Sergio requested the primary insured's name, explained the process, and I sent over our insurance company's summary of dwellings coverage on 6/30/26 following the adjuster's inspection. After following up a few times with both Sergio and my adjuster to see if they had connected, Sergio informed me on 7/14/26 that they had spoken and he forwarded a document to me. However, it turned out to be the exact same paperwork I had already sent him two weeks prior. When I pointed out the duplicate, communication completely stopped. Hoping to clear up the confusion, I called him. He texted back saying he couldn't talk at the moment--which is completely understandable--so I asked him to call me when he had a chance. That is when the customer service took a sharp turn. He responded via text with: "Understand but I am also taking care of more customers." I replied, "Understood, when u have 4 min." That text was sent on 7/15/26. After days of total silence, I decided to make one final effort to resolve this. On July 20, 2026, I called and left Sergio a message asking for a call back by 5:00 PM. I wanted to make one last attempt to fix the situation because I know leaving a permanent, scathing review online is a bridge-burning move that eliminates any chance of a company making things right. Unfortunately, he never returned the call. As a customer with an actively damaged roof exposed to the elements, I was incredibly taken aback by being told other clients were a higher priority, and even more disappointed by the total lack of response to a final deadline. Because of this complete lack of organization, reliability, and basic professionalism, I have lost all trust. I have since contacted my insurance adjuster to revoke JP Exteriors' access to my claim, and I am taking my business to a roofing company that actually values its clients. One of those quotes was from ConstruPlus where Armando and Jesus stopped by. Although, I was skeptical hiring a contractor with just one review on Yelp and not a flooring specialist, what tipped the scale for me in favor of them over 5-6 other companies, many with 50-200 reviews was Jesus. In observing him during the estimate visit, and asking him questions, I felt very comfortable in his ability and he didn't disappoint. Once we finalized a price, Armando was quick to provide a COI for my HOA . On the days of the work, Jesus and crew showed up and over the next 3 days they worked meticulously paying attention to every little detail. They even came back for baseboard touch ups and installing transition. You'll see the end result in pictures I have shared. Not only have I recommended them to two neighbors in my building, I plan to hire them to replace the carpet in my bedroom with the same flooring I used in the rest of the house.

Nyberg is both. When I needed a new roof, I got three estimates. Stuart's price was in the middle, and, mainly, I felt that he was trustworthy, so I chose him. Stuart was the best from beginning to end. He recommended a roof color that I would never have considered on my own, and he showed me how the color enhanced the trim on my house. It's the color I went with, and I am so glad he went the extra mile. The roof was completed in one day, and my neighbors were amazed at their efficiency, and the excellent job his men did in cleaning the whole area before they left. I would say that you could not do better than hiring Stuart Nyberg for your next roof.

I will say unequivocally that my 2 experiences with Nyberg were the least-stress inducing, easiest repairs I've ever had. A few years ago, we had our bungalow's roof replaced. Everything about the experience was seamless. We received an estimate, they came at the appointed time, protected our plants, and the were finished before we knew it. This year we replaced the roof of our 4 car garage. I wish we would have had the money to have done it at the same time as our home roof for financial reasons, but we couldn't at that time. They fixed our roof and replaced gutters and were as efficient and skilled as with our home's roof. I'd recommend Nyberg to anyone!

From the beginning I was dealing with Ed, the owner of EDMAR Contractors, very pleasant and knowledgeable person. If you ever had some masonry work done on your property you might know him as well, he's been in construction business since the 80's. Anyways, he came over and checked all the windows that need to be replaced, pointed out a couple major issues with bricks underneath my bay window, and recommended a few window manufacturers. One of them was a company I did some research on before so I decided to pick their product. I got his quote a couple of days later and despite the fact it was slightly higher than an estimate from another contractor, I signed the contract. I took about two weeks to get my windows and installation itself was on a difficult side because of those brick issues that needed to be corrected. I was actually glad that he was able to do everything at once and I didn't have to look for a mason. When the manufacturer's truck delivered the windows one them was cracked but they're local so it was replaced next morning. The crew was very helpful and careful with the flowers my wife was so afraid of losing during the installation. After 2 days of work the windows were all in, bricks repaired, and my dogs happy to enjoy their backyard sanctuary. I just hope that all my clients are as pleased with me as I am with Ed.
