Ice cream is always a treat, it was pretty fresh too! Service was quick but cereal was a bit messy. Inside was clean and comfy.

Went through on a budget as most do these days. Drive through server was so rude and told me I couldn't order just a burger I had to order the full meal. I asked her why and she was just quiet. I don't eat fries nor need a soda at 830 at night. She told me she fixed it. No drink and no fries. But I was being charged full price. I told her to just put a water and give me the fries. I was told to move up. No problem. I open my burger at home I just paid 10 for and WOW! It looked like vomit. I'm a single mom doing the most and exhausted. After that treatment I wasn't going back. This is beyond sad and no excuse is good enough to serve anyone garbage like that. Bun completely wet from them slopping crud on top. Now what to eat for dinner. Smh

Came before they closed and was glad the ice cream is always delicious here. Not pictured is a burger combo which was equally delicious as well. I love this place! Every time I'm in town I have to come and visit Braum's!

Do not come here if you have an allergy to nuts. They will fill their chocolate shakes with nuts and not warn you about it

We have been here several times when they are crazy busy. It was a Saturday night and no one was in the drive thru line. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes and one meal. We received our meal but had to wait about 5-10 mins for the shakes. Once we got our shakes we were extremely disappointed. Both shakes contained chocolate ice cream mixed with nuts and marshmallows. We didn't end up drinking the shakes and dumped them down the sink/ the amount of nuts inside of my shake was appealing. I'm glad I didn't have a nut allergy. This is absolutely unacceptable.

My FAVORITE ice cream in the world. Sentimental vibes because I used to come with my grandparents :) nonetheless I'll be back everytime I'm in Burleson!!

Terrible customer service. I've been coming to Braum's in Burleson for almost 20 years. I'm shocked at the terrible experience I had here this time. I ordered a burger and asked for my usual chili on the burger. For the first time in almost 20 years, the girl at the counter said 'No. We can't do that.' I said 'you can't put chili on my burger?' ... I again received a firm NO. But, I was told I could buy an entire cup of chili for almost $4. I don't want to spend $4 for the tablespoon of chili I would use for my burger. My bill wouldve been over $10 for a baby burger, a very small fry and a very small drink (I wasn't even asked what size I wanted on either of those items, and my burger was absolutely barren of cheese or condiments.) I mean, they HAVE chili, and for 20 years I have gotten my chili burger here when I have the craving, and suddenly now they can't?? What a shame Braum's is now off my radar for a good place to go. Everyone there seemed to hate their jobs and be miserable. Not the kind of atmosphere I want to spend my money in. The ice cream girl didn't say thank you, didn't smile, didn't say anything except how much we owed. I absolutely hate this new culture of "F*** the customer. We don't care." attitude. Just done with businesses who make my experience miserable because they hire miserable people who don't care about their jobs or their customers. Oh well. I'm sure I can find somewhere that will put a tablespoon of chili on my cheeseburger for less than $4, and will say thank you for spending my money in their establishment. One star for the ice cream. It's still good.

Sundaes nice and melted!!!!

17 minutes waiting in the stupid double line to get ice cream. Here is my advice have 1 of those lines for hamburgers etc. One line for ice cream! A double line that goes to one is not working!!!! Isn't this a picture perfect strawberry shortcake sundae & a chocolate marshmallow sundae! Doesn't exactly look like their photos does it. Then they smash a lid down on it to keep the melted stuff in until you open it!

Ice cream is always a good choice. I'm big on cleanliness of a restaurant, in the kitchen area from public view and the grocery section looks great. But the dust in the rafters is a big issue

(+1*) Bo's sent me a reward for a free biscuit, reward would not load into my order. Plus app does not allow you to order a side of gravey or jelly. Out of the 4 locations, this one wins the dirtiest of them all. Only 2 tables were clean. All the other tables you could see crumbs, trash, and sticky spots on table tops. NASTY! One shimmer of hope, this location actually got our food out in 25 minutes. Still too long of a wait when your the only customer. Went to get flatware, straws, and napkins all empty. Then had to go back to the counter to ask for a plate to eat my biscuit and gravey. Far as I could tell only two people were working. The young lady was working both the drive-thru and front counter. One cook, trying to cook. The person I assumed was the manager, stood in the lobby area watching traffic go by on hwy. The biscuits were at least hot but slightly over cooked. Super brown tops and bottoms. Edible but not enjoyable. The round potatoes were undercooked and not even warm. Actually kind of soggy and wet inside, and we still had a 25 minute wait. Those rounds should of been hot and crispy brown. Then the big let down was the tea was super weak, somone did not steep long enough. I'm not sure Bo's is going to make it in Texas. Super long wait time for food, kiosk and app incomplete, and constant inconsistent quality of food. Never know what you will get, if you ever get your food. Although I like that crisp crunch of the chicken, I'm sticking with Chick-Fil-A, no more Bo's for me. How hard could it be to properly manage a limited item franchise?

My husband was so excited to try this place. First, the only reason he knew it was here was a…read morecoupon that was mailed out. So how long has this place been here??? We walked in, and it's a lot like Fuzzy's. Except the place was empty... we ordered our food, and the gentleman helping us wasn't sure how to use the coupon for the chips and queso.... We filled up our sodas and found a table in the corner. They have a couple arcade games and a shuffle board... so I can see they are trying to have a chill vibe, but overall, it was just dead but still not quiet. The food came out fast! Which was great! We ordered 4 different tacos (which are damn near burrito size) side of rice and the chips and queso. The food was a solid 3/5. I got the carnitas taco with Mac n cheese and BBQ sauce, which I enjoyed but couldn't finish. I so tried the fish taco... but they could only fry it, even though blackened was an option on the menu. I think it would have been better blackened. The breading lacked flavor. The pink sauce on top was a little spicy for me. I don't recall the tacos my husband ordered. He liked them just fine. But the rice was dry and hard... almost like there wasn't enough water added in the process and the queso was really cheesy... which I love cheesy... but more like filmy not dippy. We ended up only taking the tacos we couldn't finish home. The rice and dip were nasty. Either way. Glad we tried it, but I have no desire to go back. There's plenty of other Mexican places in that price point with better and fresher tasting food.

Finally got to try Fuego! I was hungry so ordered like I would at any Mexican restaurant. I got 2…read moreSouth Padres and a chips and queso. I had no idea how big these things are! Other reviews mentioned that they're big but you can't tell in photos but when you're eating them, they're big! I was able to eat 1 taco and half of the queso. The drive thru line took a minute so each taco is freshly made and hot. (I didn't go in so I can't speak to the ambiance). I liked these tacos better than Torchy's but as far as I'm concerned, nobody can beat torchy's queso. Each item was roughly 6 bucks ($18 total) so I felt like that was a pretty good deal for what will be 2 meals for me. I am very full! I will go back and try other tacos and maybe go in and see what all of the salsa offerings are.
