Like this Restaurant a lot, as their sweets and Indian desserts are very good quality and taste This outlet being across a movie theatre has ppl coming here after the movies as the food and service here is good too We were 4 people came here after a movie we started with our cupachinos with paneer pakoras aloo Tikky chaat and pani Puri s which were good too. The food was fine though not very good We ordered Shabi paneer with butter naans and samosas to take home The service here is excellent with friendly servers The food was average could have done better however the cuppachino was was excellent really good We would love to come here and try other food too

I have heard a lot about Brar sweets and eats, so we decided to try this place yesterday. We went there around 4:30 PM just to have tea and snacks. As we entered, we were impressed how clean and colourful this location is, the air is filled with mild aroma of spices. Love at first sight I will say. We ordered mix pakoda platter and masala tea. The reason we ordered it was as menu said it had stuffed chilli pakoda. However we didn't get that in our platter, probably they were out of it. All the other pakodas were good, they went down nicely with the masala tea and both the mint and tamarind chutney were good. They also serve vegetarian meals, we will definitely try them next time.

I love Indian food!!! I was craving for Chai this morning so I literally waited for it to open at 11am today. I got three combos of Chai and Samosa for $2 each combo and two additional cups of Chai. I enjoyed the Chai very much however the wait time was a little long. When I ordered there was no one in front of me however I still waited 20 mins for total 5 chai and 3 samosas which were already there to be served. A man ordered after me got his food and chai ready before me I was wondering why?! Anyways.. While I was waiting for my food there was a caucasian lady who inquired about the price of "that deep fried broccoli" thingy, she found it pretty pricy and the employee replied her " yes! It is very expensive, very expensive..." the customer turned over and left without saying a word....as a customer I thought it was pretty rude that an employee emphasized "ya it is very expensive." I will still come back for chai as its close to where I work. However the customer service def needs to be improved.

Once a place known for quality indian good but my recent visit made me realise it is worst experience in Brampton. Bought a takeout order worth $65 for onion pakodas and samosas ... pakodas were soooo chewy that your jaws would hurt.... Some pakodas were burnt black ... still served... samosas had oil smell.... it's better not to serve if you can't prepare and quality snack. I want to speak to manage (person) looking for quality they offer in food. Contact me @ 6479629870Pakodas

If you are looking for Indian thali or some chaat options like sev puri this is the place to be. Lovely ambience, good service and great food. Weekends are packed, but nevertheless it's worth the wait.

I am now regular at Brar's, especially at their Great Lakes location. Since last 3 times, Kumiss Kubreja is taking care of us. She is great and always ensures my mother is doing good with her food selection. Employees like her really add value to overall customer experience. Thanks Kumiss for the best service you have been providing us, and I am sure many more customers say the same thing. Another great experience at Brar's. Food and crew both are very good. Feels like eating at home. This time Naira took care of our order, recommended stuff and all went wonderful. Service = Excellent Food = Excellent Price = Economic Overall = Great value Thanks Naira for the great service. Will be visiting again soon

The food was pretty good; although it seems they are one of those Indian restaurants that use the same gravy for a range of curries. The ambience is nice and family friendly. Our server was also very polite and was well versed on the menu. The only issue was all our food didn't arrive at the same time. So some of us had to wait about 10 minutes while others' food got cold. They should probably work on that.

The walls have bright paintings everywhere, which adds a fun touch, and the whole place feels really clean, organized, and well kept. Even though it was packed when I went, everything still felt under control and not chaotic at all. The service was really efficient, especially considering how busy it was. The staff moved quickly, orders came out at a good pace, and everything was handled smoothly. As for the food, I got the one tender and one slider meal. The food was good, but I wouldn't say it fully lives up to the hype, especially considering how much amazing food we have in the GTA. Still, it was definitely decent. The tenders were crispy and well seasoned, and the fries were great. I love crinkle-cut fries, so those were a win for me, super crunchy and cooked well. The slider had the same seasoning as the tender and was still really tasty. I loved the addition of the pickles and coleslaw, they balanced everything out nicely. Their sauce was fine, but nothing crazy. I'd compare it to Chick fil A's sauce, just a bit less tangy. One thing I really liked was how the food was served. The big boxes look nice, everything is organized, and it honestly feels a little fancy, which I appreciated. Pricewise, I do think it's overpriced for what you get. I paid around $22 for the meal and it didn't even come with a drink, which felt a bit steep considering the portion size. That said, the quality is definitely top tier, you can tell they use good ingredients. Overall, it's not bad at all. I'd come back, but it's not something I heavily crave. For me, it's around a 7.5/10.

