We've had a wonderful experience working with Jeanette. She has been seeing our 10-year-old son,…read morewhile also providing parent coaching sessions for me and my wife, and the impact has been incredibly positive for our entire family. One of Jeanette's greatest strengths is her ability to create a safe, supportive space, especially for kids around our son's age. She quickly earned his trust, which is no small feat, and he feels comfortable opening up to her in a way that has truly helped his growth. In addition to her work with our son, Jeanette's parent coaching has been invaluable. She has helped us better understand our child and given us thoughtful, practical guidance on how to approach specific situations. She combines open, insightful discussions with meaningful education, equipping us with tools and perspectives that we continue to use every day. We're very grateful for Jeanette's care, professionalism, and dedication, and would highly recommend her to other families.

Dr. Reed was my doctor for over a decade. She was a true professional with a caring heart. If it…read morewould be possible, I would treat with her once a week indefinitely. The ugly things that have been written here are ridiculous. Also, she tragically was diagnosed with an ugly disease. People should be kind and cautious of what they write.

I began with a phone call and being placed on a wait list which was about 2mos out. I got a call…read moreback about 2wks later for a next day appointment. I took it. From there we have had two face-to-face appointments, one FaceTime emergency call, and countless text messaging interactions. We have gone through a gambit of medications (I think five), before finding one that works (I'm on month four now of this med! Yay!). She is very accessible, caring, diligent. In response to other reviews, please keep in mind (readers) that interpersonal communication varies between individuals. That, and while not trying to negate feelings or experiences, some mental health diagnoses come with paranoia (or just a feeling of un-trust). I can speak from experience that on my first appointment I wanted to scream, run out of the room, etc. but NONE of it was BECAUSE of Dr. Reed--however, I did have to fight the urge to direct it at her. I won the battle that day, thankfully. Please take reviews about mental health care with a grain of salt. Anything worth doing is worth doing right and if you care about your mental health to the fullest (and understand the impact it has on others') then you'll be understanding of the possible wait times. Expect 1-3hrs for a thorough appointment (or delay).

I am not sure where to begin, I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar II…read more I reached out to a therapist here, and started treatment with them. I felt okay about the first visit, however, after having an allergic reaction to my meds a week or two later, I was told to stop meds and to have a phone appt with the therapist. I wanted to re-evaluate my meds and that is it (no therapy involved as I am working). I already knew to stop the medication, and all she did was reiterate that by phone. Literally 4 minutes of transfer to doctor and 8 minutes talking to therapist and $50 later. I expressed my concern about the payment, and will pay; the therapist doesn't handle billing and was very cold when I expressed my feelings about the payment and she was "sorry for my frustration" with no emotion involved, it is what it is-but coming from working in a medical facility, this isn't right. Will continue care with provider because I need help, but now very reluctant. I am sorry I had to write this knowing I am choosing to continue care; but wanted to put this out there, hoping they can improve their system in the future.

I figured talking to someone couldn't hurt, and I wasn't forced to go back if I didn't like it. I saw Kristin for the first time about two years ago, and I really appreciate her non-judgmental, careful way of getting you to open up. I'm not someone who talks about much, really, but this turned out to be the best investment I've made in myself. While it's expensive, it's worth it. Even just going for "maintenance" sessions is helpful. I started off every other week, but that wasn't enough, so I went once, sometimes twice a week for a couple of months. After that, I was able to use the tools she gave me in the real world, and the benefits really stick. You matter to people in this world, so you have to matter to yourself too.

I am forever grateful for Kristin's unwavering support and the profound impact she has had on my life. If you are considering therapy, I would highly recommend S.A.G.E. Therapy Center. Having the right therapist at your side makes all the difference and Kristin is truly exceptional.
