It seems fairly obvious that this office does not want to be bothered with uninsured persons. It is also obvious that the staff is very poorly trained in customer service. He was quick and impersonal, and spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me. He reduced my prescription despite me saying I couldn't see up close anymore and sent me on my way. No mention of the other issues I am experiencing. On top of that, of course now I cannot see with the contacts the prescribed because he reduced my prescription for some reason. He is very condescending and presumptive. I told him I was a phlebotomist and he said "oh you spend a lot of time on computers then" and insisted k be prescribed the most expensive contacts possible, stating that it would help with blue light and screen time. I didn't know that human arms were considered screens but okay. Will not return and VERY angry that I now have to go someplace else and pay out of pocket for a real exam.

I had 3 pairs of glasses that I wanted to keep, but I needed new lenses for the new prescription. Out of the 3, 1 they took care of, 1 they couldn't bc of the screws, and the last one...look at this! It took a couple of months to get them. Ladies were polite, no complaint there. One, poor girl, was job hunting...
