I came by to get my truck cleaned. I paid $45 for the service + $10 tip. -Hand Car Wash -Interior vacuuming /dusting -Window Mirror Clean -Hand-Dry finishing - + More The inside was well vacuumed. The center console was left dirty. The outside was also dirty. I swiped my finger on it and it came out black. You'll see in the photos. The truck was also not dried very well. So I had a friend go through and said they did a good job, I did the 25 dollar special which was the outside and vacuum as well as dash etc. the outside came out awesome, the inside it's like they used a dry cloth to wipe, my car is pretty new and wasn't messy but it didn't really look clean on the inside. Just got my cars washed and my work car was done yesterday. And they did a great job!!! So the work car was done thru the express wash (inside/outside) for $15. That's a good deal especially with the attention to detail and quick and speedy service. Today I had both my cars hand washed. They did a great job. It's always hard to find a true hand car wash and no machine conveyor belt. Took about 45min for both cars because they were able to do at the same time. They can knock out 3 at a time with a great detail staff. One of my cars is black so I'm very picky about who washes it. But overall I was impressed. The management is very friendly and helpful. They don't try to push any other treatments and the waiting area is very nice and clean. So glad to find this spot so close to home and work. read more

It's a nice location, don't get me wrong however I'm just docking stars due to service. Pulling up I asked for the super car wash. Looking at the menu it should've been a $10-11 service. The guy printed out the receipt, handed it to me as I was over-encumbered with stuff. (not his fault I had a lot to carry, I understand that) However when I reached the cashier to pay for the service I asked, I was apparently charged $21 for a higher cost wash. I know, I should've just dropped everything I had, iPad, phone, wallet, papers, etc. to check the receipt. I thought to myself, "ok cool. This is just gonna last longer hopefully given the weather. Not gonna sweat this. Dude probably didn't hear me say super car wash correctly even though he repeated it." So I didn't wait too long to get back to my car. When I got into my car after it was cleaned I was very disappointed. It was a bare cleaning, probably suited for a package less than $10. My dashboard was not wiped down, dust still lingering there, seats & door frames were still dusty, etc. the only work they performed interior-wise was wiping the windows and dumping out dirt from my floor mats. For $20 I expected a lot more, but even with a $10-11 service this isn't worth it here. Now I don't have the patience to look up the name of the package I actually paid for, but in regards to that I'm just gonna look elsewhere. If you're a regular here you're a regular and they probably know your preferred package by the sight of your car so you don't even have to say anything for them to repeat it back and charge you differently. I normally focus on positives and therefore took our truck that was going to be sold for charity donation. Young lady in front desk was very respectful and even she match the full detail with Groupon prices on different location that was far from me. When I came back, there was few spot that was missing and person who was in charge apologized and not only they took care of that, It was almost shocking to see they detail the truck in show room quality after few hours that I came back to pick it up! We Sold the truck almost 2.5K more than KBB value and wanted to thanks all of the people who made this possible for us at the car wash. Place is a joke. One lane out of order. Lane that was open was full service and they were making people wait while they vaccumed out cars blocking the lane. Meanwhile, back in the real world, the actual wash was wide open. Just the sheer incompetence of the operation ensures I won't return. Plenty of other options in the area. read more

Now called We Wash Express. Pretty thorough inside and out for the price ($12.99). Hard to find a decent, quick wash in the burbs. This place has been here for a while (used to be Turtle Wax). I was super happy with the results. The front desk cashier mentioned they will close soon for a few months to remodel but will open again in late September, early October so keep an eye out! These guys do a good job, the line is never long, and the employees are employees, not day-laborers. I see the same guys every time, and they remember, for example, to wipe the external floorboard, which always gets muddy and always gets my pants muddy. This place is cool. The prices seem a little high compared to some city washes, but car washes seem to be scarce in this area. Upon entering the car wash, I was handed a list of all the washes available and their prices. I decided on "The Works" [exterior, vacuum interior, undercarriage wash, wax and tires] for $18.99. After walking the little path where you can watch your car being washed, you are greeted by the cashier. There's a little waiting area, too, with seating, magazines, tv and vending machines. There's no tip jar/box here, so you apparently just hand the tip money to whoever has your car. it was SO cold when I came here that the excess water actually FROZE right when the car came outside. Oy. The guys did a nice job, so I'll be back, but I'll prob choose a cheaper package next time! read more

