My son is 11 years old and he plays little league, the team gave him a Large adult size jersey. He was upset when he tried it on and realized it went down to his knees. I found Branded on Google and called them to see if they could help me with this issue, their customer service was great and they told me to bring the jersey in for them to take a look at it. They told me they would be able to provide me with the exact replica of the jersey in his size. First, let me say that I live in NC not NV so doing business with someone sight unseen can be a bit scary and daunting. But, this was not the case with Branded. Tana was my go to person my point of contact. I spoke to her once or twice over the phone and many times through email. She was always friendly and willing to help and let me also include PATIENT. Fantastic customer service! I tried to get some shirts made last minute during the week of Street Vibrations. They were able to get them done for me but meeting up last minute on Friday proved to be difficult with everything going on, so Tatiana offered to stay late or come in on Saturday so that I could pick them up.
