Brasada Rqnch is a special place. I love the rustic feel, the views, the roaring fire pit, and the restaurant atmosphere. The food is solid, but not out of this world. We had the salmon entree and a veg pizza. The pizza was huge and we took half of it home. After dinner we made s'mores on the outdoor firepit. We have to order it on the dessert menu, and all the fixings are provided that was a highlight of the night. We felt like kids. Would definitely return for the overall experience.

I stayed here with my son two summers ago and I'm only getting to this review. We arrived on a holiday weekend and even though we got there late our room would still not ready. We waited a couple of hours and the room was still not ready at the new guaranteed time. The first room they offered us would not open so they gave us another room, but then when we went into the second room, it totally was not made ready for new guests. Check out all of the photos attached. The bed was not made and clearly used by prior hotel guests. The bathroom didn't have all of the lights functioning, but worse had towels that were dirty and we're all hung up together on the hook. Trash was not taken out. The room also was set to such a high temperature that I could not adjust nor put on any AC in the thick of summer heat. Outside there was a dead rodent right outside the patio that looks like it had been sitting there for a long time. The worst part is when I complained about this, the person who answered was very Flippin did not apologize and was very defensive saying that they were swamped. I understand that it was a holiday weekend, but to deny my experience and not offer anything aside from a dinner was reprehensible and totally not anywhere near the kind of service that a four star resort should offer. The following morning to placate us, they left a basket of perishable items, but didn't even check in with us and so by the time we opened it with the heat and hours sitting there, it was not edible anymore. Organization was also an issue because when I tried going to yoga, I got there early and per the attached signs. Everyone was supposed to meet there. I waited and waited called the front desk, asked where it was supposed to be even called the phone number listed on the sign yet did not find the class eventually I hitched a ride with the resorts golf cart and they drove me to the usual hiking place and I ran after the group to try to catch up, but I already missed part of the hike and it clearly was the fault of whoever organized it. I travel a lot and have stayed at many resorts all over the world, and this was the most disorganized and horrible service, especially considering the bad experience we went through. There were no offers to comp our bill or to make it right. Just excuses I would stay away from this until it has new management.

I was here for work and I really enjoyed my time at Brasada Ranch. Our group stayed in the Sage Canyon Cabins. This place feels remote and peaceful and is only 20 minutes from Redmond and 25-30 from Bend. When you first pull in to enter the parking area, you'll see two buildings on your right. The second one is where you need to check in. Check in was easy and the staff was very polite, what you would expect from a resort. Parking would be somewhat limited if you stayed with a larger group and came in separate vehicles, for me it was fine except for one night where it was a little more difficult to park. The cabins were nicely equipped and very comfortable. Mine had a hot tub right outside the back door. The kitchen and living room were downstairs with a half bath. There was one bedroom and bath upstairs. It did have an adjoining room with a locked door between the two. The adjoining space was one level with one bedroom and one bathroom. My bed was comfortable and there was a little balcony right off the bedroom which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space to relax and it was a nice space to get some work done as well. Our event had the meals planned so I only tried an onsite restaurant for regular dining once during my stay. I went to Wild Rye since the other one was closed. You can walk to it from the check in office or there is a parking lot closer which is shared by the spa and the golf course. I did look up their menu on the BR site but it was outdated. The menu is limited but the food is good so it's worth a try if you don't want to drive away from the resort. I didn't really have time to enjoy the amenities there but it seems like they had plenty to offer. So if you want a relaxing getaway that's close enough to run into town if you need something then this is your place! My only complaints - I had a hard time getting a hold of someone when calling from my room. I also called about a random banging noise in the bathroom and the guy who answered didn't offer to have someone take a look and he didn't even ask any questions. That was a little odd but he sounded young and maybe he was a newer employee. Otherwise, my stay was fantastic. I'll be attaching video clips and pictures but just know that I took this video for my husband and not for a review so I didn't turn on lights or do anything special. Most of the pictures are just screenshots from the video and I had to cut the video into 12 second clips so don't judge my photography skills. :)

Brasada Ranch is a beautiful complex in the Oregon desert. In October 2025 my husband and I spent four days in a bungalow which came with a king size bed, living room, fireplace, two televisions, a hot tub, a patio, and our own golf cart. Every morning a delicious cold breakfast consisting of pastries, fruit, and juice was delivered to our room. Hot food was available in the Ranch House, and we enjoyed several meals there. The food was good and so was the service. The major drawback to Brasada Ranch was the housekeeping service. One day housekeeping failed to replace hot tub towels and robes. Another day our linens were changed, but our bed was not made up and toiletries were not replaced. I called the assistant manager to make her aware of the problem, and she had the housekeepers return and finish the job. The only other drawback was the trough on top of our golf cart that collected water when it rained. Even when we wiped off the cart, the trough allowed water to escape and soak us as we drove from our bungalow to the Ranch House. Overall, the beauty of Brasada Ranch outweighed the issues we encountered. If we return to Oregon in the future, we would stay there again.

