My epic greek salad with anchovies on top

We went to Bravo for lunch today. I ordered the gyro platter that came with a half roasted potato, rice, and a greek salad in addition to a platter full of gyros meat, feta, olives, onions, tomatoes, pepperoncini and grilled pita. It was really good..the tzatziki was homemade with chunks of cucumber and onion in creamy yogurt. My greek salad was very fresh crisp iceberg, onions, tomato, cucumber , parsley and kalamata olives...I was asked if I wanted anchovy on top. Heck yeah I want anchovies on top. It was served with homemade vinaigrette made with a good quality olive oil. For a side it was pretty big. My kids both ordered burgers and devoured them with no complaints. Service was very friendly and quick. She also seemed to anticipate needs well...extra napkins for my messy 9 yr old and drink refills appeared without having to ask. Bravo was a good value...4 lunches plus an appetizer and drinks for 40 dollars was a deal for the amount of food we got..especially since it was well prepared and presented. If you are looking for a nice clean place that wont break the bank and has something to offer everyone on the menu, Bravo meets and exceeds all expectations.

The prices are fantastic. You get a lot of food for your money. Everything is all homemade. I come here whenever I am in the Osceola, IN area. The staff is very friendly. I've been coming here a few years now. The management is cool as they allow me to change a few things on my Greek Chicken Wrap when ever I come here at no extra charge. Instead of a romaine Greek salad I usually do a 1-2 dollar up charge and have them use spinach instead. The appearance on the inside is very clean and organized. The bathrooms are small but very clean. The appearance on the outside is litter free.

Just had lunch with three friends at the Bravo Cafe. The parking lot was packed, which is a good sign. The building entrances each have a handicap ramp which we appreciated as one of our party is in a wheelchair. The inside is carpeted with booths and tables. Old fashioned, but clean. The waitress came and took drink orders (no alcohol). The menu is old-school favorites: meat loaf, roast turkey, liver & Onions, baked pasta, homemade soups, chili, etc .. Our food came out fast and hot. Fresh. I had to had salt to my turkey, but no big deal. Everyone left full and happy. Free refills on the Coke! If you are on the turnpike, meander over for a good meal & great service.

This place…read moresomehow turns barbecue, a cuisine built on patience, care, and flavor, into an expensive lesson in lowered expectations. The meat arrives dry, tired, and joyless, like it's been reheated emotionally as well as physically. Each bite feels less like a meal and more like an obligation. Smoke without flavor, seasoning without purpose, and textures that make you wonder if the kitchen has ever experienced moisture. The sauces don't enhance anything, they just sit there, confused, desperately trying to distract you from the fact that the food underneath is beyond saving. For the prices they charge, you'd expect something memorable. And it is memorable, just not in the way they're hoping. You'll remember how much you paid, how little you enjoyed it, and how fast you wished you'd gone literally anywhere else. This is the rare restaurant where you regret ordering while you're still chewing. The atmosphere tries to sell "rustic farm charm" but delivers "neglected barbecue joint that mistook vibes for effort." It's not cozy, it's not charming, and it certainly isn't worth planning a meal around. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The Prized Pig isn't just bad barbecue, it's aggressively mediocre, which somehow feels worse. If you value flavor, money, or happiness, do yourself a favor and keep driving. This is not a destination. It's a warning.

I got the ribs with fries and macaroni and cheese. The ribs came with a couple containers of bbq sauce and that sauce they make is so good it definitely made my ribs even better than they were. I think the price was about the same as other restaurants near by and the amount of food you get was a good amount I was pleased by it and so was my uncle. It looks very clean there and the wait staff was friendly.

The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. We loved the potato skins which were unique in that they were more like tempura than traditional potato skins. The Brussels had a ton of flavor as did the steaks and salads. The highlight was probably the Sword of John Adams. It's basically a giant kabob with grilled meats (steak, lamb & chicken) and vegetables. It reminded me of something I imagine you'd see at Medieval Times but much more tastefully done. The Pumpkin Spice Gelato and Crème Brûlée were a nice way to finish our dinner. A bit unexpected that they also offer sushi. We did not try it this time but based on our first experience, would feel confident to try it next time since everything was SO good.

Now for the food... we were so excited for the steak fondue... three small cast iron pots, less than a 1/4 cup of fondue the same amt of meat and mushrooms and a mound of toasted bread cubes... this was tasty, but for $18 those crocks should have been filled three quarters full! For dinner I ordered 1/2 of the arugula salad with chicken. I could not eat the salad as it was drenched in dressing, almost like it it been dressed earlier and lest to wilt.. chicken was over seasoned and quite dry. The burger... COVERED in two sauces... they don't described it as a smothered burger... such a shame bc the flavors were there. If choosing, pick the others, prices are much better and hands down, so is the food..