I went with the Dave's number 3 and was able to upgrade my fries to Mac and cheese for $2.99 extra. The food I will say was a miss. Bland and unflavoured considering how expensive it was. This was a fail in my book. The Mac & cheese tasted almost as if it came out of a box. My girlfriend had gotten fries with her meal and they weren't salted at all. The Texas toast or square bread that comes with the meal was soggy from the chicken resting in it and the list kind of goes on. The only positive I have was the sauce if I'm being honest. Together for two Dave's #3, two drinks and upgraded fries, we spent $55 bucks. Would I say it was worth it, absolutely not. I've been to a lot of other chicken spots in the GTA as well as America and they pass Dave's by a lot. I will say the inside seating area was the highlight for me as I think it's cool how they incorporated Brampton to the drawing.

For us it worth the drive to Brampton to pickup some food. We were delivering a wide variety of foods for an important family event and our goal was to pick up 20 different items. We ended up picking close to 40'items. The onion pakoras (20/10, yes not a typo), masala Idli, thaali with tamarind rice or lemon rice (both 10/10 and a slight up charge), all the veg curries, medu vadas, spinach medu vadas, samosas, fritters, stuffed breads, and oh those desserts - some mango flavoured, coconut and more. And the best almost all of things that we bought happened to be Vegan! There was raita and some dahi wadas that had yogurt. And get these, we did not buy masala dosas, regular idlis, puttus, noodles and pasta (yes they had pasta, probably Tamil or Sri Lankan style) and so much more. Wonder how many times I will have to make a trip to try everything here.

Now issue is the dosa became soggy due to the steam. Longer it stayed wrapped more soggy it got. Would be ideal that they're wrapped just at collection and sambhar is given hot in container. That way can unwrap and eat straight away. Samosa and spring roll small baby sized. I will say though samosa filling was tasty as was the dosa filling. In fact the dosa was full! I rated at 3 originally but gave 4 given the amount of filling in the dosa - I look forward to restaurant opening so I can eat their dosa there and then. Will revisit!

I then headed to the order area. My first visit consisted of getting these items: - Pineapple quencher - Peach mango pie I had my Jollibee rewards QR code scanned to collect points. I then paid with a credit card. It didn't take long for a friendly woman to put my order together. I loved the pineapple quencher. It tasted like fresh pineapple juice. So good and cheerful! I had my peach mango pie in my car while stopped at a Circle K on my way home. The pie was still hot. It was crispy on the outside. The filling was delicious. I was happy having a bit of dessert. Hello foodies out there I been hearing all the hype on Instagram foodies posting pictures and…read morereviews on this place for a while now, so it was time I stopped in and seen what all the hype was about. Munchers is located just off McLaughlin Rd. in a small older plaza on Flowertown Avenue. It's easy to find with plenty of parking. The restaurant is small looks like takeout only at this point but clean with very clear menus on the wall. They serve what I would call a very much modernized fast food Indian-fusion cuisine. Its Indian food with an American fusion twist to it.  They have some unique burgers, cheese melt sandwiches, poutines and of course there rice bowls all made with an Indian flavor's and spices. I decided to try two of their bowls, the Tandoori chicken Rice Bowl and the Shrimp Rice Bowl, there chicken burgers look great also but that will be for next time if I am back. Food : for the Tandoori Bowl I would have to say it was a 4/5 as far as appearance and taste , but it was a relatively small portion size so they could have been a little more generous with filling the bowl with more rice. The chicken is Tandoori marinated chicken is cubed and grilled and then placed over their rice. With two sauces one is a tandoori sauce very flavorful and not spicy at all, the other is a white cream sauce or aioli of sort, possibly a yogurt sauce, they combine well and go perfect with the chicken and rice. The rice is also very good well-seasoned, you can really taste the cumin and the cinnamon, just very tasty rice. The rice and the tandoori sauce they put over the chicken are defiantly the stars in this dish. It also comes with pickled onions that are really tasty also, really enjoyed them wish there was more in the dish, you also get the choice of a very small amount of coleslaw or green salad with the dish. The coleslaw was a disaster just horrible not seasoning and no flavor just plain cut with nothing on it and almost seemed it was cooked not fresh not crunch it, it was soft and wilted like it had been boiled, horrible if you get this opt-out of the coleslaw option not good at all. The Shrimp Bowl 4/5 as well the shrimp was well cooked very well-seasoned very spicy with a tiny kick to it, again the same issue just a small portion if you're a big eater you're going to need two of these bowls they are stingy with their portion sizes at least with bowls, The rice again was amazing same as above, also came with that horrible coleslaw not recommended at all as a side option. Service 2/5 The food overall was great however their downfall is their service just horrible, first considering I was the only person there at about 2 pm after the lunch rush, it took them 34 minutes to prepare my food, with one other person walking in about 10 minutes after me. You place your order then they text you when the order is ready , after placing my order at the counter girl told me it would be 15 minutes, 20 minutes later I did not receive text so I walked in to check the status of my food and she told me it would be another 10 minutes in actuality ended up being another 14 minutes. Just pathetic service, I guess they don't have a clue what under promise over deliver means. The staff was not exactly friendly either, it's a shame great food horrible customer service, need major improvement, not sure I will be back having to wait well over 30 minutes for fast food takeout My recommendation is call-in your order and don't show up early if you want your food on time.
