The pasta was cooked just right -- not too al dente -- and the flavors were delicious. My sister ordered the grilled salmon salad, and the salmon was cooked perfectly while the salad itself was fresh and delish. We both started with Aperol Spritzes, which were perfect for the beginning of summer weather! The ambiance was warm, inviting, and homey, and our server was so attentive throughout the meal. We were celebrating my nephew's birthday/graduation, and not only did he bring out dessert for the occasion, but he also surprised us with an extra dessert and gave us so much bread and sauce to take home. Unfortunately, our Mother's Day experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. As visitors to the area, we chose this restaurant hoping for a special holiday meal. We arrived when the restaurant opened and were among the first guests seated, yet the service was remarkably slow from the start. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive coffee, and when it finally arrived, it was undrinkable. We were told there was a cappuccino machine available, but no one on staff appeared to know how to operate it. The wait for food was even more frustrating. After waiting about an hour, our meals finally arrived, only to be met with food that was largely overcooked, burnt, or hard. The waffles appeared to be pre-made frozen mini waffles rather than freshly prepared, which was especially disappointing for a Mother's Day brunch. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of organization. Throughout our visit, food accumulated under the heat lamps while staff and management seemed unsure where dishes belonged or which tables they were intended for. The operation felt disorganized and unprepared for the volume of guests they chose to serve that day. While we understand that holidays can be challenging for restaurants, customers should still receive edible food and reasonable service for the prices being charged. Instead, the experience felt like the restaurant was focused on maximizing holiday revenue without adequately delivering on food quality or customer service. We use to be regulars and then service became slow and negatively impacted the experience. However, a friend suggested we go there and I was easily able to snag a Friday night reservation. Upon arrival, it was nice to see a busy restaurant. They weren't able to fulfill my booth request but that's okay, it's never a guarantee. But we both had the pasta woozie and the shrimp appetizer to share. Everything was delicious, hot, seasoned, and fresh! Kudos to the kitchen! Bravo has come a very long way. It's been awhile since I visited because I didn't enjoy my previous experiences. This time we used a Groupon and really got our money's worth. I enjoyed the spaghetti primavera, the lobster bisque, the bread service, and the martinis. They also allow parties to be held here. We made reservations for a wonderful Italian dinner on a Friday night. We were cordially greeted and seated to our table. The server was phenomenal and amazed us with her expertise. She was able to predict what we' were on the mood for. We ordered the calamari and lobster bisque for starters. Both were delicious and very filling . He ordered a supreme pizza and I got the Fra Diavolo w grilled salmon medium cooked, which was to the perfection of my taste. It's been a while since we've been to Bravo! We used to come often for the happy hour snack/apps menu and we really enjoyed doing that. Most recently we went in for a full lunch on a slow Friday off work and enjoyed our experience. Both the flatbread pizza and the gluten free pasta our party got were better than expected and left us both eating more than we originally planned. An early week day visit was solid with immediate service and ultimately very fast turnaround of a large order. In the mean time while waiting I hit the bar for a drink. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. I ordered an old fashioned. Their take on the tradition cocktail is different with two types of alcohol. It was pretty good, not great. Checkout was done upfront at time of ordering and smooth. Tip these staff, they rely on it. My order was packaged up nicely for transport. The lobster ravioli was yum and nice portion size. They added in fresh bread. The value for portion was good. A 4 star seems on target with Bravo of Greensboro and I would 100% return. read more

We decided to try Bravo's new brunch service today. Normally, we love Bravo's food and over the top ambiance. But there is some work to do to in their brunch. We ordered the candied bacon, avocado toast and eggs Benedict. The candied bacon wasn't ready yet. The poached eggs were hard boiled. The hollandaise lacked flavor- needed more lemon juice. The avocado toast was the best of everything but was a very small portion for the price and really had no special elements. It also had eggs that were way overcooked. Everything was pricy for what it was. I recommend Bravo for a fun dinner or Happy Hour- but would not return for brunch. read more

