Luke Fessler was managing the pest control at my father's property and his rental houses for as long as I can remember. At least 13 years. I've never been unhappy with his service. He's always dependable and tries to keep costs down. I have 3 houses on the same street and it can get expensive but he's been able to work with me and does a great job. Luke at Bradley's Pest has been doing my pest control for around 10 years or more. Before, I used several others but there were issues, one or the other. I've been really happy with Luke and his work. I don't have problems with pests; if he sprays for ants, after he leaves, all the ants are gone and last year I didn't see them until the next year (of course the chemicals wear off after time so you do have to re-spray at least yearly). This is quite a relief because ants can be a real pain and all the DIY remedies may work for a little while but they just keep coming back and coming back so when Luke gets rid of them, they are gone. He also removed a bee hive from my yard. I hated to do it but I had to respect the safety and comfort of my Landscaper (bees are pretty safe as long as you leave them alone, but a landscaper pretty much has to be all around the yard, so I had to do it). Other than that, I also don't have problems with mice or rats any more. Still, I get the good wildlife - birds, lizards, all the nice ones that you want around and that also assist in ridding you of bad pests. We have a 40,000 sqft warehouse and office building with lots of folks that take lunch at their workstations. We had a serious issue with fruit flies and mice. we tried a few services but nobody could get it done. We've used this company since moving to Oceanside in mid-2019 and couldn't be happier. We started with a dump that included a rat-infested crawl space, which Luke took care of in short order. Once they initially treat a home, they follow an every 2-months schedule, but Luke came back every week or more often until the rats were taken care of. We've had no problems at all since then. We've had problems with ants in a house we purchased in November. Being new to the area I was told just to set up bait and I'd get rid of the ants. Some people told us to live with it. Others said the tenting for termites brought the ants in and they would eventually leave. All our food items are in zip lock bags and we washed bowls and silverware before we used them. We never put a drink down because ants would come out of no where and take over. Finally I called Bradley's Pest Control. He came in and explained what he would do after I told him where we saw the ants. (In every room). He sprayed inside and outside, swept cobwebs I hadn't seen and offered us several options for maintenance. That night we found one ant, the next day just one ant and today one ant. This is heaven.
