Terrible shop! Between Eric the new guy and Katie the manager they suck at communication and follow through! I will NEVER bring my car here again! They serviced my car and got the wrong Information told to me, then when it came to actually handling the situation at hand they DROPPED the ball on the communication all together! I agree this place is a joke they are liars and deceivers. They do not care about stealing your money. High labor rates and too much markup on parts. Greedy and slow. They are fast talkers if you try to point out something to them that they said are a did they think fast and come up with a quick lie to why this was or is and what they just told you don't match up. They are big gas lighters. They tell you to trust them and they are not one to put one over on you....lies all lies. Con artists. THEY WILL MAKE UP FAKE REPAIRS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.)They all stick together. Once they got your money and you try to back track certain things they don't care because you already paid. I can't see how a person or people feel proud or ok to be dishonest about taking someone else hard earn money. I've been a longtime customer of 15 years, for 3 of my used vehicles, since back when it was Tuffy. I appreciate you showing me on my vehicle when Im there what the issue is, and what it should look like, and the finished product. Thank you guys for appreciating loyalty, being good with communication, and trying to get me the lowest price for parts and service (finding valid coupons), they have been accountable, and really get to the root of the problem in a reasonable time to put me and my teenagers back on the road safely. It's rare to find those in for-profit business who really go that extra mile, care about their reputation, take the time to research and explain things fully, care about the quality of their work, & care about the customer's satisfaction (even when I'm in a bind), never trying to sell you something you dont need, especially when you're a female, like some other garages. I had a terrible experience with my brake change and will never be going back. Firstly the man who helped me had told me the brake change would take three hours which actually took five hours. Lastly the job was RUSHED two weeks later my car started making noise again specifically with the brakes. I went to get it inspected by another place Three points (please go there instead of this place) to which they had said whoever installed my brakes at Brakes Plus left screws loose. read more

Heck of a way "to run a railroad"! I took my truck in for repair on Wednesday & was told parts ordered and would be there Thursday and they would call to confirm. They did not call so 10 minutes before closing on Thursday I called and was paced on hold. They apparently closed shop leaving me on hold. I called Friday morning and manager told me she had not had time to go to dealer but she would so and call me. Again I did not receive a call so I called Saturday morning and was told the parts were going to be delivered and I would receive a confirmation call that day. AGAIN I was not called. It is amazing a service business can function when they repeatedly do not keep their agreements. I would not use this business to check tire pressure nor ANYTHING ELSE. read more

Extremely rude over the phone. Called to get a quote to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and the receptionist was upset I didn't want to give out my full name and other information for their system to get a general quote. I asked if I would have to give my phone number as well for a quote and she angrily read the caller ID back to me and told me she already had my phone number in a pissed off tone. She then gave me a quote for my vehicle without my full name or any other information. It's almost like my information wasn't needed for a quote. how crazy. Not sure why the receptionist decided to be a bitch over the phone but I definitely won't ever get any work done here. Yikes. read more

Very disappointed with this place almost a year ago I had to get a rear bearing replacement. I was told it was 432 out the door to change the part that's included parts and labor. I take the car in I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Finally 6pm comes around car was not ready had to wait another 2 hrs then finally it was done. I got called up to the desk to make my payment and they hit me with a bill of 875. Their reason was that they had to change brake parts because it was recommended. No one ever called to get the green light on doing this they made the decision themselves. So that's one part of the issue I had with them next I start getting a big leak coming from the axle seal which was something they supposedly changed I take it in because I was still within the year of my warranty they check it and say they think it's the seal but the person that didn't the work is no longer there and they don't have any tech capable of doing the job. Then they say that their liberty hill location can do it. As I'm loading my kid in the car the person comes and tells me my warranty was not valid anymore because it's past the 12k miles which they didn't not say anything about when I first got the job done they only mentioned that I have a year from the day the work was completed. How convenient so now I have to pay out of my pocket for something they didn't do right. I'm positive they did not change the seal in the first place or else the leak would not have started. I've always been skeptical of more commercial places, but I was impressed that a human picked up the phone and helped me out. Katie and Chris did an excellent job helping me service the AC for my Jeep. They also paid for the Ubers when I dropped my car off for the day. I had a really positive experience at the Pflugerville location. Katie, the General Manager goes above and beyond with her customer service skills. I felt very cared for from the get go which was a phone call to set up an appointment to have my brakes inspected and Katie happen to pick up the call. Her listening skills, attention to detail, and empathy put my anxious stressed out mind immediately at ease. I had a severe brake pad and caliper situation... so severe my car was declared not safe enough to drive after inspection. Happy to report I am up and going again and this is my way of extending a big thank you for taking such good care of my car, my time, and my emotions during a very stressful situation. You've won me as a repeat customer! And bonus points for offering complimentary Uber/lyft rides to/from my home when it was needed. Very thoughtful and made things so much easier!
