The high-tech comprehensive eye exam, and multiple rooms that you move in and out of have soft lighting and have helpful info posters. The two staff that we've interacted with are knowledgable and patient enough to answer any questions we have without unnecessary attitude, and making appointments is as easy as a quick phone call. The wait has never been too long, and there's a TV screen in the small waiting room that seems to have eye health-related commercials on a loop that can be interesting to watch.
