It's a gas station. It has gas, it has a car wash, it has a subway, blah, blah, blah. Now the important part..... it has a pour-your-own cold brew nitro coffee machine. I've never seen this before and just had to try it. It was just as good as the coffee chain nitros for a fraction of the price. The future is right here folks! read more

Could not get the pump to work right, after a couple of attempts. I then went inside, long line not moving either. Even though my fuel light had been on for a while, I decided I didn't want to wait or support this business. So I forged on, I soon regretted my decision. I ran out of gas, luckily very close to the Mobil I decided to go to, also a big thank you to the two guys that pushed my car into the station. Bumble F***K I'm usually so good about stuff like this. Like dominoes the rest of the day sucked. I got caught in traffic, couldn't make my scheduled workout, but once again, some luck I called and got into the next class, YAY! After that, I felt better, de-stressed and the day was over. Motto of this rant, if your light is on, just get gas no matter how incompetent the place is.. I've never run out of gas before, I guess there's a first time. I'm going to be back to filling up when I'm at a quarter tank now as I used to, so I can pick where I go. read more

This location is nice and clean but definitely overpriced. I would recommend going to Shell instead and taking advantage of their loyalty program. I only come to this location if I'm in desperate need of gas. read more

What does it mean if you pull in to have your car washes at the BP and a guy from Subway (in an apron) runs out to accept payment for the car wash and then spray down and scrub your car? Don't get me wrong, I like the wash. But I feel bad for this guy who's probably working two jobs concurrently but only getting paid for one. read more

Back in August, I had an unfortunate car accident at the intersection of Willow and Sanders, while travelling with my two young boys. There were two men from the BP gas station that came out and offered to help take my boys in while I dealt with the accident itself. They took my boys in, gave them Subway cookies and slushies, and allowed them to calm down after the traumatic accident they experienced. I never got a chance to thank the two gentlemen, but wanted to use this site for their generosity. Thank you, both! I have historically filled up at this gas station and also had no issues purchasing gasoline while travelling to work. read more

I got to say this is the best gas station in Northbrook. I went in one day to fill my car up with gas, and the guy working behind the counter was so nice to my little brother. He didn't have enough money for a slushi, but they gave him one anyways just to make him happy. read more

On two occasions, I have experienced attempts by the cashier (owner/wife?) to make a fraudulent transaction by double charging for small ticket items. I swiped my card to buy a monster drink and the Indian woman cashier walked away during the transaction without providing a receipt. She spoke to her husband in a foreign language and he came back and told me to swipe again. The card was already swiped and I had to argue with them to get the receipt for the first transaction. These people are incredibly dishonest and should be avoided. This type of shady stuff probably happens all day and people don't notice. Avoid these criminals at all costs..... read more

I only us BP or Mobil Gas Stations. I only go to this one when I am totally on E!! I go after work and its usually around 2am in the morning. The guy that works there hardly speaks english. That's usually not a problem but whenever I give him my bp rewards card it never registers. I show him the receipts each time and the receipt always says transaction error. i phoned BP and they gave me rewards only once and said not to go back there again. Sometimes I have no choice when i am that low and have a long way home. I try to show him and he always looks and smiles and say "I dont know" 10 times in a row til I finally just walk out. I have no problem with foreign people, however I do have a problem when they can not do their job and are not qualified to be working there. Horrible place and they do nothing to correct this situation. At least give the guy more training to show him how to hit the correct buttons!!!! read more
