The result of their repair and the really friendly service is fabulous. Unlike I've seen anywhere. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Under my 10X loupe, I could not even determine where they made the repair and the addition of the gold. Of course I am not a diamond expert, but very educated in this area from having bought and sold investment grade diamonds in the past. We mainly chose this company due to the good reviews and service along with the fact we don't want our jewelry sent out to be repaired. Too many hands involved which can run into problems or worse. They fix everything in house. Also, they have some nice pieces of jewelry for sale. This is going to always be the place for us to do business.

We were referred to Motivision by one of our committee members who also happened to be a Chamber of Commerce ambassador along with Adrienne Parker of Motivision Awards. For the past couple of years, our Las Vegas area Executive office team has ordered our awards for us along with the Vegas area awards to "save money" and make it easier. However, for the past two years, those awards have not been correct, the wrong awards number, for example we were in our second year of the awards last year and Las Vegas was in their 9th, Guess what the Reno Awards said?? Yep you guessed it, the 9th annual. After the two years of dismal failures and ordering replacements for misspellings of names etc. We decided it would be worth it to do it on our own, even if we didn't get the volume discount and we wanted to take it locally to the Reno area. It turned out the pricing was about the same and the service was a zillion times better. We sat down with Adrienne initially and told her what our awards event was all about, what kind of budget we had and about our concerns about correct spellings, years, information etc. She listened and pulled out some catalogs with some ideas. It was a tricky process, because both my co-organizer and I were eligible for awards so we had to have the winners names called in later without us knowing but still get everything correct. We had one small correction at the end (a mistake on our side) but it was caught and corrected onsite right away last minute. That could not have happened if we had used a company out of this area. The awards were beautiful! Adrienne and her team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them if you need trophies, or awards for your company or organization. They got it done correctly, within the same price range and on time. We didn't have to pay an out of town company for additional shipping and they were able to make adjustments for us on the fly. I have been a customer for over a year; I purchased 3 sewing machines and attended classes for many…read moredifferent projects. Having said this, I experienced a tragic & sudden loss of a friend. Prior to her death, I signed up for a class and because of this sudden death, I was not able to attend. I called Sierra Sewing in Reno to see about a refund due to these unforeseen circumstances. After two attempts, I finally spoke with Jared and was told I would not receive a refund because their policy states the last day you are allowed to cancel, for a refund, is 7 days prior to class date/time.  My friend died suddenly and there is no way I could give them a 7 day advance notice-given the circumstances surrounding her tragic death. I have spent many thousands of dollars at Sierra Sewing and after being a loyal customer I am told I will not receive my refund because "that is the policy."  I will never shop at Sierra Sewing again. We never know what life will throw at us and instead of sympathy or sorry for my loss, I was told "sorry, you have to cancel 7 days before the class. That's our policy." Think twice before you give them your money. They lack empathy and are unable to understand life's unpredictable events and finally, they do not appreciate a loyal customer. When they show you who they are-believe them.
