But, I'm warning you now. Do not let Kaitlyn anywhere near your hair. They are the most inconsistent people I have ever been to and lack communication. Messaged prior to booking on how to book a session to go full blonde and showed her the desired color. I was told to book it as a full highlight, so I did. I was also told it might take multiple sessions, which is fine, I'm aware of that. However, when I got it done I couldn't even tell how it went before I left because the lady said she can't dry hair right now due to an accident she had which I didn't know until arriving there. So I went home and the color was a BRASSY ORANGE and the my roots were left completely undone. No amount of purple or blue shampoo can fix this. The bleach is also entirely uneven and it literally looks like I've had months of regrowth when I just barely got it done. Mind you I've had my hair bleached professionally in the past and know how well my hair lifts. This was nowhere close. She said she toned it, there is no way she did. The color was nowhere near what I asked for and she tried to do the color of the inspo pic I showed for the haircut without saying anything to me until the end, which btw wasn't even similar to that pic either! I've been to a few salons in my day but this is the WORST. I genuinely could've done the same job at home by myself. Probably even better. It literally looks like a teenager experimenting with bleach for the first time took a go at my hair. This place is cheap for a reason, AVOID!
