Even if I lived 200 miles away, I would still travel to this Brake Max for service. Keith has always treated me fairly and given me an honest report regarding the repairs needed for my 1997 Van. I have brought my van in for service for the last three or four years and never had a problem with their service. Their service is consistently Outstanding! On June 15th, I dropped my 1997 Plymouth Voyager SE Van in to Brake Max #3 to get an estimate on what was wrong with my van. It was leaking antifreeze, and I knew the front struts were long overdue for replacement. Since I dropped the van off at 4:45 PM, I did not expect to hear from Keith until sometime Saturday. At 10:00 AM Keith called to let me know the radiator was cracked, and the struts were causing undo wear on my brakes, rotors, and front tired. Since I have never had a problem with this Brake Max and know that Keith has treated me honestly in the past, I knew he was telling me the truth. With his help to secure additional funding, I asked him to go ahead and repair the van. By about 2:00 PM, I received a call from Brake Max saying the van repairs were completed. They sent a Courtesy Driver over to pick me up. All repairs were explained to me and the van is now safe to drive again! Everyone who works at this Brake Max, Keith, Chuck, Wesley, Dustin, and the Mechanics, is courteous, polite, and concerned about pleasing the customer and doing what is right. Their work ethics are top notch and noteworthy. From the Managers and Mechanics to the Courtesy Drivers, the mark of excellence is obvious! Jeff, and Danny, the courtesy drivers even open the doors for me, and make sure I am able to get into and out of the shuttle van. As a handicapped individual, I deeply appreciate their efforts because they offer their help without making me feel incapacitated. I highly recommend this Brake Max to anyone who has need of excellent service. They will not steer you wrong, and you will find the job done correctly the first time, not the second or third time. Everyone at this Brake Max has the right attitude and will go the extra mile to make sure the repair is accurately and truthfully completed. You cannot go wrong at this Brake Max! read more

I usually do my own repairs, but when it comes to wheel alignments, I don't have the expertise or the equipment. As a relative newcomer to Oro Valley, I relied on friends to make recommendations for a mechanic. Keith's Brake Max came highly recommended. One of the comments was particularly helpful: "Keith doesn't do all of the work, but he checks all of the work to make sure it was done correctly". I left my car for an alignment, and received a phone call the next day when it was ready - and it was ready when promised. I used to be able to take my vehicles to any location of Brakemax, However since they sold out to some national tire investing company they seem to cycle out all of they awesome team members that have been there for 20 plus years! Almost all the service managers have been changed out and replaced with revenue driven front desk people. The new structure really fails with the customer service especially at this location. These folks are good. I just had my pre-trip oil change done on my Infiniti...straightforward as usual. I've gone in twice now with little jobs I needed help on..no charge ! They are very happy to suggest extra service which I usually decline, but they're not pushy about it and hey, they need to stay in business so I can keep using them ! $30 for an oil change and tire rotation beats $70 + at the dealer.
