This BP location has been sitting here for years. All the years I lived in the Pittsburgh area I would pass this on my way home to visit family. To me, this place hasn't changed in years, and would always be a landmark I would gauge my travel time with. Also, it was not a place I would ever stop at until this visit.
Getting here is easiest if you are traveling west on 380, but if you are coming west it gets a little tricky and hopefully you will do it different than I did. I forgot how this interchange was and found myself making a rookie mistake. Once I had that figured out I came back to the BP.
I pulled in and right up to a pump. I chose to go the pay at the pump route and kind of just putzed around waiting for this to finish. One thing you will notice is how extremely loud it is on this lot. The constant barrage of semis and trucks that file through here on the four lane.
There is a convenience store portion to this, but I did not go inside. Fuel prices for the area are on par.
