After going from one sporting goods store to another... Sport Chalet, Dick's, Sears, Sear's Outlet…read moreand trying out every treadmill and every stationary bike I could get my hands and feet on and only getting surface level help that left me confused, frustrated and overwhelmed... I found Used Gym Equipment on line and drove down to their warehouse for a look around. My goal was to create a home gym that will be custom tailored to my workouts, strong, stable and that won't do more damage than good. Jay B. was my sales genius who spent a lot of time walking me around the warehouse after and while listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my workouts and helped me find the best equipment I have found anywhere I have looked. I am very pleased with my treadmill and spin bike... Really wish I had the space for the rowing machine I still think about all the time but didn't buy. Jay was EXTREMELY knowledgable about exercise and exercise equipment, but he was also, and even more importantly "hearing" and interpreting my personal needs with this home gym I was assembling. I did have a few issues with getting my equipment as fast as it was initially promised but the positive WAY OUTWEIGHS any frustration with my delivery date issue... The help I received in the process from Jay and others and the quality equipment I have in my home gym is worth the very small in comparison delivery date issue I had. I highly recommend Jay and the team he works with... Thanks Jay!! ps... At first I gave a 4 star rating since I didn't get my equipment when it was initially estimated but after writing my review and remembering how frustrating and going NO WHERE my search was before finding Jay at Used Equipment and having his very wise and expertise help to fit me with what I truly wanted and needed ... And how happy I am with my gym... I changed it to 5 because I could not have a better gym than I have and it is all due to their help... I have used my gym more than I or anyone else that knows me can believe is possible and having solid, stable equipment that doesn't feel like it is going to go to pieces beneath you is amazing...

I have to give a huge shout out to Eemaun at The Dynasty Fitness. I've been looking to up my home…read moregym game, and found him through Facebook Marketplace, I think? He's got these insane deals on rubber hex dumbbells, which, honestly are better than anyone in all of USA. I felt so lucky I was driving distance away.. so on my birthday in April, I treated myself to a visit. I was only intending to buy the rubber hex dumbbells, but then on my way I asked him if he also has kettlebells, which I was eager to check out upon arrival. I also was wondering if he happened to have one of those z-bar olympic curl bar.. and he had the perfect one for me. Somehow someway, everything he has is MUCH higher quality than anything you can find elsewhere, but at a less expensive price. You have to go there to see this gear for yourself.. if you love nice things, and want to buy things that will last a lifetime, you owe it to yourself to check out The Dynasty Fitness and all that Eemaun has to offer. I had just finished spending a day trying to fix up my old bench press.. using two rolls of black Gorilla tape, so I was not in the market for a new bench, until I laid eyes on the one he had in stock. HOLY MOLY this bench!! It was cheaper than Rogue's bench, and MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer! Funny story, when I arrived home, there was a Rogue bench waiting for me with a bow on top, in my garage, from my wife. It was of course a surprise.. my workout buddy suggested to her I needed a new one.. and this will tell you how much I love Eemaun's gear.. I returned the Rogue bench and kept his! My wife was a little bummed, but she understood.. I just wanted to have the best gear. And I know Rogue is considered pretty high, as far as standards go, but I am telling you, if you like nice things, and you want to take your home gym to the next level, you have to pay Eemaun a visit. The bench I got has a much smaller narrower crevice between the seat and the main part of the bench. When compared to the Rogue it was drastically different and much much more comfortable to lay back on, without having this enormous gap between my butt and my lower back. I love how this thing wheels around, and when you lift up the mechanism to turn it into an incline bench, I love how the seat automatically adjusts up perfectly to give the seat the perfect angle. It's engineered like nothing I've ever seen. Better than the best gyms I've been to! OK, this next part, goes to show you what kind of guy Eemaun is. When I got home I noticed a small blemish on one of the kettlebells that I didn't notice when we were unpacking them and loading them into my car in Venice. Eemaun offered to make a special trip to Alhambra where I live, to exchange it for a brand spanking new one! This guy is NEXT LEVEL! Type of guy you'd wanna become best friends with on day one. He's just so awesome! I appreciate the time he took with me, to show me the gear.. but honestly, I was like a kid in a candy shop or toy store in the 80's or 90's.. this gear, I am telling you.. it's like nothing else out there. Start with some dumbbells like I did.. and expand from there. I also got a rack from him, just remembered! I think every birthday from now on, I'll make a trip back to Venice and gift myself one more piece of equipment. It'll be hard to stop there, though, because everything in there is so nice, and priced as if it's 2010. Thank you SO MUCH, Eemaun, for being the man you are, and giving yourself to this fitness community we have in LA! I will continue to tell all my friends about you! You are truly ONE OF A KIND!!!
