The experience left such a bad impression I canceled any further appointments. I then got a reminder of appointment so I called back in and reached a very professional front office person who explained things and asked me several times to change my review based on past performance I felt somewhat pressured as I told her I had just gotten out the hospital and she kept asking for that change to happen that day. I also had appointment coming up the next day with another office. I originally called because I lost my glasses and need to get my prescription. I was quoted out 15 days and even then could not see Dr. Sandler. Frustrated and disappointed I called somewhere else I found an office downtown and got in, in less than a week. Thinking about my conversation I really thought about changing the review. I looked at other reviews and recalled a previous circumstance where I was falling to sleep repeatedly during an appointment for my diabetes the person conducting the test got frustrated lead me out of the office. I fell asleep in the car on the way home called my daughter who called 911 and I found out I was suffering from sepsis ( while blood stream poisoned? I can't believe she allowed me to leave and I was unaware of my surroundings. I did notice the long waits, the being called by name only to wait again in a different are. Dr. Bradley is the reason for the positive reviews and the reason I've stayed so long. My trip to the other office went so fast I was called in immediately told I didn't need to come in multiple times a year and as a bonus Refractory treatment wasn't an additional $75 dollars, it was part of the exam. I can't recommend Solano Eye Specialist and am very disappointed with the service I received.

He has the best smile when greeting you and he listens to me especially since i have an unusual stigmatism and very hard to get right. This is my second year and i am very pleased. Its so hard to find good people with good bedsides manners so i feel very fortunate. you must visit him you wont regret it.
