bar and completely ignored our request. Not only did they not fulfill it, they didn't even tell our waiter. And I know they didn't because we sat in the bar area and had a clear view of them. Average food, below average service. I'd choose somewhere else for dinner. read more

It's been a while since we've been to Bravo! We used to come often for the happy hour snack/apps menu and we really enjoyed doing that. Most recently we went in for a full lunch on a slow Friday off work and enjoyed our experience. Both the flatbread pizza and the gluten free pasta our party got were better than expected and left us both eating more than we originally planned. Bravo! is rarely the first place we think of and being at the busy Friendly shopping center doesn't help that, but I think we'll be back sooner next time. read more

I'm a fan of the Bravo brand and seek them out when traveling. So when in Greensboro, NC and looking for a higher level pasta option I was happy to try them out for the first time take out. An early week day visit was solid with immediate service and ultimately very fast turnaround of a large order. In the mean time while waiting I hit the bar for a drink. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. I ordered an old fashioned. Their take on the tradition cocktail is different with two types of alcohol. It was pretty good, not great. Checkout was done upfront at time of ordering and smooth. Tip these staff, they rely on it. My order was packaged up nicely for transport. The lobster ravioli was yum and nice portion size. They added in fresh bread. The value for portion was good. A 4 star seems on target with Bravo of Greensboro and I would 100% return. read more

We decided to try Bravo's new brunch service today. Normally, we love Bravo's food and over the top ambiance. But there is some work to do to in their brunch. We ordered the candied bacon, avocado toast and eggs Benedict. The candied bacon wasn't ready yet. The poached eggs were hard boiled. The hollandaise lacked flavor- needed more lemon juice. The avocado toast was the best of everything but was a very small portion for the price and really had no special elements. It also had eggs that were way overcooked. Everything was pricy for what it was. I recommend Bravo for a fun dinner or Happy Hour- but would not return for brunch. read more

My husband was mad! Mad I had not mentioned going here before. He LOVED the chicken parm. The bread and the salad were amazing. The chicken woozie was "ehh". Service was great. It was clean and nice and not too loud. Daughter and I shared the meal and a salad and they plated it halved for us which was nice. Loved the customer service! Our waiter was amazing! He went above and beyond to correct a mistake! Mistakes happen, so I won't write about what wrong. It was handled very professionally. My family and I visited Bravo on a Sunday around brunch time. A party of 5, we were seated immediately. Although it was a busy time for the restaurant, the restaurant remained calm and quiet creating a comforting environment. This was brought to our attention by my aunt-in-law. We had calamari for appetizer. The calamari was flash fried served with marinara and tater ranch sauce. I enjoyed it. I love whole calamari. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, my husband ordered the chicken caprese, my family members ordered salmon, and other chicken dishes. I would have preferred a fresher fried chicken breast. I tasted my husband's dish and wished I would have ordered a non breaded chicken breast rather than the usual breaded chicken. The complimentary bread and oil was DELICIOUS! I almost ate just bread. We enjoyed our time and most of our food. This is not my first visit trip, although it's been a while since my last visit. There is one thing that remains constant and that is customer service at this location. I will definitely return. read more

Currently bravo is struggling to keep servers. They rescheduled our party twice, because the servers weren't available until 4pm. Mind you this establishment opens at 11am. We waited an additional 15min to be seated. I had the grilled salmon fresca, which was very tasty. The salmon was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The dinner rolls with oil dressing was fantastic. I could eat just those. I also had the bramble lemonade cocktail which didn't seem like it had anything extra in it (waste of money). Overall the food is good, but if you want fast service sit at the bar. The bar upon walking in was packed and now I understand why. read more

Stopped in at Bravo after a movie night in Friendly center recently. Service was phenomenal, our waitress was super nice and attentive all evening. The food was just ok. We started with the Calamari, which unfortunately was overly chewy, but tasty if dipped in the sauces it was served with. I opted for the Pasta woozie, their version of a chicken Alfredo. While the pasta was nice, the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. Would probably get just the plain Alfredo next time or a new dish to try. Long story short, this was by far the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. First, they served an orange-colored vegetable oil, which they claimed was a special house blend of Italian olive oil. The chicken lacked seasoning, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. To top it off, the shrimp on my daughter's Alfredo pasta was simply inedible. This should be a 3.5 but we can't do .5 stars on this app. The vibe is old world Italian, and they pull it off. Our waiter had a wonderful outgoing personality but he was assigned too many tables to give a five star service. It's management's fault not his. He was perfectly capable and professional but over extended. The hostess was also over extended and managing take out along with seating people. She was really sweet but again over extended. There was a pickup order that took at least 10 minutes of her time asking tons of questions, while the lobby was filling up with guests checking in. One group began talking about going to another restaurant because apparently they were there before us and wasn't acknowledged. I don't know how many take out orders they had back to back, I only know people were restless. The meal did not come with any bread. We learned while we were leaving that they ran out but there was nothing done to compensate for that. We ordered Spaghetti Bolognese and no Parmesan cheese was offered? It tasted good but was missing cheese and bread. I had the limoncello lemonade drink and it was great and the bread pudding for dessert. The food tasted good, but the rating is lower for the above reasons. The spaghetti was 5 stars and also the dessert. Management needs to get it in gear! read more

