I immediately had it inspected by another repair shop, where I was told that my oil had not been properly changed or actually changed at all and that the engine had been overfilled with oil. They explained that this could potentially cause serious engine damage. Since then, I've been dealing with ongoing issues with my vehicle. It's been over a month, and my car still has not returned to normal. I've spent countless hours going back and forth with Valvoline regarding the damage and repairs. While corporate has been involved and I have documentation supporting my experience, the overall process has been frustrating and difficult. I'm sharing my experience to warn others. They also go above and beyond in their customer service. I 1st went there on the recommendation of a friend. The dealership had just quoted $110 to change a headlight bulb. When I asked them how much it would be, they quoted the price of the bulb, 20ish if I remember, and didn't charge me to put it in. Fast forward 5 years, I asked them to change my husband's headlight. They looked at it, it had a loose connection, they tightened it up at no charge. These seem like small things but it speaks volumes about the business. I highly recommend this shop.