The machine area has windows so you can watch your car go through the machine part which is fun and nostalgic. They hand wash it before and after as well, not rushing through it (in a good way). Took my 6 month old pearl car to get ultimate Sharkey Wash with all the trimmings. Door jams were still wet, dashboard was half-done, seats were uncleaned. While finishing the car myself (because beaded water between door jams were not dried) I noticed 3 machined rubber streaks along side my driver door. The rubber marks were done by something with a rubberized tool or done while being processed. I attempted to rub the streaks out with some elbow grease and found these to be scratches down to the paint and were very apparent by rubbing your hand over them. The operator came out and asked if they could be buffed out. I allowed them to attempt to fix the problem in hopes a simple buffing of wax would help. A couple more trips with the vehicle and the scratches were picking up dirt again and were highly visible. On my trunk there was a small pitted dent that was not there before as well. All in all, the job was rushed, the equipment seems to have caused scratch damage to my paint, and finding a dent just tops the cake. I'm giving Sharky's a 1 because they tried to fix the problem... While I'm sure a good 4-step wax job will resolve my scratches, I won't be returning to this car wash again. Very disappointed. I would be inclined to update and change my opinion if they reached out to me for a clay-bar and full wax job on the house. Outside of that, I can't recommend this car wash. Go to a Fullers where they have tighter quality control and less half-ass-ness. read more

This review is based on their car detailing service. I have gotten their carwash service before (basic) and it wasn't that great not sure why I went back and got a detail..Maybe it was the convenience since I work down the street. I dropped off my car on or about 12:30 pm on June 29, 2017. At the time I dropped my car I spoke with a short Hispanic lady who was wearing glasses. She asked me what time I would be picking up the car. I know details aren't done in a heart beat and they take time. I advised her I would be getting out of work at 5:00 pm. She said that should be enough time and in case they needed more time she would contact me directly went as far as taking my contact info. I showed up at the car wash at about 5:30 to find out my car was not done. The same lady from before encountered me. She seemed surprised to see me and told me my car would be finished soon. She then came back at about 6ish. Told me my car was ready, at that point I didn't bother checking the car wich was completely my fault. Got in and left since I had business to attend at 6:30 with traffic I would be late. As I was driving I kept hearing a rattling coming from the engine. At first, it was quiet and it got louder with time. When I got to my destination I opened the hood of my car and they must have closed the hood of the car without properly putting the stick that holds the hood open back in place. This was causing the noise I heard as I was driving. (see pictures for further explanation) Know I was soo lucky that the day I got the car detailed it happened to rain right after. After I noticed the mistake on the hood I inspected the car and noticed this white powder on the car (see picture). To this day not sure what it was but it looked like they had done cocaine on it. Then on the inside, they did a hedge job with the vacuuming missing gum rappers! How? (see pictures). I show up on June 30, 2017, at about 9 o'clock ( I needed some explanation). I spoke with a male Hispanic with a goat t. I asked for the manager he explained she was gone for the weekend at some business convention. (willing to bet it was Amway since I saw a lot of products there). So then I asked to speak with someone in charge he said no one till Monday????? So I showed him the pictures I took of the car. At first, he was like, "you didn't take the car like that...My manager approved of the car leaving and she wouldn't approve of this." So then we start walking around the car..(remember it rained that day so the white powder substance was more noticeable and it looked like chunks of bird pop). The guy was in denial until this older Hispanic guy came over talking Spanish and told him that the car should have never been given to me and that they didn't do the spray wax. He proceeded to clean the noticeable spots. Then the goat t guy tells me I need to speak with Marco?? on Monday. Today is Wednesday, July 6; I've driven my car and its not fair to have them redo my car since its dirty again. Consumer be wear. Couldnt get updated pics of how the white powder subtance turned into after the rain since it was cleaned when i showed up to the car wash for an explanation. Will not be going back there its a shame 150+ employees with cars from my office from down the street had to hear this story. Lessoned learned. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my brand new 2015 Chrysler into Sharkey's to have them damage it and then deny it. The employee turned my car off which locks the tires, this caused my car to be dragged thru the wash without my wheels spinning. My girlfriend was the one that noticed and she had to run into the car wash to have them stop dragging it. They were completely clueless as to what was happening. The front tire hit the side of the track and this caused damage to the rim. The manager first denied all accountability and then said it was not Sharkey's fault because the braking system malfunctioned......again the braking system had NOTHING to do with it, it was the fact that the employee, without proper training, turned the car off. Manager's attitude changed real fast and did anything to get me away from the other customers. A shark is a predator and so is Sharkeys. Wish I could give zero stars read more