I decided to try this restaurant because I had a deal through inKind with their gift cards. They had good bread and dishes, but the portions were on the small side and kinda pricey. We also didn't get good waiter service- we had to ask multiple times for drinks and other things we needed. One time, we stopped someone walking by because we couldn't find our waiter. We told them we needed drinks, they said okay, and walked off behind the bar and completely ignored our request. Not only did they not fulfill it, they didn't even tell our waiter. Called to ask a question before ordering, after going thr automated system, I wanted to order bread which is not on the online menu, no one answered then phone. Went ahead and ordered for curbside pick up. My family and I visited Bravo on a Sunday around brunch time. A party of 5, we were seated immediately. Although it was a busy time for the restaurant, the restaurant remained calm and quiet creating a comforting environment. This was brought to our attention by my aunt-in-law. We had calamari for appetizer. The calamari was flash fried served with marinara and tater ranch sauce. I enjoyed it. I love whole calamari. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, my husband ordered the chicken caprese, my family members ordered salmon, and other chicken dishes. I would have preferred a fresher fried chicken breast. I tasted my husband's dish and wished I would have ordered a non breaded chicken breast rather than the usual breaded chicken. The complimentary bread and oil was DELICIOUS! I almost ate just bread. We enjoyed our time and most of our food. This is not my first visit trip, although it's been a while since my last visit. We started with the Calamari, which unfortunately was overly chewy, but tasty if dipped in the sauces it was served with. I opted for the Pasta woozie, their version of a chicken Alfredo. While the pasta was nice, the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. Would probably get just the plain Alfredo next time or a new dish to try. Use to be a great place, Chicken Pharm was usually great, mine yesterday tasted ok, no herb fettuccine noodles, I tried the noodles, they were awful... very sad. Wifes chopped salad had very little chicken that we could see. Never again. I hope they fix this. I sent the issues to the company. The table across from us was stacked with dirty plates when we arrived and the entire time, Had to take at least 30-40 minutes to get our food. A different server brought the bill... I get that. We did not ask for a discount, we just wanted to leave. We got there 12:45 and it took over a hour to get food and leave. Place was not crowded at all. We waited an additional 15min to be seated. I had the grilled salmon fresca, which was very tasty. The salmon was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The dinner rolls with oil dressing was fantastic. I could eat just those. I also had the bramble lemonade cocktail which didn't seem like it had anything extra in it (waste of money). First, they served an orange-colored vegetable oil, which they claimed was a special house blend of Italian olive oil. Our waiter had a wonderful outgoing personality but he was assigned too many tables to give a five star service. It's management's fault not his. He was perfectly capable and professional but over extended. The hostess was also over extended and managing take out along with seating people. She was really sweet but again over extended. There was a pickup order that took at least 10 minutes of her time asking tons of questions, while the lobby was filling up with guests checking in. One group began talking about going to another restaurant because apparently they were there before us and wasn't acknowledged. I don't know how many take out orders they had back to back, I only know people were restless. The meal did not come with any bread. We learned while we were leaving that they ran out but there was nothing done to compensate for that. We ordered Spaghetti Bolognese and no Parmesan cheese was offered? It tasted good but was missing cheese and bread. I had the limoncello lemonade drink and it was great and the bread pudding for dessert. Me and my boyfriend stopped in Bravo recently. We did have to wait a little while but that was fine. They do have online reservations so I'd suggest using that if you are coming on a weekend. Our server was super friendly and kind. She was very attentive and kept our drinks full. We started with the calamari and it wasn't very good. It was oily and too chewy. I wouldn't recommend ordering it if you're going. However the bread and oil were so good I think we got two baskets of bread. I ordered the Fra Diavolo with shrimp and it was delicious! This is the worst, most overpriced, least considerate