After a long search for a trustworthy general contractor…read moreand being extremely selective about who we work with, finding Justo truly felt like hitting the jackpot. From our very first inquiry, Justo has been incredibly responsive and reliable. He's clearly a busy man, but he makes the time and actually shows up. If you've dealt with contractors before, you know how rare that is. He follows through and does exactly what he says he's going to do. He stands confidently behind his work, which immediately gave us peace of mind. I'm very particular. It's simply in my nature. I ask detailed questions, I research everything, and I pay attention to the smallest things. Justo has been nothing but accommodating every step of the way. He answered every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and never made us feel like we were asking too much. His knowledge and professionalism genuinely stood out, and you can tell he takes pride in delivering quality work. We initially reached out because we had a leak in our garage and needed our roof repaired and had contacted several other companies. What really set Justo apart was the balance. His pricing is fair and reasonable, yet you can clearly see the confidence he has in his craftsmanship. There's no pressure or gimmicks, just honesty and solid work. One quick tip: the phone number listed on Yelp is a Yelp-generated number. If you want to connect quickly, use the "Request Consultation" option on Yelp or visit their website for their direct contact information. Give Justo a chance to earn your business. We genuinely feel lucky to have found him, and we won't be going anywhere else. Thank you Justo and team! :)

They cleared the water damaged and replaced the drywall so well it doesn't even look like we ever had an incident. The rate was very reasonable, too. We did have to make a deposit first, and then pay final payment when the work was complete which I expected and is fair. Overall we are VERY pleased and will use him and his services again. We are just as pleased now as we were then with the quality of workmanship done on the remodel. It even held up superbly during 2019's summer of earthquakes! They are family men who are kind and courteous, work hard, and do it all day every day. The work site was clean both physically and in language/demeanor of the workmen. When we looked for licensed contractors for the job, we narrowed it down to 3 who were within about $1500 of each other for the same job. Working with Marilupe was a dream! A female contractor had the very best measuring tools, communicated clearly and as frequently as needed, and was very thorough. When we requested to get cabinets through a local company rather than regular suppliers, she happily began that partnership and the whole job was coordinated and finished earlier than anticipated and with great quality products. Don't be afraid to ask for something if you want it! We're still thrilled with everything and how it was installed. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to do some remodeling!

If you want someone who will be a true partner in completing a project and not just take one or two notes and do whatever they want, Tom is your guy. The office staff is also amazing, I have to give a huge shout out to Jasmine because she is so communicative and always ensures we have every bit of information that we need (and then some) and will answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She's one of the biggest reasons that we go into every project with confidence that it will turn out exactly as we wanted it because Jasmine makes sure everything is done and taken care of.
