The crisscrossing continued throughout the day and I had seen this location on my way to another stop. I made a mental note to come back here on my way out. Especially since I was about to hit the highway and head back home. I pulled in and had to take a minute to find a parking spot, this place, like other reviews have stated, stays busy. Not just with vehicular traffic, but with foot traffic and bikes. There were a few out front while people were rummaging inside and dining. I made my way in and headed for the facilities. They were in order and a breeze to use. Came back out to grab a drink and snack for the road. I then got in line, bypassed the self checkouts to get an item from behind the counter. The staff here were kind of fun. They kept it moving though. Having gotten my items I headed back outside to try and get out of this lot. With the amount of customers here, it can take some time to get out of your spot. Not only that, it may take some time to get on the road in the direction you need to go. This is a very busy intersection and you do need to be careful when exiting.

This Exxon is directly across the street from the Factory Antique Mall…read more This is the Exxon that you'll go too if you're leaving the Antique Mall, but accidentally pass the 7-11 gas station on your way out and realize you can't turn around, and you realize if you just cross the street you can go to an Exxon, for the same price I'll add, before you hit 81 and head home. Nothing spectacular about this Exxon, but definitely nothing bad. For all intense and purposes my experience was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. It doesn't seem like they have a large shop in side... but Exxon doesn't do that. They just focus on the gas. And guess what... I'm just focused on the gas too. I have a feeling I'll be back to this Exxon. I'll definitely be back to the Antique Mall and if past is any predictor of the future, I'll definitely accidentally pass that 7-11 gas station again, if not leaving - because there is a Mcdonalds on the other side. The employees were friendly and courteous, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. Beyond that, the store looked tired and poorly maintained. Things that should be routine--such as working entrance doors, clean facilities, and employees wearing uniforms that present a professional appearance--simply weren't up to the standard I've come to expect from Sheetz. I also continue to notice inconsistent fuel offerings from one Sheetz location to another. My home store has consistently offered 88 octane for years, while other locations do not. After learning that Sheetz is company-owned rather than franchised, this inconsistency is even more disappointing. When every location operates under the same ownership, customers should be able to expect the same brand standards regardless of which state they're in. I hope Sheetz takes a closer look at maintaining older stores so they reflect the same quality and professionalism found in their newer locations. Right now, the experience is simply too inconsistent.

The young man and woman working on 01/13/23 at 8pm were some of finest and kindest people working in customer service and I think they should be recognize for it.
