There are better BP stations in the area than this. Over the past few years, we have seen more BP stations open around Chicago. They range in quality from very good to very bad. Bad is dirty and cramped indoors, and folks working there don't seem to want to be there. I don't have a problem with the gas itself - it is the same from station to station. Service Stations have changed over the years. They've upped their game when they have convenience stores and restaurants in them. This is an older BP station that has done none of those things. We'll still go there since it is convenient. If another station opens nearby which offers gas and is cleaner with more amenities, we will most certainly switch. read more

The gas station is great, but the management and service is HORRIBLE. I've had problems with the car wash barcode twice and the manager isn't even in the store. She only works during the day and when we manage to go at the same time she works, she's not there. I left a note about the problem and my phone number for her to call or text me, but they simply don't care about the customer. In addition, the car washing machine is broken most weekends, which is when we have time to wash the car. I recommend you choose another place if you wash your car monthly! read more

I have been here multiple times and I have always had great customer service however, this time Rajesh [pronunciation: ra-esh] was a new worker that was working the previous times I have come. I not only got up charged my for 44oz drink ( triple charged ) but once my girl asked what we got charged for he responds and says that it's for our drink but the sign clearly states "69 cents". He then proceeded to be rude and I ended up paying the 5$ for a FOUNTAIN DRINK. The drinks are amazing but not for that price. Last time when there was another cashier associate I had gotten the same 44oz drink plus two candies for the same price. There's no way that adds up. Definitely be careful when this worker is there because he WILL up charge you and not explain or say anything that is logical. read more

Purchased some windshield wiper fluid and a car wash. Went to go to the car wash, long line, waited 20 minutes and decided to go back the next day (car wash code valid for 3 months) Waited in line again on Sunday, 30 minutes this time and then someone drove through the exit door so I was sent on my way and told to come back. Went back again yesterday. Got in the long line at 5:13, assumed 5 minutes per car and decided to wait since I had the time before my next event. I waited until I was the second car left to go and the stupid thing broke down, now, again after 45 minutes in line I was told to go. I complained, said I wanted my money back. I had spent three trips and 1.5 hours of time to still not have a car wash. After the outside attendant said to go inside to get the refund, the gentleman inside (term used very loosely) refused to give me a refund. They told me to come back tomorrow. I will not be going back and I encourage no one to go to this BP/Trio, worst customer experience I have had in a long time. read more

Gasoline.... A necessary evil. Most of us would rather not have to stop and pay for gas, but we have to. So, I'm guessing no one really likes their gas station either. What makes a good gas station? I'd say there are several things:. Gas prices, how many pumps, is it clean, how old or how new is it, location, the convenient store, etc. When you're driving around in an area you don't know and you need gas you pull into the first or most convenient station you find. This station was pretty convenient at a major intersection, so I pulled in. The prices seemed pretty fair with other stations I've seen around, and it was 2 cent's cheaper per gallon than the station across the street. It felt pretty new and was very clean. I didn't get the car wash, but you could save an extra 20 cents per gallon when you include the car wash. I went inside to use the restroom and it was pretty clean. Overall I had a good experience here. read more

You may wish to avoid the car wash here. After a quick decision to wash off the road salt a few weeks ago, I ended up with a gashed left front tire. An employee was guiding me into the wash, then waved me off. Not being able to communicate with him due to a language barrier, another employee (actually a nice guy) attempted to help me change the tire, unfortunately the pump with the spare, couldn't inflate the compact spare. I left my contact information with them so the owner could call me. After having a tow company help with the change and having to get a new tire, I was hoping that the owner would do the right thing. This place is a joke, not ONE of the employees had their mask on with Covid restrictions, every SINGLE one had the mask on their chin or neck, this store isn't safe to buy anything to consume from because you will be at risk of possible covid. Avoid this station "like the plague"! Similar experience to other reviewers here. The woman working behind the counter overcharged me for one item on a recent visit. When I brought it to her attention, there was no apology given, little if any effort to correct the issue. Returned to the station this morning. Purchased a few items. The price seemed high so I asked for my receipt (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS!!). When I examined the charges prior to leaving the store, she had charged me for an additional item which I did not purchase. Same cashier again ... SAME EXPERIENCE! No apology, very little effort to correct the error. I will NOT be stopping at this gas station ever again! Spacious pumping grounds with a nice am/pm convenient store attached. The best part of this Bp is the car wash. It's really the only reason to come here unless you really need gas. I might warn you sometimes the amount of gas dispensed is not accurate I recommend the Bp on Waukegan and Lake cook the prices are cheaper because its Lake County. The staff is super friendly avoid pump 7 it seems to malfunction very often. When you go into the car wash just keep inching up slowly until the red light sounds. I wish I could give zero stars. They lady at the cash register that woke up Hating her job had the worse attitude. Didn't wanna help , like no assistance at all. Talk to the manager he was nonchalant . To top it off the lady at the register charged me twice while claiming she knew how to do her job. It's a gas station. Outside was kept clean and well lit. It's located close to the Candlewood suits I stay at.

This station deserves to be closed and the people who own it and work there deserve worse, like being forced to use it. Every time I go there the receipt does not come out, forcing me to go inside to get one. Their level of indifference is palpable. Today I tried using two different pumps but they didn't work. I went inside and had to specify an exact amount of prepayment although I wanted to fill my tank. Their complete indifference yet again. This gas station is conveniently located close to work by Allstate right before the Interstate 294 exit, so you will find allot of cars pumping up on gas before heading home. This service gas station has recently gone through a major over haul and everything is new and spick and span clean. The store is neatly organized and new, and the staff is friendly enough. The gas pumps are nicely spaced apart for cars to maneuver around. It does seem like the price here is a bit steeper then the other gas stations, but I still come here when my gas tank is on empty and have to get gas before my 25 miles commute home. I wish there was a Costco close by where their gas is 50 cents cheaper per gallon. read more