restaurant that I have ever been to. I was an invited guest for lunch as the person I ate with said that she also had coupons form a time when they tied to make up for a terribly botched take out order. I thought that I would still order what I thought would be a moderately priced chicken parmesan. It said on the menu that it also had a side salad. The waiter said to disregard the menu as everything now was ala carte. Realizing now that the chicken was overpriced and that ordering some kind of vegetable would take me over $30.00 regardless of coupon I let it go. We waited forever for our food and I was shocked when it arrived. A piece of chicken wrapped in cheese which barely had the marinara sauce that was advertised with nothing on the linguine. In all of my 66 years of life where I have lived in 9 states, visited many others, and have been to Italy twice, I never saw what I witnessed on this plate. As a guest of my friend I still had to tell the waiter (who did a good job) that this meal without sauce was inedible. After watching him get into an arguement with the cook, I got a 1/2 bowl of sauce that barely covered the pasta. It was an insult to Italian cuisine period. I would do better at a 7/11 gas station. My friend got a chicken salad where she specifically asked for romaine lettuce. There was nothing green on her plate. When she eventually paid for this mess she was told that her coupons were no good. She said that when she tried to use them before she was told that she couldn't because they were used on the wrong day. Now she was told that the coupons were only good if I ordered off the specific lunch menu, which is not what I did or was told to do. She didn't call for the manager which I would have, but as her guest it wasn't my place to. The atmosphere inside wasn't great as it was empty and the atmosphere at our table was toxic. I get it's frustrating for that, but it's common. 15 min after our reservation time, someone finally talked to us and told us we could be seated. Our server was cool. It just took a long time to get everything. We waited for mixed drinks, we waited for bread, we waited for our meals. They were out of a lot of things too. We ended up ordering an app bc it was taking so long for our food. The drinks were inconsistent as some were much stronger than others. When we did get our food, it was decent. Most of us got the pasta woozie. The chicken didn't taste right. It had a weird texture. Other than that, it was decent. The person with the steak enjoyed it. Another restaurant I have not visited in a while but used to really enjoy! My boyfriend and I came for date night and enjoy ourselves. He was impressed by the decor of the restaurant and the soft ambiance it gave off! Our waiter was nice and gave us his honest opinion when asked about different menu items which we appreciated. Our food came out rather quickly and was hot! Everything tasted good, but I will say my pasta (pasta bravo) did need a little more sauce than it originally came out with. I requested more sauce for my dish which was kindly brought to me and it immediately bumped the taste up to what I was hoping for! My boyfriend ordered a seafood pasta which had a solid amount of shrimp and lobster. We attended a team dinner for our track team. I loved the ambiance and the service. Because we had a very large party I was surprised that the service was so accommodating and easy. The food came our family style and we had the following: shrimp scampi, chicken marsala, pepperoni flat bread, spaghetti and meatballs, green beans, Greek salad, Caesar salad, salmon, and chicken Alfredo. The food was very mediocre, bland and lacked flavor. The service made up for it. We were honestly not expecting much as this was a large group dinner. Not sure if we would have had better food by ordering individually but it didn't feel like we got our monies worth. I stopped eating after the spaghetti & meatballs which was the first main course item we received. I do love that they allowed the kids in our large group to all sit together in a separate area. We were supposed to receive fountain drinks but we never received any nor were we asked what we wanted. The adults all went to the bar for libations. The kids only had water. This was my first time eating here with the limited menu for a big group. Our group was a group of 23. We had a limited menu and reservations for 6:30. The limited menu offers 2 salads, house or ceasar, 3 entrees: bravo pasta. Chicken Parmesan and chicken masala. Tea, coffee, and soda . We ordered as soon as we were seated. We got drinks at 7:30, salads at 8:00 and food at 8:30. This establishment cannot handle a big party, you have been warned I have eaten here many times and the food and service have always been the best. My advice is to avoid if they offer your big party a limited menu. You have to pay and there is no recourse if things are not handled properly.
