I see Taylor every two week for my hard gel set and absolutely love it! She does the most incredible work (I'll include photos of some of my recent sets), and the staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist verbally told me the price of the service and that the promotion would be applied to the service. They gave me the wrong information and then when I tried to tell them that, they refused to even give me a partial refund or for me to come back in on the SAME DAY to take off the gel polish. They refuse to make good on anything or even negotiate a good outcome for both parties. Apparently me asking for a reply back or a refund is harassment when they stopped responding to me. Management here DOES NOT CARE about clients or retaining clients. That's why it's so empty in this salon. read more

Found the best nail tech: Michelle Sarabia. I showed her an inspo picture and she turned it into a reality. She did an absolutely amazing job on my gravity nail set and thorough pedicure. She was punctual, perfectly well-spoken, knowledgeable and comfortable with moments of silence. She was clean, calm, meticulous and paid attention to detail which is why I appreciated how my nails turned out. She took the time to place each stone on my nails, draw each leaf the accent nail and took her time on my pedicure with my super rough heels. Her service was affordable. Salon she works out of is lovely and most people are friendly. There was a tech who was later identified as the owner who was less than welcoming. Long story short, the owner's station is a few away from Michelle's. Anyways, she was working on a lady's manicure when the lady began talking about going to the shooting range...that happened to grab my attention so I interrupted the last by saying, "Excuse me, I couldn't help but eavesdrop but I just moved her and have been looking for a range...". During the exchange I couldn't help but notice that the owner was giving me the stink eye, looking at me up and down...had I not been so relaxed I would've brought it to her attention right then and there. Today I find myself wondering why she looked at me like that... Was she mad because I was eavesdropping? Was my arm tattoo somehow offensive to her? Who knows. Their lash extensions are awful! I look like I need a fill and I just got them done today. I'll never go back. I have a lot of natural lashes and the lady was so lazy she only put extensions on maybe half of my lashes just scattered all over. Even doing that she still took 2 hours! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! Took my mom to get a cut and color, I had never been to this salon, but reviews were good so I thought it was a good choice. Well I was so very wrong. My mom got CELESTE as her stylist, well Celeste talked my mom out of getting color "because she has a pretty gray" (witch that was fine), then she proceeded with a hair cut. My mom wanted SHOULDER LANGTH and a layer from underneath (so it would give a bit of volume). Super simple right, WRONG!!! CELESTE absolutely (for lack of a better word) BOTCHED my moms hair so bad that we had to go elsewhere to TRY and fix the mess she had done. Initially we did not know how bad the cut was because Celeste had styled it after her cut. When we got home my mom noticed it was uneven in the front, so we straightened it, and this is what it really looked like. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place, unless you want to waste your money on a very bad haircut. Oh and it was 50$ plus I tipped 20$. what a waste of 70$. I would rate this place 0/0. I paid $380 for a Brazilian blowout this pictures shows 1-2 weeks after. My hair looks the same as it did when I went in. After coming back to address my concerns the ladies accused me of getting it wet and came to conclusions that I went into the pool. They absolutely did not offer to make it right, they refused to refund or redo the service. I'm really really unhappy and displeased with their service. First and foremost I want to make it clear my review does not reflect the person who did mr nails. All of my issues occurred from the fact the salon withheld information and did not effectively communicate with their customers. I called and made an appt for a fill and pedicure. Nice and simple. I arrive and the pedicure was great and the girl doing my nails (will not say her name) was super nice. We then start my fill. The fill took almost 3 hours and I was very disappointed with the results. I purposely went to this salon because of the fact it was more expensive and they did nail art, I wanted more than the average in and out nail salon. My nails were lumpy, some look like baseball hats if that makes sense. So for 3 hours and about double what I pay at a in and out nail salon I got mediocre acrylics. I find out after the fact the salon has tiers of stylists, had I been informed of this information prior, and been told it would take longer, etc. it would be different but I wasn't informed of any of this before the appointment. I reached out and was very disappointed in the response. They said I could come back but I am 30 minutes and I work 50-60 hours a week so my only day I could go in was my only day I can run errands and do the things I need to do. When I asked for a refund they said "our system doesn't let us" this is A LIE. I use the same system at my salon and you can give refunds. When I told them not to lie they change to "we don't give refunds" So now they have lied to me twice, once about the tiers of stylists and now about refunds. I am highly disappointed and I feel sad for the stylists because their clients have unfair expectations going in. Again, which is why I have nothing bad to say about the girl who did my nails. She's new and not as experienced but I should've been informed. UPDATE: It hasn't even been a full week and TWO nails have broken. Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please read before coming to this salon. I'm saddened that I had to give them that one star because this business is the absolute worst! Don't let the decor or interior design fool you either, or the girls that smile in your face and then screw you over underhandedly. I should have made this review a long time ago but, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I think it was my birthday I came in to get my nails done, I had a girl who was apparently new working on my nails which was fine. Till it wasn't of course, she took so long and in the end , didn't even give me what I asked for. Not only did she not give me what I asked for, she made sure to over charge me. And the rest of the girls knew what they were doing. Her nail set looked better than mine, the set she did on herself. The girls were nice but, it was all an act, they wanted to make sure I paid them and that was it. I grew up in salons, being that my whole family worked in them, as well as owned their own at one time. I'm very familiar with the industry, and in my opinion, they could have done a way better job! Especially for how much they charged me and how they handled me. Don't come here, like everyone else who has had a terrible experience and has tried to warn you, save yourself the headache and disappointment. There are other salons in the valley that will treat you the way you are supposed to be treated and give you what you ask for. And care more about you coming back opposed to getting as much money as they can out of you! P.s. it's funny how they talk about the fact that they wish they could have made it right if I would have given them the chance back then! Haha! That is so funny! And you know what else is funny? Since moving to NV 4 years ago, I have been looking for a reasonably priced salon that is CLEAN and HYGIENIC, where I can schedule regular appointments. I have been here 3 times for nail services and Victoria has been great. I usually get a basic mani/pedi because years ago I developed an allergy/reaction to products used in acrylic nails. My former nail tech tried everything to help, but nothing worked. I mentioned this at my first appointment and Victoria suggested Gravity Pulled Glass. She did a test nail (no charge) so I could try the product out before committing to a full set. It worked out great, so I got a full set. 4 weeks later-still no reactions (yay!). Just got a fill and no redness, swelling, or itching. It's so great to be able to have really nice looking nails again and I'm so glad Victoria suggested this product! read more

