I placed four orders in early August and since it is mid-Sept, way past their 1-2 week turnaround time cited, I tried getting ahold of RAD to obtain a status update. I emailed, I left messages, I messaged through their website's online form - ZERO RESPONSE. At my wits end, I emailed today (the same emails from before) that if I did not receive a response today, I would unfortunately have to take further action and was prepared to write the BBB and begin leaving reviews everywhere possible. Low and behold, they finally responded that they had just cancelled my orders and somehow did not receive any of my messages. How a company could "miss" messages from all avenues of communication & support that they advertise is beyond concerning. They clearly do not monitor their orders, website stock levels, or messages. Even the "cancelled order" emails that I received minutes before they finally responded had no order or recipient info to decipher which orders were being cancelled which just caused alot of extra work and referencing, and expensing on my end & I wonder had I not continued to try to get a response how long it would have taken for them to realize that they had charged me and never actually sent any product. So, unfortunately, I do not recommend this vendor to anyone looking to receive their orders or who require any level of customer service.

My experience from the first call talking to the receptionist, to the proof of concept, and the final product. I ordered a custom embroidered logo that was pretty detailed containing 7 colors. I think an average logo is 3 to 5 colors. With all the colors my Winey Munkies logo came out great! Before they took the risk of just placing the embroidery on my nice Adidas polo, I received a preliminary logo on a piece of fabric just incase there needed to be any modifications. The mock logo was great and I placed the order. A couple days later I picked up my shirt after a courtesy call from the receptionist letting me know it was complete. When I picked up my shirt all the staff was super friendly and interested in my thoughts about the final product. Finding reliable screen printer and embroiderer is not an easy task if you just go through the phone book or a Google search. I reached out to Urban Scout and they had 2 in stock so I asked if he could hold on until 4 pm(about 6 hours after I reached out). I show up at 4 and Ken was working. I mentioned I had reached out about the Calathea and he instantly pulled it out from behind the register. Soooo nice! I was an environmental major in college, and I also collect house plants so the world of plants is super important and exciting to me. Ken was nice enough to not only show me around, but told me a bunch of cool facts about all these plants that I never even knew existed (such as, the rattlesnake calathea spreads out in the day time when its receiving light and will become more vertical as the sun goes down!) I went into the store looking for one specific plant and ended up leaving with 4! The service was enough to keep me coming back until the end of time! I had a great time learning new things and checking out all the beautiful plants. Ken gave me advice on some plant care for the new plants I picked up, and was very enthusiastic with me. This was extra cool because as I mentioned, this field is really important to me and it was totally inspiring to see someone share the same passion. However, I didn't know any tailors in town. The last time I had something tailored, it was $40. I called around Davis to see if there were any places that would do it at a good price. One place wanted $70 to get my dressed altered. Man oh man, I was starting to regret that I had bought the dress. I thought Woodland might have more affordable tailors because Davis happens to be a more pricier neighborhood. I found Elaine through yelp and gave her a ring. She was very pleasant over the phone and tried to accommodate to my schedule. I went to her place (not too far from Davis) and did the fitting so she could see how much to take in. She finished my dress in less than a week and was pleasant to work with. The best part of it al was that she did not demand a super high price and was pretty fair.
