My fiancé has several medical conditions that make procedures like this very difficult for her to do and I was trying to get her to relax when the so called "dentist" comes in and tells her "sit in the chair now or leave and never call me again". I asked for her to have a moment but he just stormed out. The most unprofessional individual in the health field that I have ever met. Any reasonable doctor or dentist would help calm their patient down, not tell them calm down now or leave and never comeback. No rational adult should ever go here or bring their children.
