Took my car in for a rough idle and stalling issue but this place solidifies why I hate shops. So…read morethey've had my car for a solid two weeks and didn't bother texting or calling me a single time with updates or any progression with the car, I ended up having to reach out every time(have the call logs to prove it). I'm fairly knowledgeable about cars and do most of my own work but this issue with the car left me and obviously "Nick" dumbfounded even though he'll boast about spending sooo much time on it -Thats nice bud, car still isn't fixed- and the shop kept whining about the "aftermarket" parts I installed even though they are pretty much the equivalent but didn't bother listening to what all I've done and ruled out, so after I had reached out to get an update they said my aftermarket fuel pressure sensor wasn't putting out the exact OEM pressure and wanted to replace it with an overpriced OEM one (mind you I already replaced it when I pulled the rails and injectors) but like an idiot who just wanted my car to work I said yes not knowing they over charge out the rear for labor, 2.6 hours to take a manifold off? and 455$ to do it? that's insane and guess what? it didn't fix anything, so I had a super unpleasant call with I guess is his wife I wasn't pleasant but I wasn't rude either her on the other hand? Jesus, like lady you people have had my car for a full two weeks and I've had to do all the reaching out and the car isn't fixed, but here's the kicker when she gave me the total I was awestruck so I mentioned I was gonna dispute that with Nick so she blew up on the phone (super unprofessional) seems like they've been down this road before. So I was on my way back down to that side of town and my father said he was just gonna go pick up the car because I was still an hour away and they wanted him to pay cash? because I said I was gonna dispute their blatant rip off. If you made it to the end the take away is this DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP P.S. To the owner no need for a BS sudo HR style response you're unpleasant unprofessional and a joke

I took my car here to get fixed after I ended up with diesel in an unleaded engine. (Got what…read moreshould have been unleaded from the station but they had accidentally been filled with diesel.) They did work and returned my car; however a day later my check engine light came on. Instead of having me bring my car in to read the code they said keep driving it for a few days cause it's just working things through the engine after the diesel contamination. I wasn't comfortable driving my car with the light on since to me something caused the light to come on and it doesn't just work things through the engine. I took my car to a local dealership and they diagnosed the engine light as an air intake gasket being installed incorrectly by the tech at Keller. I brought it to their attention and all they would do to fix it was say bring it back and let them redo the work. Well how can I trust them to do it correctly when they didn't the first time. And they missed several fuel contamination things that the dealership is now doing, so they hadn't even fully resolved the initial problem and had messed up the gasket. Don't trust them to do quality work or fully resolve problems in a vehicle.

I had my coolant reservoir fixed and an oil change (over $1000) and within a couple weeks my car was telling me I needed coolant. I poured a whole jug of coolant in it and brought it back, only for them to tell me there was just an air bubble pushing the coolant down and it's fine. I got my brakes done and they felt weird from the start but I figured I just needed to get use to the new brakes. Then I got a popped tire, AAA and discount tire couldn't get my tire off because they said whoever did my brakes stripped the lug nuts. So I then had to get it towed back to kellers just to get the tire off my car. I am now realizing my brakes weren't just feeling weird for no reason. The brake booster sensor needs to be replaced and there's a leak, this is another $1,100. I just spent almost $800 at kellers maybe about a month ago. They're telling me it's not their fault the sensor went out, it's just extremely odd that whenever this shop touches my car I'm having to spend thousands of dollars and things don't stop going wrong. I paid $225 just for the diagnostic and the man at the counter couldn't even tell me where the leak was when I asked.

Even speaking on their work if we have any issues when we get back home to give him a call. Highly recommend!

Overpriced, dishonest, late and shoddy work…read more We had the misfortune of having a car break down on a Saturday, transmission, and they were the only place open that was within distance. It took them a week longer to get the work done than we were originally told. Once they finally installed the transmission, we were told that it came with a faulty sensor, and that they would have to get the part from Honda. They then charged us for the faulty sensor that came with the transmission -- almost $300. The initial quote for a new transmission was $10,000 parts and labor. They said that they could get a certified, refurbished one and drop the price to closer to $8,000. We chose to go with the certified refurbished transmission (while we were waiting for the work to be done, 4 hours after we showed up -- and it was still the next day before they finished it -- the manager was talking to us and saying that a brand new transmission for the car would have been $16,000 -- even though 2 weeks before he had quoted us $10,000). The final bill, with the other things they added on, was $9,700 (which turns out to be significantly more than what we were told and more than other shops would charge). They also told us a list of things that needed to be dealt with that were problems with the car. I was curious simply because I heard three other customers being told that they had similar issues that needed to be dealt with. Driving the car the next day, there was a weird squeaking sound. We took it to another shop to see if they could diagnose the problem -- a number of the bolts holding the transmission were loose! They tightened them up and the sound disappeared. Not only was the work very late and overpriced, it was shoddy. We also asked this shop to check the other issues that Saul's Autotek had said were issues that needed to be addressed, and we were told that those "issues" were fine.