My daughter and I went to Bravos after church. Once seated we were informed that they don't have bread then was told the bread would be out in 25 minutes. We finally received some bread before our food came out. Once our food came out we asked for more bread and was told there was not any. How do you run out of bread? Me and my boyfriend stopped in Bravo recently. We did have to wait a little while but that was fine. They do have online reservations so I'd suggest using that if you are coming on a weekend. Our server was super friendly and kind. She was very attentive and kept our drinks full. We started with the calamari and it wasn't very good. It was oily and too chewy. I wouldn't recommend ordering it if you're going. However the bread and oil were so good I think we got two baskets of bread. I ordered the Fra Diavolo with shrimp and it was delicious! I love the cream sauce, it had a touch of spice and tomato flavor that went perfectly with the pasta. I liked the Campanelle pasta used, it paired with the sauce nicely as well. read more

This was my first time eating here with the limited menu for a big group. Our group was a group of 23. We had a limited menu and reservations for 6:30. The limited menu offers 2 salads, house or ceasar, 3 entrees: bravo pasta. Chicken Parmesan and chicken masala. Tea, coffee, and soda . We ordered as soon as we were seated. We got drinks at 7:30, salads at 8:00 and food at 8:30. This establishment cannot handle a big party, you have been warned I have eaten here many times and the food and service have always been the best. My advice is to avoid if they offer your big party a limited menu. You have to pay and there is no recourse if things are not handled properly. We attended a team dinner for our track team. I loved the ambiance and the service. Because we had a very large party I was surprised that the service was so accommodating and easy. The food came our family style and we had the following: shrimp scampi, chicken marsala, pepperoni flat bread, spaghetti and meatballs, green beans, Greek salad, Caesar salad, salmon, and chicken Alfredo. The food was very mediocre, bland and lacked flavor. The service made up for it. We were honestly not expecting much as this was a large group dinner. Not sure if we would have had better food by ordering individually but it didn't feel like we got our monies worth. I stopped eating after the spaghetti & meatballs which was the first main course item we received. I do love that they allowed the kids in our large group to all sit together in a separate area. We were supposed to receive fountain drinks but we never received any nor were we asked what we wanted. The adults all went to the bar for libations. The kids only had water. I get it's frustrating for that, but it's common. 15 min after our reservation time, someone finally talked to us and told us we could be seated. Our server was cool. It just took a long time to get everything. We waited for mixed drinks, we waited for bread, we waited for our meals. They were out of a lot of things too. We ended up ordering an app bc it was taking so long for our food. The drinks were inconsistent as some were much stronger than others. When we did get our food, it was decent. Most of us got the pasta woozie. The chicken didn't taste right. It had a weird texture. Other than that, it was decent. The person with the steak enjoyed it. Another restaurant I have not visited in a while but used to really enjoy! My boyfriend and I came for date night and enjoy ourselves. He was impressed by the decor of the restaurant and the soft ambiance it gave off! Our waiter was nice and gave us his honest opinion when asked about different menu items which we appreciated. Our food came out rather quickly and was hot! Everything tasted good, but I will say my pasta (pasta bravo) did need a little more sauce than it originally came out with. I requested more sauce for my dish which was kindly brought to me and it immediately bumped the taste up to what I was hoping for! My boyfriend ordered a seafood pasta which had a solid amount of shrimp and lobster. I got take out. My ATLien friend say they don't have Bravo or Brio and says the lasagna here is really good. I decided to give it. Try. Yes. It is tasty but not that tasty. Perhaps I'd pasta'd myself out this week or maybe I need to have this as a dine in? I enjoyed my food. It was hot and a good portion size. You get bread and dipping oil on the side. That is too messy for me. I appreciate the sentiment but smushing bread around a plate of oil & seasonings is not the same as dipping it in a cup of seasoned oil. Pro tip: if you get the emails take advantage of the offers to try something. Also, this is a great happy hour meet up spot during nice weather. Er'body knows this so go early.
