I asked for a tint quote online and was excited about the fair price plus great reviews. I took it in for tent and a stereo install. He pretended he knew everything about my car and had to charge me $500 to install the stereo. He said he needed to cut the wood around the stereo and that's why it cost so much. I told him that's the wood has already been cut but yet he wanted to keep the price at $500. When we began talking about the tint, he also said now that he sees the car in person he has to charge $1300. That is $500 more than what he quoted online. But somehow, now he didn't know anything about the number of windows or my car... he did when we were talking about the stereo. I was excited to drop off my car and he knew it. This is what we call BAIT AND SWITCH. I know it's a classic car, but it seems like he and everyone else wants to rip me off. I left a shop, extremely disappointed and with heartache.

Initially I requested to be quoted on yelp, no response for a good amount of hours which isn't a big deal since I just decided to call and was able to get my quote quickly over the phone. We were able to set up an appointment and he actually set it at 8:15am because I asked for it to be done soon because of work and he had another client after when he's usually at least I've seen open at 9am which I can appreciate. When I came to the appointment there was a positive and a negative, the positive is he helped me decide on the right tint 5% on back 45 % on front 2 and 70% windshield CXP but there was a spontaneous 60$ increase to my price from 700 to 760$ due to him running out of the tint i was initially going for and switching to CXP which at first I was skeptical but I think the result was worth it and it comes with a *limited* life time warranty. Overall 2 hiccups, it's not a big operation & the guy who helped was very polite and explained things very openly which I can also appreciate, I'm happy with my experience and result and I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know as well as any person reading.

After explaining his current Infinity Kappa system, the staff recommended Focal ACX 165 speakers, which we purchased. Before installation, another professional audio shop informed us these speakers were not comparable to his existing setup. They remained unopened and unused, but Audio One refused to issue a refund, even after we spoke with the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns, they dismissed the second shop's opinion and claimed they were only trying to make a sale. Ironically, that shop had actually sent my husband to purchase speakers elsewhere before ultimately offering him a discount on a more appropriate set for his vehicle. A good car audio shop should recommend equipment that matches the customer's existing system, not simply make a sale. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before purchasing from this shop.

I stopped in a few days ago to see if they had the speakers that I wanted for the front and rear of my Ford Explorer and they did. I bought the equipment and got there at 9 AM today to have them installed. Within an hour, I got a call saying that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I got there, the vehicle was parked in the front and John proceeded to have me test the system before leaving and showed me the old equipment in the back seat. I attribute the short installation time to the fact that I was replacing aftermarket speakers in my Explorer with new ones so they only had to remove/replace what was already installed. No cutting or splicing of wires was necessary. I was also told that two people were working on my car which sped up the installation. The only thing that I wouldn't do is force someone to leave feedback before leaving. As I was getting ready to leave the showroom, I was asked for my phone and before I knew it, a Google review page was open with five stars already selected and a photo was attached. When I checked my camera roll later, I realized that John had taken the picture himself! I don't mind leaving feedback for a business and have done it countless times but I would rather do the work myself rather than it be forced. P.S. There was only one small issue that was noticed when John was trying to get out of the passenger side of the car. He noticed that the inside door handle wasn't working and he had to open it from the outside. This was quickly fixed by one of the techs who popped the door panel and connected the necessary part.

I was using the handicap parking space because I needed accessible parking, but the owner confronted me and demanded that I move. His reasoning was that it was his property, and he went as far as questioning my condition and saying he did not believe I actually needed handicap parking. A disability does not have to be visible for it to be real. A business owner should not take it upon himself to decide whether someone's medical condition is legitimate or whether they deserve to use accessible parking. Being confronted, questioned, and told to leave a handicap parking space was humiliating and completely unacceptable. People with disabilities deserve dignity and respect--not judgment because they don't "look disabled enough" to someone else. This experience showed me a complete lack of compassion and respect for people who need accessible accommodations. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this business.
