    The day we purchased our beautiful new truck.

    Great experience! First time I ever ordered a brand new truck. Trevor Jollie was an exceptional salesman. He was very knowledgeable, courteous & responsive to our needs. He spent time with us & let us test drive a few trucks so we could make an informed decision about which truck we wanted. We ended up with a new F-150 Hybrid. I've owned ot less than 1 whole day, but fell in love at first sight! For a positive sales experience, I can highly recommend Westlie Ford!

    List they told me I should do before they even looked at my car.

    I brought my car in for a recall service. They didn't even check for fluid levels and such but already wrote down about $1,000 worth of work I should agree to do. I said no. I was late to my appointment and had called in because my battery died and I needed a jump. I ran the car for a good while (30 mins) and dropped it off, telling them again why I was late. When I picked it up, it took them about 20-25 mins to bring it around. This is a small shop so it should not have taken long. Car comes, I jump in, and drive off about one mile away. Stop and park to get my child some medicine. Car won't start when I get back in. Although I cannot prove it, I suspect that they had to jump my car before releasing it back to me but did not say a word about doing that. Why else would it die when I parked it again. They chose not to tell me they did that and had they told me, I would have run the car longer to ensure it started again.

    These rotors are burnt up after 18 months with 14k miles on them.

    If I could give no stars I would. Took my Ford in to have the brakes replaced. They lied and said they inspected the rear brakes and said I had 80% left. 18 months later I lost most of my breaks and almost wrecked my car. My mechanic check out the problem and the factory security ring was still on the drum which means they never removed the drum to inspect and sent me back on the road. I ask for a refund and they said they changed ownership and I should have brought the car back to them. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Vancouver Ford. Jon and Ed will take your money and may do the job you paid them for.

    I've come to Westlie Ford three times since 2009 to purchase a used car. Every time the guys at Westlie have gone above and beyond to find what I want, find the best deal possible, and to provide all-around superior service. I have never once felt pressured to purchase beyond my means or desires. All of the usual haggling and rounds with finance managers & sales managers that happens at other dealerships is nonexistent at Westlie. Love the service here, and that's why I keep coming back! So happy to say I am driving away in my new-used 2013 Ford Focus SE, yet again a very satisfied customer

The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely felt taken care of looking fwd to working with them again for another car. They offer a battery4life warranty I'm looking forward to discussing in more detail later :)

    Update: 5/15/26 Now…read moreI gotta take them to court and file complaints with the consumer agencies. The are not trust worthy. Poor communicators and don't follow through. We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.

    I had my truck detailed in the Spring. It's a 2013 F150. I called this place. They quoted me $275…read moreto detail my truck. Sounded a little high for what i wanted done. My truck was not that dirty. And for the bed I just wanted it sprayed out. I was here when they arrived. I showed them the truck. They confirmed that it wasn't that dirty. I removed my sub woofer. I asked them to please wipe it down. Also I told them that my trip permit in the back window was expired and to please remove it. I left. When I got home 2-1/2 hours later they were already gone. Seemed awfully quick. I walked around my truck. Omg! Terrible detail job. Lots and lots of missed spots. Dirt and gravel still in my bed. Never touched my sub. Trip permit was still in the window. Windshield liked like crap. My 9 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. I was giving the truck to my son in law. I was embarrassed. So I spent the next 3 hours finishing the detail. Not something that I wanted to be doing. Then, I received my bill via email. $450!!! Huh?!!! I called the owner. I told them about the bad job. Sent him pictures. And I asked why on earth is it $450? This job is worth maybe $100! And he quoted me $275. He offered to come "finish the job". I told him to not bother. I finished it myself. And I sent him the $275. If you need a good detail, either keep looking or have my 9 year old come do it. This was 6 months ago. Hopefully they have improved. They just sent me an email. Want to know if I would like to have my car detailed again. No way!
