After confirming that I already had the cards, I was told to come by for assistance and a quote. I drove about 15 minutes across town expecting a basic consultation. The same woman who answered the phone was at the front desk. From the beginning, her tone was sarcastic and condescending. When I showed her a sample of my design and mentioned it was made in Canva, she immediately dismissed it as "sh*t software" and made a point of saying they "use REAL software." When she learned the file wasn't vectorized, she told me I was wasting her time... despite never mentioning this requirement during the phone call. Had I been told upfront that a vector file was required, I would have come prepared. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and made to feel unwelcome. When I asked for a rough quote anyway, I was quoted $2,500 to engrave 100 business cards!!! (with me providing the materials). At that point it was clear the price was either punitive or they simply didn't want the job, so I left. This is the first 1-star review I've ever felt compelled to write on Yelp. While other reviews suggest they may do decent work, the customer service alone is reason enough to look elsewhere. At a minimum, get quotes from other engravers in town before wasting your time and gas. $2,500 for 100 business cards, materials provided, paired with outright disrespect? Hard pass.

We were referred to Motivision by one of our committee members who also happened to be a Chamber of Commerce ambassador along with Adrienne Parker of Motivision Awards. For the past couple of years, our Las Vegas area Executive office team has ordered our awards for us along with the Vegas area awards to "save money" and make it easier. However, for the past two years, those awards have not been correct, the wrong awards number, for example we were in our second year of the awards last year and Las Vegas was in their 9th, Guess what the Reno Awards said?? Yep you guessed it, the 9th annual. After the two years of dismal failures and ordering replacements for misspellings of names etc. We decided it would be worth it to do it on our own, even if we didn't get the volume discount and we wanted to take it locally to the Reno area. It turned out the pricing was about the same and the service was a zillion times better. We sat down with Adrienne initially and told her what our awards event was all about, what kind of budget we had and about our concerns about correct spellings, years, information etc. She listened and pulled out some catalogs with some ideas. It was a tricky process, because both my co-organizer and I were eligible for awards so we had to have the winners names called in later without us knowing but still get everything correct. We had one small correction at the end (a mistake on our side) but it was caught and corrected onsite right away last minute. That could not have happened if we had used a company out of this area. The awards were beautiful! Adrienne and her team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them if you need trophies, or awards for your company or organization. They got it done correctly, within the same price range and on time. We didn't have to pay an out of town company for additional shipping and they were able to make adjustments for us on the fly.