It's been such a long time since I have had an actual salon experience that I really had no expectations coming in. I don't spend a ton of time on myself and "self care" is not usually a priority. I had the best experience. I walked into what is maybe the prettiest salon I have ever walked into. It's clean, modern, and has a ton of space. I was greeted by such a sweet receptionist who immediately made sure I was comfortable. Would I like a mimosa? Um yes definitely please. You know that feeling when you meet someone and they just kind of get you? That happened today with Brooke. I'm a pretty easy client, I like trying new things and I trust my stylist knows what they are doing. Brooke listened to some little things that I was concerned about and dove right it. She kept it on the down low so that I would be surprised in the end. I'm so happy she did that. It's more fun! I am so happy with the way it came out. Did I shed a few happy tears on the way home? Maybe... I'm not sure what I thought she was going to do, but it's not this and I mean that in the best way I absolutely could. While I was there, I was talking to another client who showed me a color correction she had done from another stylist. It's pretty clear to me that everyone here goes above and beyond for their clients. I'll be back again for sure and I'll definitely leave it all up to Brooke again. I scheduled a manicure and a pedicure. The salon is very pretty, clean and the staff welcomed me as a first time client. The manicurist that worked with me was pleased and did a nice job. I did notice that there were, maybe, three clients (perhaps) in the salon. I sat with my hands under the dryer for approximately 30 minutes and no one came by to monitor the drying of my nails. I used to see Victoria a few years back and won't recommend her salon. She was totally unprofessional. After going to her for over a year I made my usual appointment with her and she never showed up. I would rate is zero stars if I could because they messed up my hair because I went in for a perm and then burnt it and they didn't even do the perm right, and they told me wait 48 hours so I did then I saw that the results were not what I expected Nor what me and the girl Caroline had agreed on so then I called the place and I let them know what happened they asked me for email pictures I sent them to them so They can show it to the master stylist so she can decide whether to fix my hair or not.... and I paid $200 Plus the shampoos that they gave me (to even start with the shampoos didn't even work on my hair if anything they damaged my hair more) then the master stylist called me and told me that I can have an appointment at three for next week and I didn't show up and I let them know that It was because of work they told me that I couldn't go anymore because they have a policy that they can't fix your hair after certain amount of time so now they didn't want to fix my hair and my hair is burnt and a messed up and they don't wanna give me my money back, because they have a waiver or contract that they make you sign before they even do your hair so, I don't recommend thissalon it's unprofessional and if something goes wrong with your hair they don't want to fix it apparently read more