Super well kept ranch where anyone would love to retire. I don't golf enough to hit 12 but from what I saw and what I heard, the course was #tough (or maybe my company sucks at golf but probably a mixture of both). I enjoyed the range as I had the luxury of hitting balls from their indoor garage thing-- sheltered from the beaming heat. The garage had nice seating arrangements, a keurig with coffee pods and a water fountain. The gym was super well kept as all machines, weights and equipment were like new. Fortunately-- this gym had everything you could ask for and did not lack one bit besides maybe having only a few bikes and treadmills. Nonetheless, I didn't see it full so the few made sense. My favorite part of the stay was the adult pool. I enjoyed the relaxation of not having to be wary of a child splashing by me or cannon balling into the pool. The only :/ of the trip was my last day-- the adult pool was not staffed so you'd have to get food and drinks elsewhere. The community pool was still nice as there was a "members section" separated from the non-members. They also had an indoor pool if your family preferred to be sheltered from the sun. The cabins I stayed in (28) was super nice as the air conditioning was impeccable. You could leave the doors open (although not ideal) and your room would still feel like an igloo. One thing I wish they had was a full sized basketball court (only one hoop with not a whole lot of space) Other than that, I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future.

First time here with the Wi-Fi our wedding anniversary and what a great trip it has been as the cabins are fully furnished and have everything you need access and even the little grocery store, though it doesn't have everything the grocery store has but the necessities for a quick meal since they already have a dine in restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a variety of swimming pools and especially a big one that I can't wait to dive into. The views are great and there's no Siti within 20 minutes so you can see a beautiful night sky and just hear nothing but nature and frogs at night. It's a great place to come and relax and to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. You can even see Three Sisters and amount Adams across the way. * I should also note that this place allows you to order package meals or what not or a set menu. I should say where you can order a steak or something else and they provide you with all the ingredients and what night you just need to put it together and cook it up and a good deal. The steak is only $30. Everything else that comes with it.

Amazing service throughout the entire ranch from the receptionists to the restaurant. This place is so much better in real life than the photos. There is something about the energy of this place that is very relaxing, serene and warm. The ranch is well equipped with everything that you need and nicely designed. Nice sheets. Cleaned well! The views of the cascade and sunset views are amazing. Dog friendly and they provide 2 dog bowls per dog, leash and doggy bags! Tea bags and coffee also provided. The bar soap is so good! The ranch have a golf course, pond, horse ranch, gym, pool, tennis courts, a spa. Lots of areas to walk around/hike. You can purchase a ranch on the golf course side.

our 3-bedroom dog-friendly cabin at Brasada Ranch

What a gorgeous property and amazing staff! My family of four plus our lab retriever stayed in one of the 3-bedroom cabins over Labor Day weekend and LOVED it. The cabin was ideal for our fam: each teenager had their own room, and all of our rooms had their own separate outdoor patios or decks. Beautiful well-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms had fireplaces and mini fridges. The large main deck had a lovely view, grill, and very clean and well-maintained hot tub. There's a lot to do here for families: a huge pool with waterslide, small sort-of lazy river, and hot tubs, where you can get snacks at the pool snack bar. A separate adult pool with food, beer, wine. Horseback riding, tennis courts, and golf if you're into those things. Wellness programs and a fitness room, with yoga, hiking, and more on the calendar. There's a spa that I didn't get a chance to check out, but hope to next time! So many hikng/biking/running trails for the whole family (plus dogs!) to enjoy. A general store where you can pick up food & drinks to add to your fridge if you want to cook dinner instead of going to one of the restaurants. There are two main restaurants, and although one is touted as more casual, we found them both to be very casual. The food is decent -- not amazing, but good and enjoyable. The best part is the view from the restaurants. So beautiful! And the service at both restaurants was always fantastic. Plus, Brasada is super dog friendly. They gave us a water bowl, food bowl, leash, and some dog waste bags. Our dog was living his best life out there at Brasada! This is a gorgeous property about 30 minutes outside of Bend. I grew up spending summers in Bend and Sunriver, and tbh our family got tired of Sunriver, especially after Bend started getting so crowded. But Brasada is a nice, upscale alternative that is close enough for us to zoom into Bend for a concert or wine tasting, then zoom back for some peace and quiet at Brasada. Love it and cannot wait to go back!

I go to RDM to work on a regular basis and this is the hotel I try to book. The Best Western that I stayed in on one of my first visits was unspeakable. In other respects it's what you expect from this Hilton brand. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. You get plenty of room to repack and there's a little fridge to keep your drinks and leftovers. An oven as well if you need it. No help from desk, nothing is availble, not even a shower chair. We left, and drove four more hours. To add insult the next day they added another charge to our card. Over $300. After a 20 minute call they said they would remove the charge for a double entry in 5 to 7 business days. The person claimed it was due to a new employee. I think it was poor training. But 5 to 7 business days is their policy, even it is their mistake. Seems to be a nice place, but be extra careful on your reservation, and look at your charges. The walls throughout the hotel and in my room were covered in scuff marks and grime. The room itself felt dingy. There was a persistent, unpleasant odor that I couldn't quite place--maybe it was the drapes, the furniture, the walls, or all of the above. The floor didn't seem very clean either.
