Appointments are really easy to get and they're flexible if you need to cancel. I like that they put Netflix on for you while you wait or are being worked on. It eases some anxiety over someone working in your mouth. I think they work with relatively new hygienists and assistants and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation between my assistant and the doctor yesterday while my teeth were being cleaned. It showed a real camaraderie between them and the excitement of the assistant with all she's learning. The doctor was a little behind but again, having something to watch kept me entertained. I've called what I thought was the office a few times for help and have learned that it's more of a calling center. On one occasion, my husband broke his finger. I called to see if this is something that they could care for at their office and was told yes. When he visited, they didn't know why he was there and couldn't do much to help other than a referral. Perhaps a referral was what we ultimately needed to get him the right care, but the fact that the conversation as to why he was even there didn't get saved someplace was concerning for me. Another time, one of my children was ill and I made an appointment for her thought the app. The day of my child's appointment, her sibling had fallen ill. I called the office to see if they could be seen together and was told no, id need a separate appointment that wasn't available for a few days. I made the appointment for my other child then shortly thereafter received a call from the office asking if I'd like to combine their appointments with the original appointment. Ummmm...yes I would. I don't expect the office to change their policies for me or my family but when it seems like I'm talking to two different unrelated people/groups, it's a bit frustrating. Their website says that they take walk ins but when my son got hurt falling in our home, they wouldn't see him and said walk ins aren't allowed. I wish they'd update the website/app to reflect that so I could have taken him someplace else sooner. The staff here is nice but I'm not sure that we will stay with this clinic.

I used to go to the Cleveland Clinic and their MyChart (with the same name) was entirely clear and user-friendly. The phone lines are often not good--I have had to wait a considerable time. People on the lines are always nice, but I get the impression that they are overwhelmed with patients.
