The woman behind the counter didn't even give me a chance to finish my sentence, telling her what kind of vehicle it was for, before heading out into the store and grabbing a bulb. OK, I guess she sees these all the time, so we headed to the counter to pay. I was quite visibly shocked when she told me "that will be $30+", having said "holy cow, that much?" I told her that I saw the bulb online for $15, but she told me "that's the price". What she failed to tell me was that the bulb she grabbed was the most expensive bulb they have and she also failed to tell me there was in-fact a less expensive bulb in the store, the one I saw online for $14.99. I should have asked more questions, but I was in a rush and taken advantage of by an employee that obviously did not have my best interests in mind. He had time on a Friday afternoon recently. Came and evaluated my concerns for repairs. We ran into a snag and he didn't have the tool he needed.