Update 2/3/21: Save your excuses about miscommunication. I explain to you guys the situation. Victoria called my husband a liar since she said she wasn't fixing my nails. If your company would have done the right thing, this review would not be up. By Victoria telling me she never said she was fixing my nails and asked me to leave when I put my husband on speaker, and right away threat to call the police while having a stylist get in right in my face telling me to leave? Also since Victoria did say she isn't the owner just cause she is renting the building??? Come on! I get your stylist are commission based but doing the right thing by fixing the nails would of fixed this situation. I WANT THE FULL REFUND! You didn't try everything in your power to fix this because if you did, this review would not be up. Be grateful I am not naming the junior stylist nor the junior tech, they are new and it wouldn't be fair for them to get a bad reputation over the owner who has bad manners and could not be a good mentor to them. $600 for this. I came in for a full hair lightening, dye, and cut. It was my first 'professional' experience ever getting my hair dyed and I after this have decided to learn how to do it myself. So after 8 hours of sitting in a chair, and $600 leaving a hole in my pocket, I didn't even get the color I wanted. It's green, I asked for blue. And the reason it is green, is because my stylist Brooke decided I was in too much pain with the bleach so she wanted to wash it out early. At least, that's what she told her manager when I called complaining the next day. She told me to tell her if I had even the slightest itch on my scalp. That's what I did, and apparently to her that means "I need to wash this out now and ruin this girls hair color even though I know it hasn't lightened enough". She told me my hair was perfectly lightened and we were ready to wash and get that color in. There was no misunderstanding, personally, I think she was just being lazy and unprofessional. I was never in pain with the bleach and it hardly itched. Again, $600 everybody. For this. When I called the manager, she tried to set me up with the master stylist, but she was planning on making me pay AGAIN. So my original stylist offered to do it for free. And get this, she didn't even offer to re dye my hair. Just "fix" the lightening and "fix" the roots. Like honey, I don't think you understand you are never touching my hair again. The manager had the nerve to tell me that "she knows what she's doing, it was just a misunderstanding on your part". This shop also refuses to give any refunds, you have to sign a waiver for that. Probably because they know they give bad experiences. Oh, and after my hair was dyed, I had 2 people blow drying my hair at the same time. They were rushing me that much because they wanted to go home. And she literally spent less than 5 minutes cutting my hair and literally cut it the exact way I told her not to. An uneven and blunt cut. She tried to fix that when I complained, but it just looks awful and jagged now. So my hair is going to need some serious fixing and extra money gone into it. She should've paid me for this shit. So, go here if you want to spend over half a grand, sit for 8 hours, and hate your hair! read more

My hairdresser did a phenomenal job (Allen Cole Blake) and I would highly recommend the salon. They do eyelashes, manicure/pedicure, and haircut/extensions, I may even have a stays for a photography so that people can increase their portfolios. I found the salon to be similar to Aveda salon in which they offer you a beverage upon entering, hand massage while shampooing/conditioning, and good products. read more

Told me they don't do mens hair, my friend referred me to this salon. I have a wedding to go to next week! Got a call after I booked the appointment made a deposit a day before the appointment and, the lady told me they no longer do mens hair. Which I find funny because they just did my friends hair. I have been going to Selena at Beautify for about a year now and have never left dissatisfied. Plus I have been getting my nails done for about 30 years and have never gotten as many compliments as I have since going to her! She has also done my hair and lashes in the past and also does a great job and takes her time to make sure it looks great.
