She could have been nice the say they were no longer a Babylock distributor. Because of her rudeness I have not stepped into this store again nor have I kept their playing card that you get for buying in their store. Left there and went over to Sierra Sewing where the people working there are courteous and helpful at all times. Sierra Sewing also offers some wonderful classes. After telling me my price was going to be lower, they tried to charge me 50 dollars over my quote, when I said something he ended up charging me ten dollars less, even after he said my price was going to be a lot less than my quote! I would not suggest any body to this company, for more reasons than just lack of professionalism.
